Entirely Pets is absolutely the worst company to order pet medications from. They do NOT show meds are out of stock, so you order online thinking you will receive the order within a week. I ordered the same medication at different dosages according to my three dogs weights. After paying with my husband's credit card, I hear nothing from them about it being shipped or a tracking number. I call them four days after ordering, because I never received a tracking number, only to find out the meds were and HAD BEEN out of stock, except for one dosage. I get told the meds will not be available for FOUR WEEKS OR MORE! The customer service guy told me, he would cancel the order and reverse the charge immediately... how their ordering system is all screwed up and does not show things are out of stock. I asked for a verification email the order was cancelled. Never got it, I tried calling, emailing and chat for days, but they kept disconnecting me. Had to file a dispute with the credit card company to reverse the pending charge, as they never reversed anything! There are many other places, such as walmart pharmacy online to order from and I suggest you do NOT use Entirely Pets.
I received an autoshipped Rx for a prescription I never signed up to autoship. My dog cannot take the medication so it's a total waste. They said the Vet gave refill info so they set it up to autoship, never informed me, never notified me of Anything until the shipment was sent. I tried to cancel the autoship on the website and there's not even an area that allows you to adjust or cancel. Finally, I got on the phone and the absolute most Rudest customer service person scolded me for "not keeping track of all my pets medications" and said " Other companies don't send reminders". Every other company I've ordered from send reminders 2 weeks in advance and has allows full control over Autoship. This is a SCAM site. They refused refund but said " we can cancel autoship for you" I asked how I could do it myself and they said " we can do it for you" I asked what other companies don't send reminders and was told " Its not up to me to give you names, you should keep track of your pets medicine, it't not our responsibility". I told them to cancel my account on the spot.
I don't even know where to begin. My dog is on pancreatic enzymes, first I was sent the wrong product... I thought it would be a good idea to set up auto ship for his meds., finally received the right product and the following month, the money was taken out of my account but no product arrived. My dog ran out of meds so in the mean time I ordered from another company and received it. Two weeks later (after I canceled auto ship) and had been waiting for the money to be put back in my account, my product arrives. I sent it back and I'm still waiting for a refund. I have called this company almost 10x's, have been told that a supervisor will call, I will receive an email with details of my refund, etc. This has been going on since the first week of October, we're now in the first week of November. Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, HORRIBLE LIARS!
I have ordered from Entirely Pets for several years now. Even with Covid shut downs and slow downs, shipping is fast. Web site is very user friendly. I highly recommend them.
I love EntirelyPets! I find toys for my dog, Henry, that I can't find anywhere else. Wonderful things happen for us when we order from EntirelyPets! I am so grateful to them.
Beware their return policy is bad. I ordered a nail grinder and it arrived with a dead power adapter. Due to a couple of bad reviews I decided I wanted a refund. The customer service guy said I could only get store credit because I had opened it. But I couldn't have known it was dead unless I opened it. Plus, think about it, he's saying he can't resell it because I opened it... BUT IT'S DEAD... that's the point, it's not like I opened it and didn't like the color or something... IT'S DEAD and shouldn't be resold. He told me that I should read the reviews before I order things in the future. WHHAATT?!
I'm not sure what this company is "about" but they seem to have a BIG problem with overnight shipping. The product I order has to be refrigerated and for the 2nd time in a row I pay the $30 for "FED Ex Priority Overnight" BUT the package never gets here in a timely fashion and of course, the product is warm... ice packs are completely thawed. I follow up with Fed Ex and discover that the issue is with Entirely Pets. They do not meet the FedEx deadline and the package does not make the plane! I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU... they may have good pricing but there's a reason and it's not a good one!
Ordered vaccines for young kittens and had to pay the vaccine shipping fee. That was fine, but what you don't know if they won't tell you if an item is out of stock. I had to call them to get an update. They said they would expedite my order. I waited a few more days, but it still hasn't shipped. I emailed them, but didn't receive a response. I waited a few more days and emailed them again. That time I informed that I believed them to be a scam and that I will take legal action. Of course they responded that that message and asked for my order number. Afterward I received an email from FedEx notifying me of an overnight delivery. Entirely Pets responded afterward and informed me that the item had been out of stock and was now being overnighted to me. I find their excuse very convenient for them and I believe it was not true. If it came into stock, why would it require my communication to prompt shipment. I finally received the vaccines I needed.
Do to this and a previous order with similar shipping & stock issues, I'll spend a few dollars more and go elsewhere.
I was able to order and get what I wanted at a great price. The package arrived swiftly, especially when considering it was the week after Thanksgiving.
Entirely Pets has a great variety of quality products for pets. The ordering and check out process is easy. Products arrive in a timely manner! Thank you!
Received prescription over a month after order was placed after multiple contacts with vet and entirelypets. Will not order from them again.
Would never purchase a product from them again, 0 customer support. They advise you to contact their supervisor and push you aside. Wish I would have purchased the product from Amazon!
The amount of products they have is ASTOUNDING. I'm able to get my dogs higher quality food than I ever was able to in my local stores and at a cheaper price than what I was paying for lower quality kibble!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! If you value good customer service, or ANY customer service, this place is not for you! I am still waiting for a shipment I ordered 5 days ago, and I can't even get a person to tell me where my order is! They can't tell me A SINGLE THING about my order! This is unbelievable. I will never, EVER order from them again. I hope I actually get my merchandise, as they have already charged my credit card! I can't believe other people think this is a good company. They sound incredibly bad, and almost like a scam. BEWARE CONSUMERS!
I ordered a dewormer more than 10 days ago. Unlike most merchants I received no confirmation of the order however my CC was charged under the pending status. I checked my CC 10 days later to observe the charge deleted with still no communication from the company at all... WHO DOES THAT? STAY FAR AWAY...
My dog loves the bumble balls. Was great price and well packed and came with some nice extra treats and gift cards! Will be a depeat customer. Great job guys!
EntirelyPets Pharmacy is the WORST! I have an auto-refill of a prescription for my nearly 20 year old cat. The auto-refill should have triggered the week of March 9th. It did not.
I sent an email to the company asking when they would process my order? No response.
I placed a new order the week of March 16. It never processed.
I called and sat on hold for easily 30 minutes after the system twice hung up on me. I speak with Nelson, a customer support supervisor I later find out.
I am told the order will ship that day and I should receive it by Friday. At this point, I'm rationing Sophie's medicine, only giving her half doses.
Friday comes, no new shipment. I use the last of her existing supply.
I call, I wait on hold another 30 minutes. I am told by Nelson that the package will arrive Saturday and am given a tracking number.
That package was delivered today... to an address in Maine. I live in Georgia. It is obviously not my order.
I call again today and am told the pharmacy is closed on weekends and I have to call back Monday.
Do not use this pharmacy. They might have the medicine your pet needs, but you will NEVER receive it.
I got my first order earlier this week and my dog has loved EVERYTHING. I took a few risks on products we've never tried before since they have such a huge selection of stuff, and it paid off. :)
Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

Answer: Call ASAP, mine was sitting in the warehouse for 24 days unshipped waiting on an out of stock item.
Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.
