The website says receive product within 4 days and this is now day 12 and they can't supply a tracking of the product and refuse to refund bad business
I have ordered from this company 3 times. My first order came in 9 days (4-8 day first class shipping for free.) My second order was never processed and after 3 weeks waiting, I called customer service. It took 55 minutes to get an answer from a human. They said they had no idea why the order wasn't processed and processed to contact the vet right away and change the shipping to priority at their expense (big whoop.) It cost me $38 to get a 4 day supply from my vet. I should've never ordered from them again, but they have the best price on my very expensive dog medication, and I couldn't imagine the issue would happen again. After 8 days waiting without receiving the order, I began calling customer service. The first call I waited an hour on hold and then got an answering service. I left a message but called again because the medication is life or death. I waited another hour and was disconnected. I called again, feeling I had no option. Waited an hour and got the message thing again. Called my Vet and found out they had never been contacted. So THIS HAPPENED AGAIN. I placed my order with Chewy.com, free 1-2 day shipping and I'll get it just in time. It was only $4 more, and well worth it for a reliable company. I can't believe this place has a 3 star average. I wish I could leave ZERO STARS and wish my review would make a difference! If you need life saving medication for your pet, go somewhere else!
The ice packs had jelly stuff which was probably the contents that leaked out. However the delivery guy didn't tell the hotel staff to keep it in the fridge.
Its only been a week but seems to be working really well my senior Aussie seems to be moving better I recommend this for senior dogs with joint/mobility problems
Always buy these for dog as he loves them and he can only have lean treats. Re-order often and have always been satisfied. Thank you very prompt shipping also.
This has got to be one of the worse on-line companies I have EVER dealt with. I placed an order and before it arrived, our dog passed away. I attempted to cancel it with no luck, it already shipped. I contacted customer service and asked to send back the order. They said I would get an RMA label within 48-72 hours. Nothing! Called in again and was told the same thing, I would get an RMA label within 48-72 hours. Nothing came. I called in a third time and the representative promised he would get me the label within the hour. FIVE hours of calls and being on hold and several e-mails which were never answered and I FINALLY got the label. The USPS tracking number shows the package was received by them on May 24th. A month later and still no credit has been issued. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge, another hour of phone calls. Use Chewy.com. They not only credited my order, they also sent a sympathy card for our loss. EntirelyPets.com doesn't care about you or your pet!
Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.

Although, It's recommended that you should ship Azodyl overnight. Studies have shown that the bacterial counts can remain stable at a temperature of 77°F for up to 14 days. So don’t sweat it if your Azodyl doesn’t hit the fridge immediately—but do take it there as soon as possible.
Azodyl keeps well at typical refrigerator temperatures of 35°-40°F. Do not put it in the freezer.
