I placed an order and the confirmation said that one of the items was backordered. Fine, I didn't care. But then they CHARGED ME DOUBLE for the backordered item! My confirmed order total was $53 using a coupon code, and then they billed my card $75 with NO NOTIFICATION. I only found out because I checked my card statement online. Their "live chat" was completely unsatisfactory and the person never once admitted that I had NEVER authorized the overcharge. I'm disputing it through my credit card company now, which is a PITA. STAY AWAY.
Do not use Entirely Pets. I always have to call them 3 and 4 times to gt them to contact my vet. Lousy company.

I had a long drama with this company. I ordered 4 litter boxes from their site because they were a particular color/brand. It took a while to receive them, but 2 of them were completely wrong and ugly color. I called and they offered to send 2 new ones and have me send the incorrect ones back, said they would send Fed Ex to pick up. The 2 new ones they shipped, but one was the wrong color AGAIN. I called back to return that one and they didn't have any others in stock so said they'd refund. Essentially, it took me about a week for them to finally send me an email with a FedEx label because FedEx never showed up to to pick up the box. I returned the package to Entirely Pets, they received it based on tracking on 6/16. On 6/22, I called to ask about refund, they said it takes about 10 days and to give it another week. So, I called again on 7/5, still no refund. They said they'd submit the refund immediately and I'd see it in a few days. On 7/11 and 7/12, tried calling, no answer, left message and no return call. On 7/13 finally talked to someone and found out they had NOT submitted refund request. Finally today 7/13 it showed up in my account. So it took them a month to FINALLY return my money. And I don't think they would have if I hadn't been calling. It took me calling 5 times to get them to refund! I suggest people pay a few cents elsewhere and not deal with the hassle of this company! The people I talked to were nice, but the company is just horrible!
Made an order the first week of APRIL and went through 6 people on the phone (each call I was waiting for a minimum of 30 min) and by MAY 6, someone FINALLY told me under no circumstances can Rx's be emailed back; they had to be faxed or the vet had to talk to the 1 pharmacist employed. The 5 people before who saw the notes that my vets' fax was down and they didn't know when it would be fixed and NO ONE TOLD ME THE RX HAD TO BE FAXED BACK. As Entirelypetspharmacy only employs a single 1 pharmacist and that person is the only person allowed to call the vet and get a Rx approved and I quote 'they have to call about 200 vets currently'. If I had known that I would've canceled my freaking order LAST MONTH. These 'customer care' people are useless.
I bought Fromm Grain-free treats for my dog - they were on back-order and I got an almost instant email, follow-up email and then an email when shipped! Great customer service - thank you!

I placed an order through PayPal for isopropyl alcohol and my order is listed in PayPal however not on the entirelypets.com website. I was going to place another order however the price rose 11.99.
The service was friendly and professional. The product arrived as promised. I ordered the product online without additional help, even though the phone rep was ready & willing to assist me.
But one of the items I selected was not available and ended up being backordered. It would be nice if the website showed availability before ordering. I ended up cancelling that item.
Ordered this product on 12/7, w/2-4 day delivery. Product was received on 12/20 - yes, a Sunday. Like other reviews on this website, shipping services are very slow.

I placed an order for Dasuquin chews; 2 days later I was told that "they think shipment was lost in transit" and would immediately reship. I never got notification that it shipped and every time I called I was told item was sitting on pallet ready to go out. I finally realized they were NOT TELLING THE TRUTH so I told them to cancel order and I also called my credit card company and told them to reverse the charge. VERY SHADY COMPANY!
I am able to find all that I need to help keep my dog's coat looking good and for their health, because I have started using their products my dog's coat have a shine to them and they are healthy!
This would've been a 5 Star review if it wasn't for the shipping/delivery fiasco with USPS! I paid extra for expedited shipping on the item I needed; placed my order on 3/18 but didn't get it until the 3/26! Delivery was PROMISED by the 23rd! And all of the tracking reports I got from USPS were idiotic: still telling me my order would be delivered by 8 PM on the 23rd at 1:00 AM on the 24th! Jeez!
I was so pleased with the seller, that I just placed a second, larger order. The fact that I'm coming back for more is proof that I am very happy with both the seller and the product.
I have used this site quite a fee times in the past and have always been very satisfied with the quality of the hoods and the service. Thanks very much.

Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

Answer: Call ASAP, mine was sitting in the warehouse for 24 days unshipped waiting on an out of stock item.
Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.
