Ordered vaccines for young kittens and had to pay the vaccine shipping fee. That was fine, but what you don't know if they won't tell you if an item is out of stock. I had to call them to get an update. They said they would expedite my order. I waited a few more days, but it still hasn't shipped. I emailed them, but didn't receive a response. I waited a few more days and emailed them again. That time I informed that I believed them to be a scam and that I will take legal action. Of course they responded that that message and asked for my order number. Afterward I received an email from FedEx notifying me of an overnight delivery. Entirely Pets responded afterward and informed me that the item had been out of stock and was now being overnighted to me. I find their excuse very convenient for them and I believe it was not true. If it came into stock, why would it require my communication to prompt shipment. I finally received the vaccines I needed.
Do to this and a previous order with similar shipping & stock issues, I'll spend a few dollars more and go elsewhere.
