I ordered a see-through Elizabethan collar on March 13th and paid for 2 to 4 day shipping. On or about April 2nd I called to inform the company the collar still had not arrived. I was told that it would be shipped out immediately and I would be refunded my shipping charges. As of today April 9th the collar is not here. This is not a well-functioning company and my last call was disconnected. Do not put your trust for your loving pets in this company's hands.
Ordered detangle spray for my dog they mailed it in an envelope needless to say top opened through the mailing process and was empty and envelope soaked, I asked for the replacement to be mailed in a box it arrived the same empty and box soaked don't you think if they know the top opens so easy they would tape it for shipping.
I was told to send pictures for my refund that I would see in three days well never came I called to talk to a manager I was told he would call me back never happened so I called again to ask for my refund finally a few days later I got it. Stay away a lot of aggravation and time spent dealing with them.
I thought because these syringes were TWICE the price of the crappy ones I had in my cupboard, they had to be different and better! Wrong! Same crappy syringe but TWICE the price! Some deal I got! Ripped off!
They don't send any receipt for your purchase, they sell products that are not available, never answer emails after you request a refund because you don't even know when they are going to send the not available product, you have to wait at least 20min on the phone and then they give you an attitude when you ask for your refund.
Our dog's groomer recommended a specific brush and referred me to Entirely Pets (EP). Upon ordering, I was informed that the brush was on backorder. When the brush finally arrived it was nothing like the one that the groomer uses, though she thought it would be exactly like hers. Perhaps the product line changed OR the producer changed the bristles. I contacted EP and they offered a return label. However, I'm opting to keep this one until I can find one of better quality.
I've been getting meds from Entirely Pets for years without issue. Recently I tried to use a $5 off coupon they sent me. It had no restrictions and was not expired. Upon checkout it said the coupon was not valid so I started a chat with a customer service rep. They informed me that the coupon could not be used for pharmacy purchases even though it did not say that on the coupon. After much back and forth, the rep said to place my order then either call or chat and the coupon would be honored. Well, they still wouldn't honor the coupon, one customer service rep even asked me to take a picture of the coupon and send it to them which I refused to do. I told them to cancel my order, looked some place else and found the med for cheaper. TERRIBLE customer service! For $5 they lost a long time customer.
I was leery of this company, my first time ordering, as I'd read some bad reviews on service, but I think they've read them too and aimed to improve. I ordered two items, one of which was out of stock, though I didn't know at the time. (Duoxo shampoo and spray for canine seborreah). After what seemed a long time I emailed to see why it hadn't shipped. They replied the next day about the out of stock item and asked if I wanted to ship just the one. So I said yes and I did get quick replies from then on and the items came quickly after that, both of them! I was not able to reach them by phone or chat when I first inquired, but I think the email responses were very prompt and polite.
Very poor business practices. I placed an order for Cosequin at a very good price. They accepted the order knowing full well that the product was backordered but failed to inform me until a day or two later via e-mail. In the meantime they put a hold for the full price against my credit card. I subsequently canceled the order and ordered from another vendor (Amazon).
Most online companies, for example Amazon, Inform you during the ordering process if a product is unavailable and will not allow the transaction to be completed.
Given them the benefit of doubt over past year, but today, I cancelled my order and told them I would never order from them again. They consistently play the blame game when you call to see why order hasnt shipped (always the vets fault). Weeks go by, multiple phone calls, same story - and they lie. They dont tell you when something is backordered either. They shouldnt be in business.
I wish I would have read the reviews on this company before ordering with them. I placed my order on 3/23. The status still says pending. Since I placed my order, I have run out of 2 medications for my horses and had to run to the vet's office and buy at retail price so I wouldn't run out. I emailed on 4/1 and received no response. I left a "chat" message and received no response. I called and waited on hold on 4/7 for 30 minutes only to be hung up on. I don't know what is going on with this company, but they appear to be fraudulent. I can't even get a hold of anyone to cancel my order. I do not recommend them. Steer clear!
Absolute worst
Absolute worst! They lost my payment info & kept sending emails that I hadn't paid for my order. I called & gave payment over the phone. Still didn't receive my order a month later. I ordered pet toys, shampoo, and prescriptions. Everything was on backorder. I only received 2 items of the 10 things ordered and they were late. They didn't fill my pet's prescription for the last 2 refills. They truly suck.
I ordered 9 packages of Virbac C. E. T. Chews and they sent Ora-Clen Chews. I was pissed. I always feed my poodles Virbac! I contacted them and told them you cannot do that! I took the Ora-Clen up to the Vet. He looked them up in the Vet info data base. He indicated they should never substitute this item. They are suppose to give me credit. If they do not, I will take this further. Vibrac lost their Patton on the chews, per the vet
I have received my order, and I'm pleasantly surprised, by the quality of the product and the speed of delivery I wasn't expecting it till next week. Thanks again for the excellent service. I will order from you again.

Not happy. The ones in the website photo are not the ones that I received. They are a different brand, different shade of red and a cheaper looking quality with loose strings hanging off them and a different shade of red. I ordered two holiday bell collars by the Kyjen brand "Plush Puppies" and undress received brand "Outward Hound". It appears that within the same listing, you are selling two different brand collars depending on size. It gets even more complicated because the photo you currently show for the large size Outward Hound collars, shows collars with gold bells but the collars you sent me have silver bells. I emailed customer service twice and have heard nothing back!
Ordered a bottle of capsules for my dog that came without a safety seal. How did I know that the seal wasn't there? I unscrewed the cap and looked. Customer service said that because I had opened the bottle they could not return it. The bottle was defective and had no safety seal! I only knew that because I removed that cap. I did not remove anything sealing the bottle because there wasn't anything! I was furious. This guy just could not wrap his mind around what I was saying. It's a disgraceful company and I will never deal with them again.
I place an order on 12/31 for several dog toys. Days turned into weeks and I had no updates about this order. I email after a couple of weeks to inquire about what's going on. No reply. A month after placing my order, I get an unexpected package from Healthypets which turns out to be my order from Entirelypets, but only part of it. The following day, I get an email saying my order has been cancelled, followed by an email saying my order has been shipped with the tracking info for the package I received the day before. I give them credit for refunding me for the unshipped items but why does it take a MONTH to receive my order? And when I look on their site, it appears the items they canceled and did not ship to me are in stock and can be ordered. So their online inventory is completely unreliable on top of the lack of customer service and snail-paced shipping.
Ordered 4-150 doses Dasequin (1st purchase from Entirely Pets) on 11-27-2017, it was delivered on 12-12... not sure if Entirely needs to pick different delivery services or UPS was jacked up... either way NOT good. It will be a few months before I need to order again (thank goodness)
The prices everyday were good, and I got an even better deal as I ordered on Cyber Monday!
Purchased a dog door received damaged. Promised they would make it right, but after a month of complaints they just quit responding and did nothing to replace or repair or refund. Never will buy from them again.
After filing a complaint with BBB, Entirely Pets contacted me and said they were waiting on the mfg to respond. After telling them that I would not tell BBB they fixed the problem UNTIL I received a solution; a miracle happened. The manufacture contacted me and said they were sending a replacement flap. The manufacture would not acknowledge when Entirely Pets notified them of the problem. I am still waiting on the replacement.
I suggest others contact the BBB and file a complaint; maybe they will receive justification. If not, at least it will show on their BBB Rating.
I got my cat treats in just a few days and they have been a HUGE hit! It's really hard to find treats that are healthy that my cat will eat, so I'm very happy that I've found somewhere I can get quality products that she likes.
Purchased online on April 20th and paid extra for 2-4 day shipping, made another purchase on April 22, never received the product in 2-4 days and when i checked nothing had been shipped, sent an email, never received a response, after 10 days and nothing still had not been shipped i called and sat on hold for 20 mins and was finally able to cancel everything, said refund would take 2-3 days, so far nothing yet. I understand there is a Pandemic but if you can't fulfill your orders DON'T charge extra for faster shipping and communicate with your customers or they won't come back!
Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.
