Bought a product. 2 weeks go by and receive email stating out of stock. Emailed several times. Called several times only to have to leave a call back number. 2 months go by and still no word. Finally got ahold of them 6 weeks after order placed. Still out of stock. Customer service not helpful at all. I e been buying from this company several years, never had an issue until now. Had to cancel and go with another company. Will not use this company going forward.
This company send stuff thru fed x casue it is cheapest BUT it takes 10 days IF it even gets here in 1 piece. Medicines folks are waiting for and they literally go thru every state and still isnt here. Nope never again.

I bought some Churu nutrition pouches for my senior cat. We tried one at the veterinary office and she seemed to like it. When I received the container from entirely pets I took one out and she ate about a half of the chicken one but within 2 minutes threw it up. After that, she would not have anything to do with it. I called them to return them and they said because the container was opened they would not take it back. Each little envelope in there had not been touched just the bottle had been opened. This is a terrible return policy, how can I help that my cat threw it up and did not want anymore. Now I've paid $40 for something I cannot use. So don't buy here thinking that you might be able to return it like chewy because they won't

Yes I received my order, but I've tried for about a week to feed it to my dogs and they keep throwing it up. I purchased the puppy formula and the dr. Marty's natures blend. I makes a half a cup of food with a quarter cup of warm water let it sit for three minutes. I mix it in with their dry kibble, they love the taste but about 20
Min later they throw it up. I can't feed it to them.

Absolute horrible service, states 4-8 ground business days to ship. Well going on week four now, finally called to see what was going on, representative said they e-mailed me but could not forward e-mail to me at that time for me to see "lie" holding order for 3 weeks because not complete? When I said ship what you have and back order the balance, he did not understand what backorder meant, will not use this company again! Complete disappointment!
I was leery of this company, my first time ordering, as I'd read some bad reviews on service, but I think they've read them too and aimed to improve. I ordered two items, one of which was out of stock, though I didn't know at the time. (Duoxo shampoo and spray for canine seborreah). After what seemed a long time I emailed to see why it hadn't shipped. They replied the next day about the out of stock item and asked if I wanted to ship just the one. So I said yes and I did get quick replies from then on and the items came quickly after that, both of them! I was not able to reach them by phone or chat when I first inquired, but I think the email responses were very prompt and polite.
I have a very sick cat. I placed an order on July 29. I paid for priority shipping which should have gotten her medication here well before it ran out. It is August 9 and according to their website and tracking, a shipping label was just created. I tried using their chat option last week. No one ever came online. Customer service is nearly impossible to reach. I finally reached them today and they said that they can't cancel the shipment and that I can return it with a 20% restocking fee! Meanwhile, my cat is worse and reordering from another company will just take more time. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Ordered 5 packages of Smart Sticks dog treats told to allow 8 days for shipping. Received no information then a notification that product was discontinued (NOT) only good thing was they did issue a credit to my charge.

Wish I could cut this company some slack with the COVID crisis, but after multiple opportunities they have proven unreliable and unable to communicate with customers. Ordered pet meds on 3/11. Didn't get any confirmation that my vet had confirmed prescription (which they had). No update on order or delivery. Order is "pending". No emails about delays, etc. Multiple calls and emails unanswered. I disputed with my credit card as I don't think I'll ever see a refund from this place. Buyer beware...
I have a prescription for my dog that does not end until April 2022 yet each month my order has a pending status. I have to call to get them to contact the pharmacist to submit my orders. I have done this for three months. I am fed up with the lack of service and all of the time it's taking me to get my dog's medicine. I would not recommend this company unless you plan on calling in your order each month. Definitely don't use the auto-ship

I've been buying from Entirely Pets for several years now and have always been pleased with their ease of ordering and fast shipping. I have never had any of the issues that others are commenting about, always courteous and helpful.
Very simple, straight forward, easy ordering. Got product in a timely manner. No complaints here. Later I received a follow-up e-mail asking me to confirm that I received the product, I clicked a link and was done.

This place is scamming people left and right! Do not give them your money! You will never get your item and they will never refund you! Just look at the reviews on The BBB and their Facebook pages..
I ordered medium sized nail clippers after learning from a vet website that the ones I had were actually for dogs <20# (mine are both c. 45#). Entirely Pets filled the order quickly and got the order shipped out to me in no time. I appreciate their service, especially because I live in Alaska and sometimes companies don't have shipping algorithms that can adapt to shipping to PO Boxes.
Terrible customer service, the calls and Emails go into black hole, no answer.
The product was falsely listed as in stock, after waiting for a week for shipment, it showed out of stock. Then it was back in stock and two weeks later still no shipment.
If you value your pet's health don't shop here, the delays can literally kill a pet who needs the medication. They should not be in business at all, they don't know how to run a business.

Dog Treats, I am a senior living on a fixed income, this company took my money and never shipped the product. I can't afford to loose 158.20.
My order was cancelled after waiting several days to get tracking info i decided to call to find out about my order just to hear that what i ordered they did not have in stock. Which wouldve been nice if someone there would have contacted me. At which time i told them if its not avail to cancel the order which they did but its been 2 weeks and im still waiting for my refund. Very unhappy with my experience.
I ordered a 20lb bag of hoof supplements for my horse. The price was great, it shipped fast and ordering was easy!
Ordered Wed evening-next day didn't get a shipping confirmation-called Friday-said it was being packed it would be here by Sat. Saturday nothing. He said if it wasn't here by then they'd probably give me the shipping cost back. Called Sunday-rep said they don't ship in 1-2 bus. Days because they give themselves 3-4 days to process before shipping. I asked why they have 1-2 day shipping when every other company says that and means just that and follows through. Went round and round. She said they have it listed on their page-I didn't see it if they do AND why say 1-2 days if you can't do it. Called Tuesday-person said they were the shipping manager-he said I paid too much for shipping and that he'd let the business office know-he also said he'd give me a call back in 5 minutes. No phone call. I call the next day-weirdly he answered again. If he's the shipping manager and this is a big operation in Union City Ca (the San Francisco Bay Area near Oakland and Silicon Valley) then how does he have time to always be the one answering the phone? Made me suspicious. Also, he had said he'd listen to my phone call that they had recorded. It's illegal to record people without letting them know-they may have changed it since I let him know this-but on all of my calls to them they said-"I'll listen to the recording". I was starting to get mad by this time with how they were obviously making promises and not following through. I called again and he said it had been shipped out finally. I bought a 1-2 day shipping on Wed evening which didn't arrive until the following week on Thursday. It was an expensive refrigerated medicine. I bought from them because they were $20 cheaper per bottle than competitors. Now I'm wondering if they buy overstock which has been left out in inappropriate temperatures. I don't even know if it's cultures are still alive if it was left out. He said that I had been overcharged for shipping and that someone would get back to me to refund the over payment. Nothing. I don't trust them and will never buy from them again. Horrible company. This is the first bad review that I've given any company. I started imagining they may be working out of a house that they've rented in Union City with overstock from big companies or returns. Nothing but scammers. Don't buy from them. Glad I didn't use my personal credit card to pay them.

I placed an order of two items, a medication and dental fresh 11 days ago. I sent an email asking the status of the order, 7 days after the order, no answer. I finally called and that is when I learned that the dental fresh was in back order and it was holding the order. WHY no one sent me an email stating such or call. My dog is 15 years old and needs his medication. I order because you had "good" reviews. I will not order again.
