Entertainment Earth (EE) will not accept returns for defective or damaged items (or, what seemed, for any reason), if you opt to ship with USPS rather than upgrade to their expensive FedEx shipping package. I learned of this, the hard way, after I had purchased thousands of dollars in merchandise and had them shipped to me, via USPS services. Many of the items were found to be damaged, but in most cases, riddled with manufacturers defects. When I addressed these issues with my (former) sales rep, Gilad, he advised me that management refused to accept any of the returns because I did not have my items shipped via FedEx (direct). (What kind of policy is this? Why was this information not disclosed to me?) He said that management agreed to honor returns for future purchases only if I would opt to ship via FedEx, which is much more costlier than USPS (which is already costly to begin with). This is extremely poor and deceptive business practices. Additionally, I noticed, on several occasions, that EE will sell their wholesale items cheaper, than what they sell it to their wholesale customers for, via their website. When I asked my (former) sales rep, Gilad, the reason for this, he claimed that the items may have been on sale. My complaint to him was why is EE competing with its wholesale customers by offering merchandises for less than wholesale prices, to online customer? He assured me that the items were on sale, temporarily, and would return to regular prices. Again, very poor business practices. For these reasons, I immediately closed my account with EE and have taken my business elsewhere (to another very reputable and cheaper wholesaler).
My advice to anyone considering or is currently doing business with EE: Save yourself the awful experience and headaches, and conduct your business with a company who offers transparency, is honest, and is not competing with its own wholesale customers to make a profit.
There were some stickers missing on some collectible items I ordered. Mr. Donald R Tapia responded to my inquiry quickly. Shortly after I received a phone call from him explaining that replacements would be sent free of charge in a protective manner.

Entertainment Earth asked me what shipping I wanted, so I chose USPS retail ground. Then they shipped via FedEx smart post. If youve ever had something shipped via smart post, you know how horribly slow it is. It's the worst. I would've had this package a week ago even if it had been shipped USPS media mail! Entertainment Earth gets stuff early often, but due to their horrible shipping, and them charging me for one shipping service and using another much worse one, I will never buy from them again. I have never been so displeased with the an online store. Never ever again.
I have been doing business with those company on the wholesale side for about two years. The other day, the company shipped 10 small cases of figures INDIVIDUALLY instead of consolidating the shipment into one or two boxes. As a result, not only did I overpay significantly on shipping charges, but one case arrived damaged with a hole in the case and damage to its contents. After filing a claim, I got the big run around from both my "representative" and the entire company. Shipping had the nerve to repeatedly lie and claim that they did not consolidate on cases, which were only about 12 x 12 x 12 in size. I know this to be a bunch of BS because I had already received numerous cases that were consolidated/shipped in a single larger box. Not only would this have been much less expensive for me, but the double boxing would likely have prevented all damage. EE refused to admit their mistakes and take responsibility for their actions. They just gave me the same old "song and dance", which was simply a smoke screen. Customer service? Forget about it! It's all about keeping them happy and screw their customers!

I placed an order for the Goosebumps TV Series Slappy the Dummy Prop Replica. It said it would ship in September 2017. Here it is, the end of October 2017 and I am being told NOW it will not ship until November 2017. I want to cancel my order and have a 100% FULL REFUND since they are not fulfilling their promise. The customer service has been HORRIBLE. I originally wanted a credit for the delay, but it is excuse after excuse. So I decided to cancel my order and take business elsewhere. The service agent on the chat named 'Donald' claims he canceled my order. Yet, no email confirmation went through. He then is trying to get all sorts of information. I just want my order canceled and to be done with this dishonest company with all their false advertising!
As my first experience with EE on June 18 2016, I ordered 72 units of a San Diego Comic-Con exclusive toy that was supposed to be shipped in July. They came back and told me they could not ship until August because they had "sold out" at SDCC. They said that they were waiting for a shipment of a second manufacture. What a bunch of bull! I pestered them, asking projected ship date. They passed me through 2 additional sales people, and I begged them to see if they could expedite so I could at least show at the Salt Lake Comic Con on Labor Day Weekend. (BTW, I cc'd my attorney.) Needless to say, the toys didn't make it for the SLCCC. I tried to cancel my order close my account they said there would be a 15% "restocking fee". WTF? They hadn't even pulled the items yet! They finally shipped the day after the close of the SLCCC. They arrived today (09/09/16). I couldn't be MORE disappointed. What they sent me were 72 left-over dregs from the SDCC--torn boxes, high serial numbers. I didn't even want the serial numbers! This outfit should be investigated by the United States Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC).
Ordering with EE Distribution Entertainment Earth is a nightmare. Their sales reps email you multiple times a day saying which items are "best sellers". But what they don't tell you is that they sell them on their retail site for a few dollars more than the "wholesale price". Their retail prices make it impossible to compete with them.
EE Distribution Entertainment Earth exclusives are always put on clearance on amazon and ebay and other sites. They restrict you from taking pre-orders until the item is in stock. Then every exclusive they have gets marked down like their recent Star Wars Force Awakens figures, Guardians of the Galaxy and various POPs.
EE Distribution Entertainment Earth shipping is slow and terrible. They send damaged product nearly every time bc there is no condition guarantee for wholesale customers. They have a mint condition guarantee for retail customers- so it seems they send all the damaged stuff to wholesale clients. Maybe they made EE Distribution Entertainment Earth wholesale business to unload damaged product.
EE Distribution Entertainment Earth also takes way more orders than what they expect and keep you in limbo while they fill their retail orders. You can't cancel and move on because they charge you fees to cancel orders that are delayed or likely never show up.
EE Distribution Entertainment Earth is probably the worst wholesale toy companies. Bad service and they always play games.
I pre-ordered the Xplus Gigan 1972 figure from EE which was listed on their site as $159 FREE SHIPPING. Then when it became available and they charged my card, they charged me $180. $20 shipping charge. The confirmation/receipt I received shows that the original price of the item retails for $139, plus the $20 shipping charge, making the total price $159. So it's a sly way of charging you shipping without you knowing it. Then for some unknown reason, they charged me another $20 to ship. WTF? I immediately asked customer service why, and they gave me some convoluted answer, pretty much lied flatout. F*ck Entertainment Earth. Go shop at BIGBADTOYSTORE or Amazon, hell even ebay before you deal with these idiots. EE can suck a fat john.
Answer: They don't care. Just about pocketing the majority of the shipping and sending to you the cheapest way possible. They even do this their wholesale customers too, but worse.
