I rented a car from Enterprise in Camp Springs MD, for one day. You all are aware when you rent a car, they say let's do a walk around and point out any damage YOU SEE, and they mark it. Well, the car I rented was beautiful, fully loaded, 2020 Nissan Altima, no issues that you will see just looking at the car. After I dropped the car off, in the overnight drop, one hour before they opened. When I looked at my receipt, they filed a claim for damage to the UNDER BODY of the car; now I'm thinking did I run over something, just back tracking my whereabouts. When I got back to the rental car location which is a 3 minute walk from my house, I looked at the car again, and still did not see anything, they said they saw tape under the bottom of the car, and that I had damaged the car, and they filed a claim against my insurance company. Imagine being charged for something you know you did not do 100%. If there was no tape under the bottom of the car, I would have thought maybe I somehow ran over something, but once I was told I taped up the bottom of the car, knowing 100% I did not such thing, I hit the roof. I took pictures and had to literally get on my knees and angle my phone under the car to get pictures. No one ever look under the bottom of a car, nor do they. They knew this car was already damaged, the duck-tape was old, frayed, had a bunch of grit and dirt stuck to the inside of the tape, that proves this had been there for a while. When they accepted that car from another rental car company, the night before I rented it, they did not inspect it, they just vacuumed it, and washed it, now trying to get a customer to pay the damage they knew was already there, that either they did, or a previous renter did. Sorry, the site would not let me post pictures, they are must see. Speaking with the managers there, all they are doing is trying to protect themselves and their job, because they failed to do a proper inspection prior to accepting the car.

First of all what poor customer service! This past November we got a rental car from Bangor maine Location. Which there are many other locations a lot closer but we were able to get a ride to Bangor to pick the car up no big deal then December 16th 17th and 18th it snowed well over a foot and a half there were trees down we had no power for the 3 days we tried to get out to the road to take the car back but was not able too so we called Saturday and it took many try's to reach someone. We were told on the phone it was going to be 100 to rent the car until Tuesday we paid at that time. Meanwhile our family got Covid our lil boy has been vary close to being hospitalized. We called Tuesday to explain and we were told we could drop it in Belfast and as long as it was there before 12 we wouldn't be charged. ANd we would get our 50 dollars back. Then today we went to pick up our sons medicine and our account was changed 150. And over drawn so we have fees on top of that we were unable to get his meds. My wife called and got absolutely shut down and we were told well it was 4x4 with good tires so. I got upset after hearing Justine say that so I got on the phone and yes I will admit I was out of line but from the start we had to travel to get the car when the reason we needed the car was bc ours was being fixed due to road conditions why would we want to chance your car apparently they're not many around since we had to travel over an hour 15 min one way when you have 3 other locations that are within 15 to 20 min from us so tonight when we called all we were trying to do is get our 50 from when we got it then the 50 from today but they didn't want to hear us or help us.
I wrecked my car on Wednesday I have my insurance company get me a rental car through Enterprise I get to Enterprise They tell me I am on a do not rent list I asked why they said my cousin 2019 I gave them fraudulent paperwork I wasn't even in Texas I was on a contract out of state someone gave them my stolen driver's license number and they put me on the list because of that because it was fraud it wasn't me of course I went to get my rent a car and it's three years later from this and nobody ever even called me in 2019 and now I can't get a rental car because of this they told me two to three business days it's been three I've missed two days of work I have a 77 year old mother on oxygen with no way to get to the hospital and they keep pushing it off Enterprise is horrible are horrible why didn't you report this to the cops in 2019 and get in touch with me so I knew somebody was stealing my identity I am an identity theft victim with a pin number from the FBI from 2013 and don't let it go again so yes I will be reporting it to the Better Business Bureau and I have to call that but cuz you didn't get the people giving you my damn driver's license number I can't believe y'all are so uncaring

After renting a van from Alton branch and being over charge I decided to rent from Basingstoke branch. I rented a van on the 15th November as I was reassured that my van would be safe left in there compound over night I left the van there. On the 17th of November I took the hire van back only to discover that my van had been broken into and over £2,500 worth of tools and personnel items had been taken, despite the van being parked not to far from the office and you could see the damage to the van as so as you drove it to there compound, they denied knowing that it had happened the manager total egnord me all they were interested in was changing me extras. On the 21st I made a complaint to customer service was told they would investigate and get back to me, on the 24th I sent a email to the CEO Chrissy Taylor explaining what had happened but it's now the 21st December and no one has bothered to get back to me. I would recommend to anyone not to use Enterprise and go with a local car and van rental company.

It is with great disappointment that I must bring to your attention the unacceptable experience my wife and I encountered at the Enterprise Branch located at 5860 Wiles Rd Coral Springs, FL, US, ******* on April 27th, 2023.
After driving home the Sonata rental from the branch, we were alarmed to find that the car's oil was only at 2%. The following day the car display that the oil needed changing so we returned the vehicle after contacting the branch for an exchange per Chad's suggestion. We were offered a choice of four vehicles as a replacement. However, much to our dismay, the 2 were in a filthy condition - a far cry from the expected cleanliness of a rental car.
As if the disappointing state of these vehicles wasn't enough, we were met with an increasingly hostile and unprofessional attitude from branch manager Mr. Corace when I went back inside to get clorox wipes to clean the second vehicle ourselves. Instead of addressing our concerns for a clean vehicle, Chad became defensive and his interactions with us only escalated the situation. My efforts to involve another employee, Mr. Hernandez, were fruitless as he refused to intervene and offered no support or resolution.
In the end, Chad informed us he could no longer provide us with a rental vehicle and suggested taking an Uber. Even when my wife made a new reservation through the dealership as suggested by the dealership, the following Monday Chad refused to rent a vehicle to my wife. We were extremely disappointed with Chad's behavior and lack of professionalism.
Attempts to contact higher management, including Area Manager and Regional VP, have been unsuccessful so far. We have sent several emails, but have not received any response. We are hoping to discuss this experiences of your branch and require their immediate attention. We will continue submitting our experience through all and any necessary means and until we receive a response and satisfactory outcome.

I only gave Enterprise one star as it won't let me post with zero stars. Yesterday (16 AUG 2022) I needed to rent a car. I called the toll-free number to Enterprise rent a car 0.3 miles from where I was. I picked a small SUV, confirmed the location, duration and price. I called that store and spoke to the employee, He advised they had no vehicles from that location and suggested we use the Melrose Ave. Store, so I called the toll-free number and changed the pick-up location, got the confirmation but when I called the Melrose Ave. Store the employee said they had no vehicles at that location to rent but to try a different location and I called the store he suggested and was told they had more than a dozen people with confirmations but they only had one (!) vehicle to rent. I was informed that calling the toll-free number gave me a person who had no knowledge of vehicle availability that their only job was to make reservations, and I was told there was a shortage of vehicle availability in the Roanoke (VA) Valley area. I will let you form your own opinions about this.

I went to rent a car from enterprise car rental place in boston mass. Freeport street to be exact an when i got there i talk to a guy about picking up a car i reserved as the guy went to give me the car i asked him did he make sure that he put that i wanted i insurance he said yeah an gave me the keys we drove off now we had the car for a couple weeks my daughter gets into a accident she calls me to let me know i then the following day call enterprise to report the accident they say they will get back to me. They call me a couple of hours later saying that i had know insurance an that they would get back to me in a little while to let me know what would be decided. Anyhow they got back to me saying they was keeping my deposit an that would be the end of the case. But they were wrong i went back to the place to see what was going on they were trying to charge me for the damage after they said the case was closed i told them im not paying them because i had insurance i then asked the man where was the guy who i had dealt with while renting the car he replied the guy was not here i asked where is he transferred the guy said no he s been let go. So. I said that should tell you there that someone messed up an it wasn't my fault. This is the worst experience i have ever had. I was in a car accident and Geico insurance flipped the bill. This was my first car accident did know how the car rental worked. My insurance covered $30 per day they tried to upsell me on a bigger truck. I say sure why not then they tell me i have to leave a $300 deposit. I said no way my insurance is paying so they say ok we only need $150.00. I gave my card then they tell me in another few days we will need another $150.00. I called my insurance and advised them they sais no way something is fishy here. They called and straighten it out. They told my insurance i was not in a Compact car. They put me in a bigger car to get more money from me even though insurance paid the bill. Crooks! 1
I returned the car 2 weeks later they stored my credit card and billed me $266.00 dollars saying i owed for tolls i had my Ezpass in the car now this car had Florida plates on it. They advised me someone left the Ezpass device on so i got charged. I told them i knew nothing of any device on the car fro tools no one from car rental explained anything about some toll mechanism implanted in car. What a difference it was to rent a car through Enterprise( Budget is a nightmare from start to Finnish.) Twice I have reserved a car that was not available when I showed up at the Budget dealer shop. They had no car at all to offer me and never even apologized for the situation that put me in. I needed a car for a very important reason. My daughter had several college tours lined up) I reserved, creceived a confirmation even pre paid for my car at Budget. Only to be left stranded and panicked On two separate occasions (Budget have a glitch in their system that doesn't update when they run out of cars) That was Budget in NewRochelle.
Now back to Enterprise in New Rochelle: Such a positive experience from start to finish. First and foremost I want to say that every single staff member was kind, friendly and helpful. I personally had the pleasure to deal with two lovely young ladies: Shannon & Jaena Rene. They were both so sweet, helpful and patient with me throughout. They were both very knowledgeable about each car. Enterprise is lucky to have such wonderful women as their employees!
I needed to extend my rental for a few days. Each day when I had to extend my rental car agreement: I had no problem getting an actual human on the phone to talk to. Serenity now lol I truly appreciated being able to get a human being on the phone that reassured me about the rate & who confirmed the extension.

We were hit by one of your rental trucks and after contacting countless departments at your company, no one would take an incident report. I was specifically told by multiple employees to never use the words, "claim or report" or no one in your company would touch it. The person at our local branch openly mocked me because he knows he can get away with it. One person told me you have GPS tracking on all vehicles and he just laughed out loud when I suggested that you might. The local branch rep said, he definitely wasn't going to help me. When I asked about GPS he laughed hysterically and stated, "Go ahead. Call corporate, call claims, call anyone you want. Good luck with that! You track that down! Hahaha! No one is ever going to help you! Hahahaha!" Then, he hung up on me. This is the one person everyone at your company said I had to get a case number from or no one would be able to help me. No one in multiple divisions would start a case so you attempt to look for the person who returns a damaged truck. I understand it's a long shot, but it's what the police told us to do after filing the police report. I was repeatedly told you have ******* trucks on the road and you have no clue where they are. I find that hard to believe. It's clear that you have no system in place for non-customers who want assistance to report a hit-and-run renter. You rent trucks to companies for 2-3 years so they can hit people, cause property damage, and flee the scene of an accident and you will protect them, the criminal! No wonder your renter told us to "f*Ck off" and sped away. After two days of calling and countless Enterprise employees, they basically told us the same thing—to f*Ck off!
Enterprise prices are HIGHER on your discount website than on their own website. Enterprise is not a good discount.
On the 13th of May I made a reservation for my son to pick up a car at Enterprise at the Des Moines Iowa airport At the time I made the reservation I was told to be sure to have a return flight itinerary which we did in fact have When my son arrived at the airport he went to Enterprise and was waited on by an extremely rude and belligerent gentleman that wouldn't even look at his itinerary and refuse to rent him the car He said he didn't have proof of return flight but he wouldn't look at it My son actually returns tomorrow which is Sunday May 15th All I'm asking from Enterprise is that they give my son a formal apology or some type of compensation The apology I want from the gentleman that helped my son I've always loved Enterprise I'm a gold customer I have nothing but good things to say about them until this particular incident I'm extremely upset about this Something has to be done They have filed a report but so far nothing has come of that My son had to take a cab 30 miles south of Des Moines and it completely ruin his vacation with his twelve-year-old son Thank you for reading this hope you have a good trip

Spent many hours calling the company and no one answers. When finally someone did, they were not understanding of our situation. We were supposed to pick up our car from Entreprise at Algeciras port at 4:00 PM august 31st 2023 and the car was fully paid for including full car insurance for 5 days. The ferry arrived at 6:15 PM and we called the Entreprise to verify when they closes which they proceeded to say they closed at 7:00 PM. To our surprise when we arrived to the office it was closed and it says on the door that it closes at 6:00 PM. We tried to contact DoYouSpain, by phone and by email to find out when we can get the next avaible time to pick up our car, and no one was answering. The next morning early they replied saying because we didn't pick up the car at the right time that we lost the booking for the car and the money we paid for the whole 5 days we reserved is lost too... they don't want to give us the car nor the money back. My conversation was with Martina - Hana and Claire Davis.
After multiple tries, we talked with Entreprise customer service and they said because we went through a third party agency, we should deal with them directly... DoYouSpain said to deal with Entreprise directly... playing ping pong back and forth.
We just want either the money we paid for or the car.
We don't recommend both companies for anyone. We took full car insurance to have a peace of mind but we missed thinking of the nuisance dealing with a companies such as DoYouSpain and Entreprise.

I reversed a 7 passenger mini van for July 30,2021 8am to August 3,2021 8am. July 27,2021 I received a call from one of the store manager, telling me that they will not have the car available. He assure me that they will look for a car that will fit my needs, they will have a answer by July 29,2021. 1 day before my reservation.
I decided to contact the corporation customer service to see if they can help resolve this issue. After calling a few times, I was told to call other enterprises store to see if they have a car suited for my trip. Annoyed but I did it anyways, with no luck on finding a car that will fit 7 passengers.
I called again they transferred me to the scalation team, they just referred the issue to the district manager. I was told that the district manager should give me a call to fix the issue.
July 29,2021 I called the scalation team to see if I can get an update on when the district manager will get in contact with me, but I got a annoyed representative. Which she hung up on me. Sadly I can't remember her name. So I called again, this time I got a professional and carrying representative. She explained to me that there nothing she can do for me because this issue should get resolve by the district manager.
Now it's the end of the day (July 29,2021). Never received a called from the district manager or anyone regarding my issue and how we can resolve it. This is very unacceptable from this company because they made me be in emotional stress and nights without sleep. You have been warn!
