They charged me 10 times, till now have no idea why! I had a problem with the car and they never called me or helped me, I called the assitance road and dont answer. Hahahaa seriously the WORST company I ever used. Nightmare
Absolutely the worst customer service. Taylor was incompetent and the other rep was rude. I recommend using either a different office or certainly another rental car company.
I had a vehicle reserved in Appleton, WI for Saturday August 7th, 2021. Because I could not get it when my flight came in on the 6th, because of how late they open. Than on the 6th, I find out my flight back home is cancelled and I have to find a different flight. The only flight I could get was out of Milwaukee, so 113 miles from the Appleton airport. When I went in to get my vehicle I advised that I will have to drop off in Milwaukee instead of Appleton due to a flight cancelling and could not get a flight out of Appleton. First she said they dont do one way rentals, and than she said that you can do it but you will be charges an extra $250. REALY $250 for 113 miles. I had no choice but to pay it as I had 2 days in Appleton yet and I had to get to Milwaukee. I rent vehicles in Arizona and drive them to Las Vegas to catch planes and never get charged. If you ask me, Enterprise is a bunch of crooks. It is not bad enough that I had to pay $711 to get a flight home on a different airline, but Enterprise decided they had to get their part of the money too. I may get a discount through you from my employer, but I would rather pay someone else more than rent a vehicle through you. You just added to an already horrible weekend. I will also never tell my clients to rent through you. And I refer you about 10 times a week. It makes me give you at least one star, but would rather give you no stars.

I reversed a 7 passenger mini van for July 30,2021 8am to August 3,2021 8am. July 27,2021 I received a call from one of the store manager, telling me that they will not have the car available. He assure me that they will look for a car that will fit my needs, they will have a answer by July 29,2021. 1 day before my reservation.
I decided to contact the corporation customer service to see if they can help resolve this issue. After calling a few times, I was told to call other enterprises store to see if they have a car suited for my trip. Annoyed but I did it anyways, with no luck on finding a car that will fit 7 passengers.
I called again they transferred me to the scalation team, they just referred the issue to the district manager. I was told that the district manager should give me a call to fix the issue.
July 29,2021 I called the scalation team to see if I can get an update on when the district manager will get in contact with me, but I got a annoyed representative. Which she hung up on me. Sadly I can't remember her name. So I called again, this time I got a professional and carrying representative. She explained to me that there nothing she can do for me because this issue should get resolve by the district manager.
Now it's the end of the day (July 29,2021). Never received a called from the district manager or anyone regarding my issue and how we can resolve it. This is very unacceptable from this company because they made me be in emotional stress and nights without sleep. You have been warn!

When I got there they asked if I had a credit card I said yes they said the credit card didn't have a chip And I could not rent the Truck Bad communications not happy with their service misleading
Do not allow them to send your rental agreement electronically. Make sure you actually read your agreement prior to leaving their lot. They have no integrity when it comes to the customer. Especially the Denver airport location.
I made a reservation for a suv two months before I needed it and Enterprise called 2 days before to tell me That they do not carry premium Suvs in franklin va area and that we were out of luck. No sorry or nothing. So we call the call center to see if they can help and seem like they could but we heard nothing from them. It will seem like Enterprise would care especially if I call 2 months ahead of time, u dnt kno what your customers have plan. I WAS Really DISAPPOINTED. You really put us in a Bind and it seem like you ddnt care at all.
The car we rented was unclean. Exterior was not washed properly and excuse given was the car wash was out of soap. Oil light came on while leaving the dealership. Just about everything indicated this place was flipping returns without checking them.
Called on a Thursday. Was told could not guarantee until a Wednesday. I agreed (one the hand is better, right?). They called me Tuesday and said after 3:00 on Wednesday would REALLY guarantee a vehicle. They called back Wednesday and said they could not guarantee me one and there was no sense in coming in and waiting for a vehicle that may not show back up. They asked me to wait for their call. What?!?
Was in accident around June 26 or 27 and finally got a rental the 29th. Today July 11 was last day insurance was paying so I wanted to rent a few days on my own paying for it myself. The employees would not wait 10 minutes for me to load my card instead they said car had to be returned by 6 30 am or it would be flagged. Tried calling customer service and the could not extend because not picked up at airport. I have left message every where I can think of letting people know that I want at least one more day PAYING MYSELF NO INSURANCE! AND my card can be run for one day at rate of what the insurance was getting...
Matter of factly cancelled reservation 1 hour before pick up. No gesture toward competent customer service. Foundation of their business should be that customers can entrust them with honoring their reservation. When that trust is betrayed with an attitude of corporate impunity rather than an effort to ensure customer satisfaction, that's a failure.
Enterprise is one is the worst car rentals there is, customers service is horrible. The agents are rude and aggressive. No form of empathy to customers. I would never rent here again!
Hear this folks. Was renting for about 4 years straight monthly. Went in to renew my contract and was blow away.the bad way. Was paying about 1200 a month on average until i walk in and they tell me the price to rent a car monthly went up to 2870 a month which is crazy.and to make matters worse they didnt have the deciency to let me know ahead of time that the price went up nearly 300 percent. They dont care about us only money.
They have a worthless Rewards membership. You have to be hawkish and complain often to even get your past reservations to even show up when you log in. Good thing they are overpriced as well. With more cars and locations, you would think they could afford to be cheaper.
Went online to call the toll free number and ended up getting took for $225. Then after talking to like 6 different people the supervisor said "yeah I see where they got the $ but it didn't go on the security deposit." Now I ain't sure if any of the people I talked to was really enterprise now cuz how did she see that and can't do anything about anything. I never got the car and they just robbed me of the $. I was traveling north on highway 2 in Columbia Falls MT (our home) with my son in the back seat. I was in the slow lane doing the speed limit. There was an Enterprise shuttle trying to turn left (south) I'm guessing to pickup people up from Glacier international Airport. He cut me off leaving about 15 feet for me to slam on my breaks and lay on the horn. Luckily I was paying attention because it would have been a horrible scene. After returning home I called Enterprise and spoke to the manager at the Columbia Falls location to let him know what had happened and that his driver was being very unsafe and putting peoples lives in danger. He apologized but also chuckled. I asked if he was going to do something about this and he said he would talk to the driver. BUT... When he was responding to me and chuckled in mid sentence. Like haha. At least you didn't get hurt. But we have more important people to tent to. Totally pissed me off! I realize its tourist season in Montane and you have a job to do. But good lord don't forget about safety. I hope people read this review before trusting there drivers.
Been a couple of months now since this incident but since nothing has been done about it I'm pretty sure the woman Kathy a regional manager listened to me while she was doing the crossword puzzle pretending she cared. Basically some of this is my fault. I left 6 boxes of ties in the trunk of the car I returned. I called the next day and they had them. However, the box with the most expensive ties was missing. 15 Daniel Cremieux 7 fold ties mysteriously vanished. I was told they fell in the water. I think that's why dry cleaners are in business Someone apparently knew their tie since those ties range in price from 95 to 125 a piece. She actually gave me the impression she cared, SHE DIDN'T. I'm not even sure why she bothered to call me back but there you have it, ENTERPRISE JUST DOESN'T CARE much like the coat Melania wore one day that caused quite an uproar. To sum it up ENTERPRISE SUCKS!

After traveling across the country, (Utah to NY) I landed in Syracuse NY tired, and exhausted landing at 11:45 pm. Your Assistant Manager, Ryan Rowlands, was their to meet so many of us and provide us with exceptional customer service and smiles. The line at Enterprise was long, it was now after midnight, and Ryan went above and beyond for all of your customers. He is a great representative on behalf of Enterprise!
