I have used Enterprise several times over the past years at both the location in Tulare & Visalia and I have always felt like a valued customer. The staff have always been very professional and friendly and helpful. Being able to extend the rental out using the app if necessary was a real plus because there are some days I did not know if I would get my truck back from the shop and so with just a click on the app I could easily extend for another day. So easy and quick. I enjoy taking the surveys and giving the ratings because that is one thing I do look at when choosing a company. So I like to be helpful to others in my situation that may need a rental and can see my positive notes. I tell it how it is. Whether good or bad. But I have never had a bad experience with Enterprise and I will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come.
Islip MacArthur Airport Enterprise car rental was Fantastic. From the time I got the rental car. Also when I returned the car. They were very courteous and polite. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I've been calling since yesterday and no one answers. I called Geico to see if they could help me. What happened is that my daughter left 100 dollars in the drawer of the car and I called because the money was to buy something for a project and I was never able to talk to anyone at the office. I called auto repair there and a guy told me he would leave a message so they could call me back and they never called me. I called like 6 times today and nothing and I went back and called auto repair and a girl answered, she asked me for my name and told me what she would do so they could call me back and they never called me back.
The front end began to shake a little bit around 70 mph, the tires were only aired up to 29psi, I inflated them up to spec, that helped the vibration a little but it did help the steering which was a little sluggish most likely caused by the low tire pressure. The car did have over 22,000 miles, all in all it wasn't a bad ride.

My car was in need of repair work. My insurance company set me up with a rental, which is how I went to Enterprise. It couldn't have been easier. I dropped my car off at Hudson View Auto Body and he drove me to Enterprise. My rental vehicle was already waiting for me and Austin Glick got me out in a timely fashion. Austin was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and extremely helpful. He answered every question I had and gave me lots of information as well. When I returned the rental vehicle, he was kind enough to drop me at Hudson View Auto Body to pick up my vehicle. The Volkswagen midsize SUV was very nice as I was used to my Chevy Equinox and adjusted easily as far as all aspects. Great job Enterprise and especially for your choice of representatives. Austin Glick we can't thank you enough for making a difficult situation so easy and pleasant.
I made a same day conformation over the phone, but when I went to pick it up i was told that no car was available. This was on a Friday, but the lady said she might be able to fix me up with something on the following Monday! I thought the Number I called was the local office number. But the lady said I called the corporate office and that they booked everything regardless of availability. My rental experience was a nightmare at the 220 Broadway location in Huntington Station. My rental car wreaked of smoke, and all of my clothes and everything smelled like smoke by the time I arrived to my destination. Extremely disappointed 😞
Everyone at the n. Mays location were very friendly and helpful. The person who rented the car to me was very patient as there were glitches with my phone reservation. Carrie Ann who received my rental was very friendly and efficient. The manager of that location did a great job of hiring the staff. Thank you!
Very easy experience! Did the pre check-in and got our car in about 5-10 minutes! Retuning it was a breeze; drove in, got out, answered a few questions, and that was it. Car was clean, easy to drive and got good mileage. Will definitely rent from Enterprise again.
Enterprise always provides me with a flawless car rental experience. They could not make the experience any easier and always come and pick me up and drop me off. Their employees are always top notch.
The car's air conditioning did not work and veered to the right severely to the point where I had to pull the wheel to the left to stay straight. I called roadside assistance to notify them and they had me call the local branch (LAX airport) and nobody answered so I left a message. Nobody called me back. When I returned the car I told the manager and he was very kind and told me they would credit my account with a day's rental. This appears to not have happened. The staff were very nice but the car was non-functional. You can't have a car in LA with no air conditioning.
It was great it would come here again the people were great but I don't like the fact that you'll want me to write a long review i don't it necessary for someone to write a small essay

The car smelled like a new car. Not a hint of cigarette or marijuana smell. The rental and return process was simple and painless. The general manager was so kind and accommodating.

I have always been pleased with my rental experiences with Enterprise, but my most recent experience was above and beyond. Ray, the new store manager of the Jackson branch, and his crew were amazing. It's the only rental place in a small town and it's busy. But that crew hustles and gets things done. They are quick, efficient, reliable, and so incredibly helpful. They are flexible and accommodating, which is such a gift when things on your end are getting stressful. Everyone has timeframes, appointments, deadlines, office hours, etc. That crew went out of their way to shift things around, pivot, and make things work for each customer. I appreciate watching a crew work together so seamlessly with just the goal of making sure each and every customer was taken care of to the best of their ability. It was amazing to see. I will keep coming back to Enterprise because of this experience.
Rental pickup was extremely easy. I was able to drop off the car at the repair shop when I picked up my car. I really appreciated the ability and convenience to leave the rental with the repair shop and drive away in my car! Hassle free experience.
