I normally do all of my personal car rentals through Enterprise. However, this time it was through my insurance because of an accident. Everyone was so professional and accommodating. This is the reason I choose Enterprise. There is no need to look elsewhere. Enterprise has always been amazing to work with. I don't remember the last time I rented with another company. It's been Enterprise for as long as I can remember.
The staff at the McCandless Twp, PA store were very professional and helpful. Having my insurance company able to directly contact the store and begin the process for a rental was very helpful. Not having to return the rental to the store, but have them pick up the car at the auto repair shop was another convenience. Dealing with the car accident issues, it was great to work with a company that made things much smoother with their help.
I Was so shook up From my accident That I wasn't even sure if I could handle the rental process. But the staff at the office were so Friendly and patient with me. And the process was so quick and simple. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. Also Communication During the time I had the vehicle, which was almost a month, was excellent
We were blessed to be able to have a nice car to use while ours was being repaired. Austin was a Very helpful and Friendly person that represented Enterprise car rental and he made our experience very easy and friendly to do.
We rented the Jeep Wrangler since we feel more comfortable in that vehicle during the winter weather. Unfortunately after a lite rain the roof leaked covering my wife and I with water.
The front end began to shake a little bit around 70 mph, the tires were only aired up to 29psi, I inflated them up to spec, that helped the vibration a little but it did help the steering which was a little sluggish most likely caused by the low tire pressure. The car did have over 22,000 miles, all in all it wasn't a bad ride.

My rental experience was a nightmare at the 220 Broadway location in Huntington Station. My rental car wreaked of smoke, and all of my clothes and everything smelled like smoke by the time I arrived to my destination. Extremely disappointed 😞
The car's air conditioning did not work and veered to the right severely to the point where I had to pull the wheel to the left to stay straight. I called roadside assistance to notify them and they had me call the local branch (LAX airport) and nobody answered so I left a message. Nobody called me back. When I returned the car I told the manager and he was very kind and told me they would credit my account with a day's rental. This appears to not have happened. The staff were very nice but the car was non-functional. You can't have a car in LA with no air conditioning.
I was dissatisfied because they did not do what they were supposed to and I have had plenty of family members that worked for you guys as rental agents. And to be charged almost the same thing for a car that did not accommodate what I needed was just wrong wrong, but I had no choice, but to take the rental because I had to be there Sunday.
I had a good experience here the staff were very nice and friendly. I would definitely go back to them. They took good care of me when I needed a rental due to somebody hitting my car and I was glad I was able to get help from them.
My vehicle was damaged, so I had to drop it off at a body shop. The enterprise agent worked with me to pick me up from the body shop, and was able to do so at MY convenience. Also, I needed a specific type of vehicle and after explaining my situation they were able to give me exactly what I needed. They were pleasant and incredibly helpful in a stressful situation.
The pick-up and return were smooth, and everything is perfect. Charlie is exceptional, and assisted us with everything we need, and assured that everything is taken care of. Experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car is 10/10 and it made our first road trip memorable and exceptional.

Call Raul experience was great. Just your prices was just the time I received it. We're doing spring break so I wish it wasn't that at the time. I have a car that I want I did not wasn't able to get, but I was happy with what I have seen

This is for the Green park, MO location. I was injured in a car accident for work and insurance set up a rental deal for $1500 for a month and they had 0 full sized suvs. I asked if they would have one the next day in they didnt even check they just said I hope so not caring at all. I am 6'9 and I cant fit in a regular car. I had to miss work that day. The next day they had a full sized suv and the manager was extremely rude and said it will be $250 more dollars and I didnt qualify anyways for a suv because I am cash only no credit when they are partnered directly with my insurance. My dad offered to use his card 800 credit score but he wouldnt let him. I asked them if the only option is to get in a tiny car with my legs over my head and break my legs in an accident and they said pretty much. I will NEVER go there again. They were all rude 20 yr old gen z workers to someone who just got out the urgent care the day before. Figures. F-

Overall great experience. The only complaint is, the person who details the cars need to clean under the back seats, found food crumbs and straw wrappers and found someone's credit and debit cards under there.
I needed a rental cause my vehicle was having some body work done. My insurance agent set it up and I loved the ease of both pick up and drop off. Had the rental for the week cause I don't have a second vehicle and needed to get to work. Staff was kind and friendly.
Essex branch is awesome! The staff goes above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible for you. The girl atvthe front with long dark hair is the absolute best! The girl who got my car ready kina had it done in less than 10 minutes and it was spotless! Best branch in MD
The rental was booked through Volvo & everyone I encountered during the process of picking up the car & returning it was efficient. When I returned the car arrangement was made to get me back to Volvo so that I could pick up my car.
