Awful I am very disappointed and what I experienced on December 1 from the Woodbury Evergreen Avenue enterprise location, the refused to acknowledge that I am was the person that I presented myself to be. They didn't wanna acknowledge the fact that I had a family member by the same last name that I recommended to use them on the same date instead of thanking me, they would treat me as if I was misleading them and once they discovered that it was just a coincidence that two people by the same last name was using a service instead of them apologizing they treated me as I was inconveniencing them, and because of their mistake, they took it out on me not only did they overcharge me they never apply my discounted rates from the last overcharge N. It was all because they mixed up two people with their last name so so they decided to overcharge me and not apply my discount and to make matters worse. They charged me for 10 days when I only had it for nine and they said that it's part of their policy when they're dealing with insurance claims, they are not allowed to refund overcharges nor pi this kind of rates that initially they told was being applied to me, so I feel not only disappointed I feel misled, and and it changes my opinion of that location and the people there and like I said I have used that locations may be over 10 times for warranty work from Woodbury Nissan and other family outings
Not enough familiarity with the car. I wasn't a fan if the model.
