My 79 old mom ordered a ductless ac off the site when received did not like how she had to use it by re freezing ice packs called to return did not answer the phone with company red flag one, ask for a shipping label told would email with in 2 days, nothing called 3 times until i had to call and go off, had to call ups to getting address since shipping label was worn. Told got info will send back he told me not to ship and wait on label i said no only have 30 days to return and trying to pro long so they wont have to refund her. Made a complaint to general attorney and on her to warn others if they happen to look at reviews LOOK at all the calls she made still no label or resolution.
I have been having the WORST experience with this company for an item that I ordered back in JULY! First, the item took forever to arrive - then, it was sent to the wrong address! - then, it was finally delivered but was DAMAGED - then, I contacted support and they told me to send evidence and that they would send me another one - i did that and I did not hear ANYTHING back. THEN I contacted Support on Facebook who also asked for evidence (which I sent, AGAIN) and they again assured me that they were going to send me an express shipment right away, a new product - THEN they said they would send me tracking information "in a few days" but it's been almost two weeks!
THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I've ever received and I'm utterly disappointed! I wish I had come across all these reviews before buying a product from them. DO NOT BUY from them, they're THE WORST!
I bought a desk for a standing desk. It wobbled so bad, there was no way to use my Macbook on it. I wrote customer service to return it. Like others here, I received the initial response, then nothing. Horrible experience.
Took 6 weeks to receive. I tried to cancel. Then they said would refund me 50% of purchase if I kept the item. Still waiting for my refund. Do not buy from this company!

I ordered the standing desk from this company over 3 months ago and still have not received anything. Similar to other reviewers, "customer service" responded to my initial email but I have not heard anything back since (I've sent 4 emails to follow up). It's a complete SCAM and I have not been able to secure a refund for a product that I will never, ever receive. I recommend NEVER ordering from this company so you don't lose your money the way I did.

First order, hat & shield - POOR.
-- Hat barely fits me, it is a small size for me & too large for my wife. Plus - that plastic face shield that comes with it - you have to attach it via the velcro on the hat and it AIN'T smooth. You have to be V-E-R-Y careful as you adhere the two together to get it somewhat smoothly attached.
Next, 2nd order - 2 of the"MAGIC" tee shirts that is water/stain repellent.
It took over a month - had to be shipped via the slowest method possible from China(just like what SEEMS to be MOST of the products coming to America now).
-- I had to send 3 emails for status(they never gave a time frame upon ordering).
-- After "OT" receiving ANY kind of response, I contacted my credit card company to dispute and get my money back. Guess what, they sent a response to the credit card company who passed it on to me.
-- Took appx 5 1/2 weeks to get that 2nd order...
-- I tried to go back to the site to review my order but they do NOT retain that content - KEEP your receipts handy in case you need to dispute charges to get your money back.
B/c of poor customer service and not the greatest products, I believe I will skip them from now on.

Very responsive with emails but constantly stringing me along with COVID Delay excuses. It's now seven months later and still nothing. Tracking number given to me today, upon my request, but USPS does not have package yet to ship so I expect this is just another tactic to string me along again. Preorders are non refundable beyond 14 days, but nobody predicted COVID issues back when I ordered this stupid candy in January. Very unethical. I'll be submitting a request to my credit card company to reverse the charge. Oh, and my young son is very sad and disappointed over this. Shame on you.

I place a pre-order on 4/18 with the expectations it would arrive sometime in May. It's now 6/26 and I still HAVE NOT received my order. I emailed them an they said due to Covid things were behind. I understood that but for it to be almost July and I still haven't gotten my order is beyond ridiculous. Not to mention my kids are more than upset over it. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Was taken for $500.00 as they could not spend the 2 minutes to verify a fake or real watch. All any one has to do is check UTUBE and see how easy it is the check for a fake Rolex to bad they are so dishonest
They sent the wrong item. They sent the WRONG item and told me that I had to pay to ship it back because I should know their policy. Yes, their policy applies to the items that I purchased, they did not send me the right item that I purchased which I see they do frequently. I'll never use this company again.
