Warranty procedure

I bought Samsung S8+ with extended ''warranty''
The phone has fallen on the ground the battery and camera malfunctioning because of the impact.
I request a repair under the warranty so it will take more than 4 days to collect the phone?! And the shipment company will never call you until you request a pickup again!
I mean it's really complicated procedure why I have to suffer.
I should buy it from the dealer from the beginning so it will be easy to use the warranty.
I will never buy phones or expensive gadgets from Souq.com.

They do sell fake products

I bought a beauty blender for an extremely cheap price, it was from Souq shop not a seller. I knew it had to be fake but I wanted to try it for myself since they did not indicate that in the description and were describing it as an original one. When I received the item it was obviously fake, it wasn't even usable and had to throw it out.

Luckily, this was a cheap item. I personally would not trust them with expensive ones.

Warranty Scam
July 29, 2018

I bought a laptop under one year warranty, after some time the laptop cooling fan stopped working so I returned it for repair, first of all it took around 4 weeks to pick it up from me, they always send me a message saying someone is coming but no one shows up. After they received the laptop they returned it without repair because there was about 2mm scratch in the laptop and the reason was the laptop is damaged and not covered by warranty.

I purchased an iphone 5 from this guys as "NEW" just found out that it was refurbished one and used... NEVER AGAIN. See the picture for the details.
My phone doesn't work properly keeps on cutting the line, the battery last for maybe two hours or even less some time... SHAME ON THEM.

Watch out guys don't you buy anything from them

Inflates positive reviews by rejecting negative reviews. They do this sytematically and this shows intent. Also if you pay in cash and have an issue they will not refund in cash. Their customer service is non existent and if you do somehow get through you will just get load of rubbish and even lies blaming ministry to have been responsible for their poor policies. Their is no such a concept as resolving issues and complaints.

The service of souq.com is terribly bad. I placed an order with souq.com for a monitor and it was confirmed that the monitor will be delivered within May 17,2018. As of May 27, even 10 days after the delivery date passed, there was no sight of the delivery of the material. Customer service response was equally bad. One customer service agent tells me that the order will be cancelled and another says that it will be delivered. They do not want to escalate to higher management as they are NOt allowed to escalate to them. Is this the attitude of Amazon.com company? Shame on them! They let us down like this and will never respond properly. My recommendation is NOt to deal with them or otherwise we will only have headaches.

Fraud Products
January 23, 2018

Most if not all of the products on souq are fake and without warranty. I bought a tablet and i discover the tablet comes with advertising popping up every now and then as long as you are connected online, three weeks after purchase the screen went black and tablet went dead. No refund. No warranty

Horrible experiance

Website full of junk, 3 orders that i make after few weeks i get an email that they cannot fulfill the order, when you call customer service they are not capable of solving problems they just apologize, after service is also not reliable

I have been a customer of souq.com for over 2 years now. I have bought some good priced items and when they have delivered the right items, the service was great. However, for the orders they get wrong, they have terible customer service and people should avoid buying from them. It is worth paying a little extra for shipping for Amazon and have the peace of mind.

One laxer printer cartridge sent was the wrong model but I only discovered it when I tried to use it several weeks later. The returns policy is only 6 days. On another order, I ordered to iPad covers. They delivered zero of one and two of the other. Customer service would not arrange the delivery of the missing item as they have a "no exchange or replacement policy" - all you can do is return an item and place a new order so you double pay for shipping. I don't want a return or replacement - just the missing item delivered - but they don't see it that way. Will not use them again.

I ordered an item for valentines day as a gift for my partner. The delivery driver called me on the Monday to say he was delivering the item 'within 30 minutes'. The package did not arrive until the next day. When i opened the item glass came out of the box from the item which had been totally smashed. On asking to return the item, the same thing happened. The delivery driver called to say he was coming to pick it up that day, he then went to the wrong address!

Souq.com is a wrost site for any purchase. If you make any bad review and single star for the product then they never publish it. Souq.com only publish good reviews and posts. POOR customer support & waste services.

Fraud Store

This failed a lot of fraud Store.
I bought them more than once, I did not get the product.
Sellers are describing products and description is not true.
The market in the past accepts payments through PayPal.
PayPal was firm and fair. So the market to stop payment service PayPal because the market is deceiving buyers.
The market can not implement PayPal Convention for the Protection of buyers.
There is no protection for the buyers.
Sellers are not required to deposit funds to protect the rights of buyers.
The market is available in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Kuwait.
I warn everyone to deal with.

Very bad service, i ordered for lap top but after a week they informed that no stock. They r not advising which is available in stock. Lines are always buzy when u want call. Its really waste of time. Won't reccomend.

After twice payment. First time rejected hope to get refund earliest. Second attempt also showing no good result. M still waiting for my product which is not yet dispatch by seller edragon and souq people too not pushing matter forward. ¥I have my son birthday planned on car theme. N car yet not shipped. I planned his entry in it... *******aed of party. Looks will go flow coz i trusted this site. Hope to get in 2 days. Else my mind will blow out more..

Unreliable service
December 30, 2017

I ordered an item for Christmas. When it hadn't arrived 2 weeks later, I followed up with calls. My order was then cancelled by Souq saying the seller didn't have the product in stock. This should never have happened. You shouldn't be allowed to take money for something that doesn't exist.

They sell duplicate, low quality Dubai material for premium price. Only few electrical, electronic and mobile are only genuine mostly fake. Watch are mostly fake. Most of the things are fake. If we return any material it will take ages, suddenly they say they lost product. So please dont buy from souq. They are best thiefs

Ordered, paid, got it superfast. This is where the positives end. Screen was shattered. Phoned customer support who only connected my call in about 15 mins. They wanted to send a courier pick it up and then I would get refund. My idea was that the same courier should bring the same item and just swap like for like. Apparently such survice wasn't available. Probably because it makes a lot of sense. I told them their services suck.
I think I'll be sticking to Amazon and eBay for a while.

I purchased a few items fro m SOUQ:
1/ Fitness EZ curled bar Kettler - FAKE... not even remotely what the description said. They asked me to convince the seller it's not fake. And also covered him up by refusing my review (where I was describing how the bar has different specs).
2/ Fitness bench - missing parts, two months later and 20 emails & calls they refuse to refund me.
3/ Pair of dumbbells - they sent me just 1 and marked the order as complete... Again they refused my refund request...

Stay away guys!

I bought a Samsung S7 edge from souq.com It`s totally wastage of money I registered complain but no action. Item packing was old aThe nd used. Items were missing. And it`s different from same mobile available in market. May be its copy not original. PlZ plz don`t buy any mobile from souq.com
They are answering my complain and even they don't published my review. Now only option for me is court.

Ordered a 55 inch TV on 11th June 2018, got a defective piece which was returned on 24th June 2018 and till date have been following up almost on a daily basis, to be told by each and every single customer service representative that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours... absolutely unacceptable customer service from a company like Souq who now are a part of Amazon... not sure if Amazon is aware of these standards... very very poor services
