From souq, worst experience in my life, I ordered a new mobile from souq and they delivered second hand used mobile, at the time of receiving that mobile has the external scrren guard with bubble, I returned this product and after more than 30+ days they giving excuses you put this screen protection cover,
Souq.com has by far the worst customer service representatives. Ugly attitude and very unprofessional.
I had to cancel my order due to the horrible service that I received and I had asked two representatives to have a manager contact me and was promised yesterday that within 2 hours I will receive a call from someone but again false promise and nobody has called.
It was my first order with souq.com and the last for sure. And I will make sure to spread the word of the horrible experience I had.
It's the only website that I fully trust them their services!
Fast in the delivery, good prices, always respond to my quires, even once they have shipped my items within 2 days because I was really on a harry to get them before I travel!
The perfumes that they are selling are %100 original! The accessories are very good quality! I have never tied to buy cloths from them yet.
Although, lately, I have noticed that the perfumes prices have been increased little bit, but it's still below the market rates.
Im a seller for so many years in souq and i just found out that my listings in my seller account is almost 200 products as LIVE VIEW but once i checked out the website, i cannot find the products that im actually selling. It only means that they are doing something to block the other sellers to be seen and prioritize those sellers with badge who pays them for advertising. Honestly, i find this very unfair because they still earn from every serious seller who sells genuine products in their website. Very disappointing website. Their Customer Service has NO USE at all. Souq must give importance to the people who trust them from the very start because once trust has been lost, no one will order neither will sell from their website at all. Hope to improve their CS support and their service not only for the consumers but also for the legit sellers like us..
Very bad and disappointing service. Unprofessional staff who make promise to call after 1/2 hr but never do. I had to pay twice for the same polo shirt and in the 2nd time I received the wrong color! They didn't even accept to replace the wrong shirt but rather, they asked me to return it and await the refund within 15 working days! Stay away from them.
I ordered couple of items which was beats and some toys. I ordered silver color beats and they shipped me white color beat. How stupid that can be I Asked them why would they send me different color and their poor customer care has no answer for it that why did they send different color? Its like seriously they dont give a damn to customer. Instead of compensation they just had to waste my time and my money still not refunded yet.
Scam and when you buy anything and try to return it back it will take more than a month when you find that it's not the item that you ordered it looks like it they go behind a seller, now they owe me money and i raise a case against them plus another one for compensation. They show you something and give you another a high copy.
Souq before handling amazon nice online site. Nowadays souq leading amazon very bad and very slow. I have purchased two products from souq, got both are complaint product then i have returned that product, but not yet received my cash. I Paid extra money for the same day delivery, and still have not received my shipment and thats really disappointing, i tried calling the driver from last three hours and he is just ignoring my calls.
This is the worst service, why take extra money if you can not deliver on the same day, due to this i had to change my plans now.
For approximately 10 days Im following up with Q express to arrange for a pickup to return an item. Im a regular buyer from Souq and Im really frustrated about the incompetence and non commercial rofessional behaviour of Q express. I have been calling the call centre and I have escalated complaints to 2 managers but the result is the same - courier never shows up. Its a disgrace to the company that they are not even able to give me a proper commitment on a confirmed pickup. Im really frustrated and annoyed to deal with Q express
Long back I had bought a liquid lipstick, from NYX, named monte carlo, from souq.com.
But it was fake!
I went to a near-by beauty supply store a few days later and realized that the real NYX lipstick, monte carlo, is completely different from the one I purchased from Souq. Really disappointed with this!
Souq. Com stinks. They display items which they or their sellers do not have. After you place the order, their seller run for purchasing it, twice it happened and im saying good bye to souq... I ordered for a laptop on 18th Jan and even after 13 days they are not able to confirm whether they will be able to deliver my order. Hence I had to cancel my order. Its better to buy from a point of sales for the matter of fact that no waiting and also, most of the items in souq will not have warranty.
Its better to pay a bit more to avoid undue delay and getting a prompt warranty.
And I was checking with customer service agent about the other options, she was happily saying me to cancel the order if ever wanted? What kind of customer service is that?
I have bought several times from Souq, they have best delivery time, best price & very good customer service. Always delivered before time, even once I have to return the product and they did it without any hesitation and I get my money back.
Ok, so i bought all my Samsung Galaxy from them and all them had problems. The mother board broke on 2 and other issues with others!
Now, they have fixed one and half fixed another and asked me to pay for 2 of them.
They claim different reasons not to honor their warranty and claim payment on the repair.
I have contacted UAE consumer rights and the police and was told they have numerous cases against them! And i do advice all of you to do the same or not buy any products from them as they are not genuine!
Ordered Sony mobile on 28 Oct, with a confirmation it will be delivered by 1 Nov. Souq agreed to cancel as it was not delivered on 2 Nov. No after 15 days of cancellation no refund, they are telling they can't refund it they will send the item again?
I bought a Laptop Table last year, It was so nice in color over website.
I made cash on deliver order.
It arrived on my door after 20 days. I payed the amount and opened the pack. But it was a different color and the product war like a garbage. I waste my money.
I will not buy from Souq.
Recommend to avoid buying from this site. The price offered is not the best and the products received defective. Souq does not warranty all products sold on its site, which pretty much clear it of offence. So if you are buying an expensive product and hoping it to last and function and also expect servicing, steer clear of this site.
Their driver who was assigned to me was very rude and unsympathetic.
I was supposed to receive a parcel from Souq through the Wing app. I paid for next-day delivery only to find out that it will be delivered the day after because Quick Send's driver refused to deliver in my area because it's just one item.
I would understand that if I did not pay for a next day delivery. I would understand that if my item was less than AED 500.
I hope you can make your drivers understand what is the meaning of next-day delivery and URGENT. It is so frustrating especially when you vacated your schedule for the entire evening just to wait for their driver who happened to be so arrogant.
I made a purchase with my credit card and they have deducted 3114 are from my account. I haven't received any order confirmation. I checked with them they told me that they haven't received the money. I provided all the proof but still they don't have any solution for that. Worst customer care. They don't have any I formation regarding the issue. Still in fighting to get my money. Cheaters. Don't buy anything from them. Fraud company.
I order a 43" t. V on a Tuesday and was guaranteed delivery for Thursday. Thursday came - no delivery. Was told by courier company that special equipment was needed - I asked to speak to manager, there was none and I would be rung back - then ws told they are just to busy to deliver my goods - Manager never rang. I rang soul - was told they tried to deliver Tuesday (I only ordered tuesday evening) Souq said it would be delivered next day... never was delivered. I rang back courier company, I was told I just don't get it, I'm not allowed to speak to manager, I had no customer rights. It's a shame because SOUQ could be a great company - they just don't care and will take your money then Lie to you. Hence the saying 'never buy from SOUQ"
Answer: They are not allowing to open the consignment and will ask if any non-conformance you contact SOUQ customer service and they will refund. But remember refund is a hell process and finally you will say go to hell i no need any thing. Like i did

Answer: Do not. You are more than likely to not get a warranty with your purchase. Even if the phone is broken from manufacturers side they will not refund your money. I used to buy from them all the time. The last time I decided to buy wifi extenders, I brought 3. One of them blew up as soon as I plugged it in. I explained this to them, first they accused me of using it wrong (it's an extender you are supposed to plug it into a wall socket - I had set up the previous 2 the same way). Then they tried to claim they won't take it back because I opened it... Illogical stupid excuses for why they wouldn't refund my money. They refused even to exchange it. That was this time last year and since then I've never ordered from them again.
Answer: Not at all. Its an auctioned product which i got, which was not working and already expired one. You will not get warranty for that, if you need to confirm this, just take the serial number of mobile and go to apple store. Please dont ve cheated.
