Why SOUQ.COM INTENTIONALLY DEACTIVATED the keys "4" and "3" on the keyboard when you have to enter the VISA card number? Ridiculous
I ORDERED AN S3 SMART WATCH, WHEN OPENED THE PARCEL A FEW MINUTES LATER AND CHECKED IT WAS DEFECTED A BIG BLOTCH ON THE SCREEN. I CALLED IMMEDIATELY AND THE CALL CENTRE PLACED A REQUEST TO TRY AND RETURN EARLY NEXT MORNING. THE MORNING PASSED AND MANY CALLS TO THE CALL CENTRE LATER A Q EXPRESS AGENT CALLS CONFIRMING PICK UP THE NEXT DAY. I CALL THE CALL CENTRE AGAIN AND THE AGENT HAS THE CHEEK TO TELL ME TO CHECK THE POLICY OF SOUQ ON THE WEBSITE.
I PAID FOR SAME DAY PURCHASE, BUT EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A GOOF UP IN THE ORDER, THEYRE NOT INTRESTED IN PRIOTORISING THE PICK UP. IM ALSO INFORMED THAT IN CASE THE SUPPLIER FEELS LIKE THE PRODUCT WAS DAMANGED ON MY END, I WOULDNT BE REFUNDED AND THAT THE DEFECTED PRODUCT WOULD BE RETURNED TO ME.
HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS BETWEEN THE TIME IVE RETURNED THE ITEM TO THE QEXPRESS RIGHT TILL IT REACHES THE SUPPLIER. MY MONEY IS STUCK NOW AND WHAT A MISTAKE IT WAS TO PURCHASE FROM HERE. MORAL OF ALL OF THIS: TRYING TO SAVE A FEW BUCKS WILL ALWAYS LAND YOU IN A MESS.

Answer: They are not allowing to open the consignment and will ask if any non-conformance you contact SOUQ customer service and they will refund. But remember refund is a hell process and finally you will say go to hell i no need any thing. Like i did

Answer: Do not. You are more than likely to not get a warranty with your purchase. Even if the phone is broken from manufacturers side they will not refund your money. I used to buy from them all the time. The last time I decided to buy wifi extenders, I brought 3. One of them blew up as soon as I plugged it in. I explained this to them, first they accused me of using it wrong (it's an extender you are supposed to plug it into a wall socket - I had set up the previous 2 the same way). Then they tried to claim they won't take it back because I opened it... Illogical stupid excuses for why they wouldn't refund my money. They refused even to exchange it. That was this time last year and since then I've never ordered from them again.
Answer: Not at all. Its an auctioned product which i got, which was not working and already expired one. You will not get warranty for that, if you need to confirm this, just take the serial number of mobile and go to apple store. Please dont ve cheated.
