Bought Laptop Table,

I bought a Laptop Table last year, It was so nice in color over website.
I made cash on deliver order.
It arrived on my door after 20 days. I payed the amount and opened the pack. But it was a different color and the product war like a garbage. I waste my money.
I will not buy from Souq.

Bought a One Plus X mobile phone from Souq, after 4 months it simply stopped working. Not just a blank screen, but not even a power on. As it was still under warranty, I returned it to Souq. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing from them, called them, and was told that they would not honour the warranty because the phone glass had scratches (true), that the phone was dented (untrue) and bent (also untrue). After repeated arguments, and statements that someone would call me, which never happened, I was simply put on hold after I had talked to a customer service representative, with no one bothering to come back on the line. After 3 such calls, I gave up, and asked them to return the phone to me. I am now the proud owner of a 1000 dirhams paperweight, as even the "local" mobile shops cannot repair this brand, as they do not carry any parts. Cannot even find the name of a One Plus dealer in Dubai, as none exists. All in all, a nasty experience -- I will stick to Lulu and Carrefour from now on.

Fake Shoes

Last month I bought Polo Shoes. I only used it after a month on our trip abroad. After 2 days of using i noticed there are some cracks on both pair. As days goes by the cracks are keep on coming. After a week when we returned to Dubai, i returned to them the item but sadly they told me that they cant refund my money because the shoes is already used. From now on i will stop buying from them. Now I know souq.com is selling fake products too.

IAM WONDERING HOW KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA ALLOW THIS TYPE OF STORES TO RUN... FULL OF FRAUDS... I BOUGHT IPHONE 4S ROM SOUQ.COM AS IT MENTIONED AS NEW... BUT I GOT MY PHONE WITH BATTERY SWOLLEN WITH BACK PANAL COVER DAMAGED... IAM INDIAN I HAVE BOUGHT LOT OF PRODUCTS FROM INDIAN STORES LIKE FLIPKART AND I GOT 100% SATISFACTION THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I GOT FOOLED BY AN ONLINE STORE, IS SOUQ.COM... SOUQ.COM WILL BE BANNED

Souq must not allow everyone to be their supplier. Sometimes the ordered item is either refurbished or used from unknown suppliers in nasser square.

Fraud Store

This failed a lot of fraud Store.
I bought them more than once, I did not get the product.
Sellers are describing products and description is not true.
The market in the past accepts payments through PayPal.
PayPal was firm and fair. So the market to stop payment service PayPal because the market is deceiving buyers.
The market can not implement PayPal Convention for the Protection of buyers.
There is no protection for the buyers.
Sellers are not required to deposit funds to protect the rights of buyers.
The market is available in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Kuwait.
I warn everyone to deal with.

I tried them several times before and always had shipping delay and quality of the items were always poorly stored. My last order i received different item then what i ordered and they returned promising to send the right model only to tell me later that its out of stock and they held my money hostage as store credit i never got my order nor did they refund me yet till this date i would never order from this site again. I included screen shoot from souq.com customer service (translation they will not ship my order due to price change of the item they cannot full fill my order unless i place new order and pay the difference in price)

I was selling on souq.com i gave them laptops but its been one months they black my money. I calling and complain also but their
Customer services is really bad i will recommend everyone donot deal with them they block your money even they block also
My one friends money same case like me with him...

I am officially done with souq.com!
This is the 5th time that I have ordered from souq.com and been dissapointed. If its not bad delivery, then its broken or missing parts to a product ordered. To top it off, the compensation sucks for the inconvenience. Wait... what compensations besides a whole lot of " I am sorry ma'm "... Wouldn't recommend any one to use this site.

Always they take too much cash. If the bill is 70.06 dhs, they want 71 dhs. And when i give 75 they will not give balance 4 dhm. I had 3 diffrent experiences like these. Very bad. *******@gmail.com

I purchased a camera lens--paid in full by credit card. Next day I received package labeled with the camera lens but inside were two bottles of perfume. I returned the perfume according to their instructions and was promised a refund. In lieu of a the refund, 861 dhs, they "closed my complaint ticket". Now the whole issue is lost in a morass--I've got no lens, no refund... I don't even have the stupid perfume. Unprofessional, unsafe company. Let's stick to shopping at the malls!

BAD SERVICE

Was told at the time the order was placed that you can see the product and pay.
However the delivery person refused to give the item in hand to see unless you paid cash in his hands.
The item was packed & could not see the colour and gb of the mobile.
Very bad service.

This is really crazy kind of community
They are online store where they have to handle all suppliers in same why, while they have there own supplier account " DOD_UAE" who is playing in the system 24 hours to destroy all other suppliers with very bad online under table games
Is it fare to create competition against your supplier internally?

Also This DOD_UAE is selling mainly fake products Apple and other brands

When they find one supplier is selling well they immediately start creating problems for him to reduce his sales and to protect DOD_UAE

If Amazon or any other supper online global store will open here, i am sure they will close and take all there mafia immediately from Dubai

It is really really very big indian mafia inside and handling with suppliers in very bad way just for supporting there own one " DOD_UAE "

My experience with Souq.com is a memorable one. I bought a BUSTED Samsung mobile from Souq.com in which I tried to send it back to repair thru the famous QExpress. I waited 10 days calling them daily for a pickup and they kept promising me daily for that pickup. At last, I gave up and asked them for a solution to my agony. Their solution was for me to leave my work and deliver it myself to their Quooz store which I ended up doing. The worst part is that Souq.com did nothing about it. I complained and called a lot, asked to speak to a supervisor but no action was taken except these useless mails I received from them. That taught me a lesson NEVER TO BUY from Souq.com and never use QExpress again..

Very bad experience

I bought a laptop from SOUQ, after a long waiting period of Nine days they cancel my order saying that they dont have it. If they dont have it why they put it on website for sale, just to fool us. Think hundred times before opting SOUQ
