Souq.com used to have the best quality and commitment to its costumers, but now it's really the otherwise... I have placed an order 6 days ago with due for delivery next day. Until now I haven't received the order, I have called the courier and souq. Come several times with no result, they are only promising... I am really shocked from this very low level of quality that they have reached

Stole My Money

This business took my money but never sent me the item I purchased. It even erased the record of my purchase. This is not a business but an organization of thieves. It should be prosecuted and its employees jailed.

Dears
I placed an order and completed the payment through Sadaat Payment option. Once from bank transaction was complete i was redirected to Souq website where it showed me error that item in cart expired.
Now from bank amount already cut and transaction is successful. As per Bank the amount already transferred to souq so bank will not refund. But on Souq I can't find money in my account. I complaint to souq and operator said prove that u made the payment. Still no action from Souq.

I tried it, they charge a lot to sell in the site and they have so bad service agents on the phone, site or email. They are selling things that breaks in 3 days, the material of the dress i bought was horrible and they dont answer you after they sell things.

I dont recommend it to anyone.
And they even hang up on you if you contact

Very disappointed with refund system, since 1 month souq.com didn't returned my money, with repeated follow ups iam getting hopeless, people nver order online incase you need to return or refund forget it they wont pay you back.
My order # ************** returned same day last month but till now no refund, service so pathetic beware.

I have Give them 1 star because it wouldnt let me type without a star. But for me Ill give them NO STAR. Disgusted with the service that souq has given me. Same items purchase 3 times and all the times dealer & cancelling my order after deducting from my credit card. Gave me a 7 days period for full fill the order and last minute cancelling my order after waiting for so long and did the same 4 times to me.

If the dealers and making trouble then do not maintain such a dealers like that, who is spoil your name..

This is just a typical UAE poor run Business. Numerous item are fake and no one cares. I have been a seller here for years and the fees keep going up, up. And up. All they want is to make as much money as they can and don't care about the customer or the seller. They need to go visit eBay in the USA and see what a real company is like. It doesn't make sense to sell here anymore. Shipping companies they use are HORRIBLE, I repeat HORRIBLE. Both Aramex and Qexpress are a bunch of clowns. If I was the owner of SOUQ.com. I would feel absolutely terrible about running a company such as this. Must have no pride whatsoever. Please do yourself a favor and AVOID this company. Go to other sites such as Dubizzle where you can avoid this place and not pay the absurd prices for everything.

I purchased a Lenovo G4070 Intel core i3 laptop on this web-site.

The delivery was super fast - from UAE to Qatar in less than 3 days.

When I received the laptop it was well packed. Started the machine and it took like half day to finish initial installation. They I tried to use some of the applications and programs. The laptop was constantly freezing and hanging, the mouse becomes unresponsive frequently. It seemed like I've been using an old laptop in a new cover. I am sure that was the case. That's probably is the reason why they didn't list all the specs of the laptop on the web-page. Scam. Not buying any more staff on this web-site.

I purchased TV from Nov 17 and after 3 days I returned it for replacement and till now every time I open ticket they close it without anyone one calling me.

Every time I call they give me different information and they count the 15 days even it the TV with them. They told me they don't replace and the will do refund but the didn't do both, instead they repaid something electronic and even the quality of the TV is not as per my expectation or the adds. Yet no one care.

I placed more then 4 complaint and still from Nov till today end of Jan with no progress whatsoever.

I bought a Blackberry 9900 battery on 9th July'15 and the battery simply stopped charging within 3 weeks. Customer service reply: No warranty on accessories.

Worse: You are not allowed to write facts in the product review - if you write anything negative about the product, you will be told that the review is not acceptable as it does not meet Souq.com review guidelines! It can't get worse.

Advice to everyone: Please do not fall for the Souq.com cheats

I tried to write a review of an item purchased but SOUQ prevented it from being published because it was a complaint about the purchasing process.

The Seller advertised a black item on the website. I ordered 5 expecting them all to be black. They came in 4 different colours, none of them black. I sent in a review of the fact that the items were not as advertised and the review was rejected because it was considered a complaint.

I have received 4 smses within 4 days saying my package will be delivered. This is the worst service I have ever experienced.

They talk about keeping the customer happy, what a joke. I will never order from souq.com again, I will be sure to tell all my friends about this too.

Selling Fake products
November 5, 2015

Souq.com selling fake products. Bought Rayban class, in site mentioned Made in Italy and received made in China. When it got a scratch in glass, tried to replace glass. Rayban dealers confirmed its fake product and original replacement glass wont fit on it. Model number not available in Rayban official site or catalog. Souq customer service agent took the sunglass and promissed to replace the glass... After one and half month they asked to take it back without proper explanation.

Very sad... such a reputed company acting like it.
