How to sell when they deliberately prevent you from selling anything or listening your items.

Second time to buy from them and they sold a fake products as its original, i bought a perfume then i returned it on 21/5 till now I didn't receive my money back. Will never buy anything from them again
I bout a perfume and they sent me a fake one. They filled a used container with some terribly smelly liquid and charged me about 50$. You are warned! DONT BUY anything from here. There is a reason behind their cheap price tags
As a seller I sold some printers on souq., On some occasions printers got returned from customer side, while receiving these printers back we found some items missing, sometimes cartridges or toners are missing and sometimes even spare parts are missing, now you can not file complain until you accept the return, and after filing the complain you have to chase them every now and then to get status update; we never found any solutions and the printers we received back became useless, they refunded amount back to customer even without coming to any conclusion; Ridiculous people ridiculous service;
Especially for same day delivery.it wont happen, if it comes, it will be 11pm. But very rare. U are paying extra.
I had a consistent delay of 5-7 products i've ordered. U can contact then on their facebook page. But rarely can do any help. If there is another choice, dont go for souq.com. And if u want to add a review on the website/page.it will just say error pls try again. Then again and again.
During the past 3 orders at least which span almost a year now, there is always an item that isn't the that was ordered. Always giving an alternative and seem to hope that no one notices. And we always have to call them and they tell us it is a mistake and then they give us the correct item after more than a week. Horrible service and bunch of liars.
This was the worst delivery service. I have used and been a prime member at Amazon.com for years. Then I ordered an item off Amazon.ae. I was called the day before it was due to be delivered and told that they won't deliver the item and that I'd have to go 4 hours away if I wanted to come get it. Then I noticed it was recorded online that "I" wanted to pick it up and then it was marked "Delivered". What kind of business is this? I've never felt so scammed.
I am a regular at Amazon.com. My online shopping experience has been excellent with Amazon. Because Souq is an Amazon company, had ordered a few products from there. It is unbelievable to see that Souq is nowhere close to Amazon.
The products that they display are completely different from the ones they deliver.
Then it takes a lot of time to return those items.
Especially with respect to any sort of apparels DO NOT order from Souq.
As seller on Souq, with my experience I have the say souq has the WORST! Seller support system. Dashboard is always not accurate. When selling imported new authetic phones on Souq, buyers can just returned without any reason! Or look for any excuses for return! Phone were used, broken and used! After getting the report to proof my right and ready to send it back, it's really complicated, either tech issues of showing a completely different status of the item, or moving to accepted automatcally without any notice! Dozens of calls and emails, everytime I have to repeat my problem and not get solved! Worst of the worst!
My product has "Fullfed by souq" yet they fail to pick it up and deliver it to the seller to fix it.
Extremely disrespectful customer support, very frustrating experience. I'd rather deal with amazon directly than deal with them again.
I had ordered 3 perfumes and one hair fibre. It shows I had to pay Sr 364.71. My parcel did come today with only my 3 perfume bottles 2 of Jaguar and 1 of Elizabeth Arden. My hair fiber didn't come, but the price I had to pay was 397 SR. I was shocked. I asked the delivery boy, he said ask the customer service. I am not happy with the service.
I have very very bad history with souq and i have problem till now do not solve from 46 days and i try by every way but him do not care about any problem for customer and him take my money and do not give me my item till now from 22 march
I ordered edifier blutooth headphone. Seller sent me WRONG item, a Cheap 33Dh bluetooth headphone. Its been more than 7 days i am chasing the support to provide me with refund or the right headphone. Every time i call support, i hear a new story about the progress. A Seller on amazon.ae, they are robbing people, and amazon.ae is sleeping, i tried to complaint them to FRAUD and no legal action has been taken yet.
Never going to buy anything from them, Worst support, worst service, Refund is huge mess.
1. Unable to purchase as it doesn't give an option for delivery which is an address which I have been received many times before for orders. I did follow up after follow up but no use as irresponsible people attending the call and doesn't bother to take further resolution on the complaint
2. Customer service - Extremely poor... its now weeks since I complained... No one even bothered to give a call back to update... nor resolved...
3. Many of the products now I find much cheaper in the market and I dont see its worth doing shopping on line when you are supposed to be cheaper and reliable on cost effective purchases.
I can not believe Amazon bought Souq because seriously they are destroying Aamazon brand name. Worst customer Service ever, and now they have came up with a new tactic, they would not let you write a bad review on their website and throws an error "Sorry, your review wasn't submitted due to an error, please try again"
Trust me I have tried multiple times and every time I got the same error.

Very disappointed, after going to amazon the service has really dropped. They have just ruined my sons birthday. No one answers phones fro their side or their couriers. Been using them for years and trust them. Not anymore
I have bought three Samsung phone from souq. None of them are working when I sent for service they returned me after one week with the same issue and closed my case and not ready to rectify my problem any more
Ordered quite a few items now from Souq and at least 3 of them have been damaged or have had stuff missing! I've also experienced the worst customer service ever in my life! I would definitely recommend you do not purchase anything from this site as you will be very disappointed.
Worst service, Call Center no one ready to take nay responsibility to resolve delivery issues, every one blames others, we don't have any direct contacts from operation team, which they delayed tremendously.

Answer: They are not allowing to open the consignment and will ask if any non-conformance you contact SOUQ customer service and they will refund. But remember refund is a hell process and finally you will say go to hell i no need any thing. Like i did

Answer: Do not. You are more than likely to not get a warranty with your purchase. Even if the phone is broken from manufacturers side they will not refund your money. I used to buy from them all the time. The last time I decided to buy wifi extenders, I brought 3. One of them blew up as soon as I plugged it in. I explained this to them, first they accused me of using it wrong (it's an extender you are supposed to plug it into a wall socket - I had set up the previous 2 the same way). Then they tried to claim they won't take it back because I opened it... Illogical stupid excuses for why they wouldn't refund my money. They refused even to exchange it. That was this time last year and since then I've never ordered from them again.
Answer: Not at all. Its an auctioned product which i got, which was not working and already expired one. You will not get warranty for that, if you need to confirm this, just take the serial number of mobile and go to apple store. Please dont ve cheated.
