Bad company to deal with.
Yes, their prices look great, but, yup too good to be true.
They do not honor delivery times, split my order, failed to send one out of 4 parts (yet still charged me for it), item 2 arrived but was a substituted brand and for driver side not passenger side so not able to install.
Item 3 was damaged, missing parts and in an opened box.
Item 4 was delivered with only five of the six pieces.
Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
Best bet is to contact your credit card company, notify state or federal about their practices and post your review online as much as possible.
Bought 16 lug nuts, no packing material inside. Corner of box a little torn, only 9 of 16 lugs made it. They want a ton of pictures, etc. They can stuff it. Get the other 7 elsewhere, never use them again.
Order floor mats for my BMW X3 they came in for a BMW 3 series. They will accept return but I am stuck with the shipping charges to send them back. Would not buy from eEuroparts. As I talk to the resolution team. Luke was very rude and smug.
Ordered wiper blades for the car. They arrived in great shape properly packed. Always have good outcomes from Eeuroparts.com.
Front suspension control arm kit. Good price. Quick delivery. Excellent parts. No problems. I will order from eEuroparts again.

I purchase front mats they send the wrong mats I told them about they made it look like it was my fault which I dont under if you enter vehicle year make and model and its a perfect fit why is this my fault. Anyway I drive miles off to return this product the ups charging 29.99 to deliver on the cheapest delivery mine you my mat is 41 dollars. I went to usps they charging me 43 dollars way over what I'm trying to get back. I feel like I'm stuck with a purchase that not my fault. Before all this i am the seller do they have the right one they dont have my vehicle size mats. So please be aware of this company Eeuroparts when buying.
The worst place to buy parts, false advertising on stock availability, salesman is very rude and customer service almost no help when it comes to a refund thats another nightmare. Wouldnt let submit review without a star otherwise there wont be any
I have been buying pretty regularly from eeuroparts.com for over five years now and have nothing but good to say about their fast shipping (48 hours and free!), prices and saavy customer service reps. Read about them on saab forums- they have a very loyal following- surprised at the poor reviews here
I should have read the reviews before buying there. I used the chat feature but they couldn't tell me when the part would ship nor would they let me cancel my order. The shipping label was generated quickly but the tracking info did not show up as of the estimated arrival date. 5 days after the shipping label was printed. Very shady company.
Will probably never buy from Eeuroparts again. I placed an order for two parts, and their cart said they were both in stock. Sent an email to customer service to confirm shipping times, no response. Credit card charged for full amount, okay everything must have shipped. Four days later only one part arrives. Invoice says part is backordered. I called customer service, whereupon the very rude rep proceeded to tell me I must not have seen that it was backordered, and that they will always charge your card even if an item is out of stock.
As I said, beware. I will likely never buy from Eeuroparts again.

Purchased a brake kit for my 2016 Mercedes-Benz C300 front and rear rotors from Brembo, makes good brakes unfortunately the package I received had been open before parts were taken out, it was missing flathead screws that secure the rotor to the spindle, very difficult to find the correct ones to fit the Mercedes-Benz they have not been able to help me or send me the correct screws to mount my rotors poor customer service, I hope this helps others when purchasing from Eeuropparts.com
This site was recommended to me by my husband. I utilized the search engine to put in make, model, and engine size. The drop box displayed the parts that I was looking for. I place my order and 2 days later received an email that this part does not fit my car and that I am responsible for the return payment. The only thing they sent me was a bottle of antifreeze and I paid $479.11! What a rip-off! I have contacted them and I want a FULL reimbursement! I called about the matter and what the gentleman relayed to me was a bunch of lies! They do NOT respect or appreciate their customers., I will NEVER utilize them EVER again! On the delivery email it stated that all of the order was in the box but now the company is saying that they send out the parts individually! They didn't take my money individually and I want my REFUND!
This site is amazing they have everything you need for Saabs! I have owned two saabs and ordered parts for both without ever getting the wrong part. Shipping is kind of pricey but the part always arrives on time i usually two day or overnight my items and they are always on time. They also pay return shipping as long as the part hasn't been installed, which worked out great when i ended up not needing the part.
Got a fuel pump from them that was defective! Wont warrantee it unless it goes back in original box who keeps the box stuff came in? I have gotten parts from plenty of other companies never had any problem with warrantee! Now I have to buy a pump from someone else and out my money! Do not buy from them unless you want to waste your money!
You would think that when a online retailer shows "in-stock" that they actually carry the parts. I ordered and paid for 2013 Audi Allroad fog lights only to receive another email after paying saying, they do not actually have them, and do not know when they will be able to get them... ECS tuning is a FAR better company to deal with!
I have been waiting for my package more than a month and I found out ups never even had it, so this people didn't even bother to send it to me. I am waiting for a refund now, let's see how long it bvb takes but I'll give them a bad review a day until I get my money back
I ordered a part off their website. After almost three weeks I got an email from their customer service asking me to rate them. I let them know that I never received my order. They told me that the package was probably stolen off my porch. No solution, no investigating, and no apology. I wrote back and let them know that I have lived here for several years and have had hundreds of packages delivered with no problem. They responded that I needed to talk to the mailman about it. Terrible company that is only concerned about getting their money and doesn't care if the customer is satisfied.
I ordered some parts from them. All parts were listed as in stock or available. They sent me half of my order and the other half they said was back-ordered. I was tricked into buying something they didn't even have in stock.
3 weeks later I receive another package from them, thinking its the other part that was back-ordered. Well, it wasn't. They sent me a box filled with the wrong parts.
I called their incompetent customer service department who said they don't have my part in stock so they will back order it (Again). When i expressed my frustration, they gladly wanted to refund me. Hey! I ordered because I need that part! Do you not understand?!
Now I am waiting again for them to back order the same part again and begged them to try and not make the same mistake again.
Terrible experience. First and last time ordering from here.
