I ordered a **Brake Master Cylinder** for my Mercedes E320 on **July 16,2025**, and provided my VIN as requested. Despite that, they sent the **wrong part** because my car is a **4Matic** — something the VIN apparently doesn't indicate. A competent parts supplier should have asked that crucial question up front instead of shipping blindly. Since then, the experience has only gone downhill. My emails were **ignored**, and when I called their **800 number**, it only referred me to a **chat bot** on their website. I couldn't even leave a voicemail for a return call. When I finally reached someone via the chat, I was told "someone would reach out." Days later, I received an email from **shop.stock.com** asking me to **re-submit all of the order details** and "prove what went wrong" before they would even consider processing a refund. ShopStock.com's email did have a phone number but I never got anyone to pickup when I called. This is **completely backwards** — they shipped the wrong part, yet they shift the burden onto the customer to prove it, making the process **time-consuming and cumbersome**. A simple return label and refund should not require this level of runaround. **Bottom line:** eEuroparts.com failed to deliver the right part, failed to communicate, and failed to take responsibility for their mistake. I will not be ordering from them again, and I would caution others to avoid them as well.
I used to have an account, but this time when I tried to log in, the system could not find my profile, and I had to create a whole new account. As the result, my previous order history and records were all reset and wiped out. It was easy to order the parts for my 2001 BMW E39, but the selection was limited.
Shocks fit and work perfectly. One note is they do not come with rubber bushings for the lower mounts. You will have to purchase those separately.

Ordered several parts for VW Golf. All good except NuGeon brake calipers which were very poor quality. One caliper bleeder would not seal and had to be remachined slightly, other caliper bleeder was 100% blocked by debris requiring redrilling. Will avoid NuGeon parts in the future.

I bought rotors and brake pads from eeuroparts for my 2020 audi a3. But the pads are not making full contact on the rotors. I dont know if the rotors or the pads are defected.

I received an alternate part to the one I ordered which will still work. This is an alternate to the alternate part I ordered as the original part is No Longer Available. It was shipped and I received it within days. I always have good experiences ordering from eEuroparts over many years.
Brake replacement kit was unclear and confusing (packaging had pictures of brake wear indicator yet it was not in the picture, I had to make a separate purchase again. The picture of the part on the box did not mean the part was in the box.
The part came in exactly on time and I didn't have to re-modify the part to fit it fit exactly like they said it would so I'm very satisfied.
Order was incorrect. Dealt with customer service corrected and the replacement was wrong. Apparently during this time, you updated your web site and I no longer have an account. My user name and password are not recognized. Seems the only way to get customer support is through the web site.
