DO NOT BOOK through eDreams. They should rename the company eNightmares! I book round trip ticket from Denver, CO to Peru. The airlines cancelled the flight from Denver to Mexico City. I have called eDreams several times and they keep putting me off saying they will call me back the next day. I called the airlines and they said the flights have to be rebooked through eDreams. But like I said, I can not get them to rebook the flight for me or give me a refund.
If you want cheap tickets d'nt book at Edreams. After booking everything is wrong and when you will correct it, you have to pay it by yourself.
We had a nightmare after needing to make a minor change to an airfare. After going back and forth for almost two weeks they could still not sort it out.
The customer service is non- existent if you have to speak to a real person. Hold times are extremely long, they transfer you from department to department, staff are ill trained and cannot understand simple requests. They promise call backs which never happen and even told us to try and sort the issue out with the airline. This is against the booking regulations where changes can only be made by the booking agents.
Even Emirates tried to talk them through what they needed to do. At the eleventh hour the airline contacted EDreams and demanded they relinquish the booking to them. Once Emirates controlled it the isssue was sorted within minutes.
Beware the low prices as you get what you pay for. No service and no responsibility.
When booking through Edreams beware. First off it took me two days to get someone on the phone (hold times exceeded 45 min) Also I emailed them twice and never received a response. Reason for tryong to contact them was, I booked a couple of trips through them while booking they only give you option to fill first and last name, when I contacted them through email once I received a confirmation from the airline stating that the name on reservation needed to match the name on the passport exactly. I contacted Edreams regarding adding my middle name and second last name as there was no option to do so when completing the reservation. They stated that I would have to pay a fee of approx. $100.00 dollars to be able to get the name changes. I explained to them that when booking I was not able to add these as there wee no options for that. There response was " that was not our mistake, you should have put t under first name", so they would not take any responsibility in the matter and that I could contact the airlines directly. No help or resolution provided. Very disappointed in their service will not be booking through them again.

Kindly before booking any ticket on eDreams, try to check it on the airline provider website and book it from there better, otherwise your dream trip could turn into a real nightmare.
I booked 3 tickets on eDreams, and we got an immediate confirmation, and I also did online check in and got the boarding pass, the airline was vueling, and on the gate we got rejected and the reason was that the payment didn't go through for technical error, and the only way for us to get on the plane is to go immediately to vueling office to do the payment, and that was in Barcelona airport, so we ran all the way to their offices but it was already to late and the gate was closed, and they confirmed to us 100% that the payment didn't go through and thats the reason. Then we booked a new flight and traveled and ignored the bad experience.
Later, by 2 weeks, eDreams somehow decided to charge the amount like if nothing had happened! So we contacted them and they said its vueling fault and you should claim the money from them, we went to vueling they said the same and we should claim it from eDreams. So they took us in a loop which in my opinion has the same attitude of pirates! We had to chase them down for 2 month till finally eDreams admitted their mistake and agreed to refund the money. After 2 weeks we got the money missing almost 30%, and when we asked why? They said 30% service charge! What kind of service is that? We have been forced on the gate not to board the flight, we ran in the airport right and left and still missed the flight, we have been charged after the app failed to make the booking right, we have been fighting and chasing them to get the money back, so how come you could justify the service fees?
When I asked them to act responsible for their system failure, they acted arrogant that we are very proud of our operator and sorry we won't refund the balance.
Anyway, I just wanted to share the story with everyone to take care, and my advice after this experience book your flight direct from the airlines, and use dreams just for exploring the options, but never give your credit card detail nor do a booking on their system.
I have had an issue regarding the payment fee (21!) whit my VISA debit card. I travelled regularly within EU and abroad and never had this problem before. There is no break down of the bill before you pay and the final price was 30% more than the final price if I do the booking directly in Norwegian.
Therefore, I have already told them I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.
I hope you guys don't fall in the same trap as I did again.

After 4 months and numerous calls to edreams to get a refund of more than $3,000 processed, they now tell us we won't be refunded. Several of their staff on the Australian number confirmed on the phone and now they simply say it is wrong. As far as we are confirmed, they are fraudsters and thieves. Do no use.

The customer service department could not produce anyone who spoke acceptable English so they just sold me back the same seat for an extra £300
Dont trust this shady company. Had a very unfortunate experience with edreams and we are still sending emails to and for without any luck. Had booked a flight. However the booking reference given by them was not being accepted at all on the airlines website. Had pretty long calls with the customer support guys who i believe had no clue whatsoever about the airlines or locations. Never where able to understand our predicament. Once we where in the city of departure, we came to know from the airlines that the booking never existed and unfortunately we had to rely on email communication with edreams with no proper response. Finally we had to book a new ticket and fly out. Now they are demanding proof that we show them the new ticket we purchased to proceed further. This company is a joke.

Please do not do any bookings form here. They have less price here as compared with other sites but still don't go with this. Just in case if you are cancelling your booking or the Airline/Hotel have cancelled it from their side, it will take ages to get the refund back. Its been 5 months and I have not received my refund till now! Every time I call the customer service, I get the same answer that it will take another month. Their website and the recording in their contact center number says it takes maximum of 3 months. However its almost 5 months in my case and yet they are asking for 1 more month.

When we got to the airport we missed our original flight because of their text. They are now saying is the airlines fault because they provided the wrong information. I booked a ticked on edreams, i've mistaken the return dates, they charge me for the change but they didin; t change my return date. Long waiting on the phone. All the agent from the call center, they lied that they didin; t charge my debit card. On the bank statement appers that they charge the account. I don t know what to do! I paid my my flight inclusive return ticket, i couldn't travel the presumed day coz of unavoidable circumstances so i requested to use my return ticket since but eDreams declined.

I bought tickets week ago WAW-BCN-WAW for 4 people, price was 540 EUR and 50 EUR discount for payment of visa debit card on Edreams.es.
E dreams took from my card 2 X 320 EUR (!) and I received messages saying that I should increase the limits on the card to pay more money. After a few days edreams was written that there was a server crash, I was only refunded 275 EUR, the bank took 45 EUR as exchange costs. The reservation was canceled, the rest of the money was not refunded and even no,, sorry'' from Edreams. Only yesterday after telephone intervention, they kindly said that they would refund the rest of the money minus the exchange costs. With the fault of edreams I lost 90 EUR, server crash was not my fault.
There is no option to write a message on Edreams, only expensive international phone calls. Instead of explaining and refunding money, they send me unwanted advertisements.
I will seek legal opportunities, recover my money unlawfully seized.
Never again will I use dishonest Edreams.

I booked a ticket ref: *******899 with edreams for me and my kids. Edreams is as useless as they come. The airline cancelled the flight and informed edreams well in advance but edreams never told me.
I live in Norwich and the flight was in London so this means taking a taxi and getting to London to find out the painful truth... no flight.
Stranded and yet e dreams told me to call back in 2 hours as their system is down, several calls and not a single straightforward answer, the airline had to rebook my flights for 3 days after without additional cost but i was still stranded and lost alot of money for taxi.
Run far from edreams. This is my 1st and last time with them.

How can I explain you that this was probably the worst ever experience with a company I had.?
In the beginning, the process was as simple as with any online travel agency. While the platform crashed couple of times during the booking process it was still bearable taking into consideration the price given. I was buying two separate tickets(this is worth noticing). Congratulations! Your reservation was placed please wait for 24 hours for us to confirm your booking. Not even 20 minutes passed as I had started to receive a bunch of emails. Now, here comes the fun part.
I have received an outbound flight ticket on my name and an inbound flight ticket on the name of another passenger. Then I have received an email about my booking being amended due to the card decline. Confusing.
So I've decided to call to a customer support. Just to mention it straight away, all the people that I have spoken to in eDreams customer support were very helpful and understanding. Unfortunately, even after spending hours on the phone we couldn't resolve the issue.
When I contacted a customer support, I was specified the reason of my bookings amendment and was recommended to follow a standard procedure of calling my bank and coming back to them. That was what I did( however, my bank was absolutely sure they didn't block any transactions, but oh well.) After a second call to an adviser in customer support I was asked to wait for 24 hours for them to confirm my booking.
During the next day - another email "Your card is declined". Luckily, I could visit my bank's branch and guess what, the same story again. A bank states there were no declines. And I call the support in the 3 time.
On the call I was told, that one ticket was declined but another one is still in the process so I have to wait 24 more hours ( Initial 24 hours have passed) Fine, just give me my tickets!
As you could have guessed, a day passed and I received another email - your booking was declined.
To make this already a long story short, I have tried to pay with 3 different cards that belong to 3 different banks with each of them having more than sufficient balance to cover the costs of the tickets - none of them were accepted.
Once I was requested a refund another funny thing turned out: I was charged a non-refundable admin fee by the company of 75 pounds! Not only I din't receive not even one full ticket but was also charged almost the half price of both tickets.
By this point, I was about to get crazy. With a request of getting the invoices for declined and accepted transactions I was told that only can get an invoice of approved transactions.
The End: Wait for 24 hours
P.S. I have obviously contacted my bank again after the last attempts of an adviser to proceed with the payment, and nothing. No transactions declined.
P. P.S. There is still another payment that went to eDreams from my account that they claim they didn't take.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
