I booked Singapore airline flights to Australia via edreams website and paid them £35 for doing this. I declined to pay extra for flight updates as I thought I could monitor this and did so.
The flight did change by just 5 mins, and S. A said tickets would need to be re-issued.
When I tried to do this on edreams site, they stated that I had no booking with them, so I was unable to do anything.
I emailed them to ask why? And was told to ring their premium line no at £1.34/ minute to find and adjust my flights or I could lose them altogether.
So I rang and waited 20 mins, on answering finally they 'found' my booking but could not re-issue and passed me on to someone else who never answered
And finally cut me off.
This cost me £34 on a landline.
I finally contacted their site again by email and tickets were finally issued and confirmed.
When I complained through their complaints procedures, none of my points were addressed they just said they hoped I would book with them again.!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Trip Advisor also warns that Opodo, GO Voyages and Travellink & co are all owned by the same company and have very many complaints against them.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
