I bought a ticket with Edream online from Prague to Milan and they didn't offer luggage choice. I thought I could buy luggage with the airline company online but no, I had to buy through this agent which I found out when I was already overseas. The call was transferred from one person to another. Finally they charged me $70 for 23kg luggage when the airline company only charges $52.5. This didn't include international roaming for 20mins. Worst experience ever!

EDreams is a SCAM

Customers be aware of this SCAM company.

I booked a ticket with them two months ago and since then I have waited for a refund, which I was entitled to.
Their customer service is very poor, they treat their customers with no respect whatsoever. I rang them at least 10 times within 2 months. They kept me on hold for at least 40 minutes each time I rang. After a eDreams representative answered they shouted at me for requesting my money. I was absolutely horrified.
They are a total rip-off and I don't recommend this company at all, I have spoke to other people that have used their services and the feedback was very negative.
All I want is my money back and I will know in the future NEVER to use their services again.

Customers once again, please be aware when wanting to book with eDreams.

Flying to Bali for hubbys birthday. Should have been excited about making the booking though we are a party of 8 and i made a couple of errors in the booking. I called edreams to rectify this on several occassions. Apparently on my last call i was told to hurry up with my ref number as others were waiting! Never would i ever book with this company again. Our flight is in 6 weeks though i dont actually want to go now, looks like edreams dont care less once they have your money:-(

I am told this is the worse company to use and now they have robbed me of my refund i will shout until i get my full refund. I will go, call and write to every scam organisations there is until i get my money back

I have bought a return ticket on eDreams on the 13th March 2017, due to unpleasant circumstances (funeral) I have cancelled the tickets within the 24 hours. BTW the ticket was 344 and they don't want to give me the refund, as they should.

Since then it has been almost two months and I still didn't receive my refund as eDrema's representative has promised.

This company is a total rip-off with very bad customer service and I will advice future customers to avid this company.

I will never use eDreams again!

Stay away from this travel agency, as they will take your money and you never will see it again. I have booked with them 2 tickets in 2013 with Aerosvita Airlines which got bankrupted later and since then for 4 years they are refunding me 400 EUR. THE BEST OFFER I got from them as compensation was 50 EUR discount of my next ticket purchased through them... And this company even gets a rewards as a best e-commerce site... Just a warning for a fellow travellers!

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. My husband and I booked a trip to Thailand. We had three flights to get there and three flights to get home. We received notification from edreams that our very first flight to Thailand had a change in departure time. Somehow we were removed from that flight and I did not realize this until shortly before the trip. I called eDreams and they added us back on the flight, or so they said. We were unable to do an online check in for the flight so I called eDreams about 8 hours before the flight to confirm that everything was okay. They said that it was. We show up to the airport and they tell us that our tickets were issued incorrectly and that we needed to handle it with eDreams. When I booked the flights through eDreams I also purchased their "premium service". Included with this was a special phone number and email address to use if I had any issues with my booking. This was a total SCAM. I stood in the airport trying to call the number and it never even rang or connected me to anyone. I sent an email to the "premium service email" and I NEVER got a response. After much pleading at the ticket counter they were able to help us at least get boarding passes to our first layover destination. Every flight to Thailand we had to recheck in and get boarding passes printed and every ticket counter told us there was an issue with how our tickets were issued. It was a total pain. Then on the way home of course it was no different. We got to the airport in Thailand and the ticket counter couldn't resolve our issue causing us to miss our flights home. Of course at this time the "premium service" phone number continued to not work. This company is worthless and really put a lot of stress on us during a trip of a lifetime. I would urge anyone to not use this company even if it saves you a few dollars. The stress isn't worth it. I learned the hard way.

Absolutely awful business practice from this so-called business.

We travel a fair bit and have used many different companies to book flights, but have never experienced such shambolic customer service - it is actually non-existent. If you book with eDreams you're playing Russian roulette: get lucky and your flight is confirmed no problems, get unlucky and the money comes out of your account with no flights and you are unable to get through to eDreams. 3h spent on their phone line yesterday and no one picked up, same again today. There are so many other companies that you can use so just don't use eDreams!

Never EVER book with eDreams - Scam Artists

Myself and 3 friends booked return flights from Ireland to Japan.The lowest priced flights had connecting times in London of approx 1hr which usually isn't an issue if you have your boarding pass and bags checked through. This is what we thought we had as we only booked one ticket with eDreams and there was no advisory that these are 2 seperate bookings. We contacted Aer lingus, our first airline to be advised that they have NO partnership with Air China and they have no idea why eDreams sold us tickets with such unrealistic connection times. They cannot confirm that we will be able to get our boarding passes when we check in at the start or if our bags will be checked the whole way.

We contacted eDreams about this who advised us that this is the airlines issue and unless we want to change our flight to an earlier flight AND PAY FOR THE CHANGE, there is nothing that they can do about it. If we miss our connecting flight we're on our own and have to pay for a completely new trip. Anyone who has ever been to Heathrow knows that if we do have to collect our flights and book in again there is no way in hell that we will make our next flight. We just want to get to Heathrow earlier so we have some chance of getting on our next flight.

We then got an email from air China advising our flight home through Heathrow has been delayed which leaves us with only a 40min connection window and the flight to Ireland is the last of the day. Again eDreams are refusing to help us.

They are a joke and anyone who is considering booking with them I would advise to stay FAR FAR away. They are scam artists and I wish I had read all the reviews online advising as much before we booked these flights.

I have emailed, Facebook mailed them and contacted them on Twitter and I am still waiting on a response(10 days and counting). Not holding my breathe for anything useful because so far anyone we have talked to has been beyond rude to every one of us.

Fraudsters company

First of all "Customer Service Australia" its a fake, indeed do not exist. All calls going to India! The absolutely unprofessional people there tell you just a lies... I booked a flight by eDreams from KBP to Syd via BKK. EDreams has offered and confirmed this flight as ONE flight with two flight segments. I have made ONLY one booking and paid one price. But after my payment TWO absolutely different tickets have been issued. For each flight segment one ticket. With two tickets I am not be able to check in my luggage true to the final destination. I should going in BKK true the Passport Control, collect my luggage and check it in again. With two tickets I am also not insured in case if one flight will be cancelled or delayed i will lost my second flight. For all my messages to the eDreams customer Service I do have no any answer. Avoid this fraudsters as o plaque.

EDreams are Scammers! Be aware of eDreams! They have hidden fee and do unfair and fraudulent practices!

Bought 2 tickets from them from NY to Paris. They added some "mediation" fee for 47 euros! I called them and spoke to 3 different agents and supervisor. Nobody could explain what these fees are. Every person gave their own interpretation of what it is - from "Administration fee" to some mysterious "Sipping fee" (shipping of what? E-tickets?). So, to be short, I never get a refund for this hidden thing!

Even more - they system shows the price for the tickets, but if you click on "Price Breakdown" they were showing the numbers that do not sum up together and show different price comparing the original screen. In my case they were showing 490 euro in the total, but 512 euros in the price breakdown. I sent them a screenshot and immediately call them. While I was talking to the agent they fixed the bug on website and were telling me that their system works correctly ignoring the screenshots that I sent them! So, they eventually charged me that 512 + 47 euros!

Also after the purchase I found that I could buy tickets much cheaper then they sold. After contacting them again and complaining I received this email from them: "... the best price is available when you are paying with Viabuy prepaid MasterCard. However, you have paid the amount for this reservation with visa debit card." Really?

EDreams are Scammers! Be aware of eDreams! They have hidden fee and do unfair and fraudulent practices!

Don't be fooled by the low prices initially demonstrated. The site sneakily adds in service charges just as you reach the final page and lots of people click through and fall for the ridiculous prices

Avoid like the plague

I tried to book on E Dreams for first time as they showed a very attractive price for the itinerary i wanted. I went through the whole process of inputting information and when i get to the final screen and input my credit card data, the price suddenly went up by 15% (100 usd for this ticket). They add admin fees but only at the end to try to fool you. Ii almost hit the purchase button (which i imagine others do who dont see the price has changed) but luckily saw it and cancelled. Then i just booked on Orbitz who are totally transparent. Shame on E Dreams. Never again

I cannot emphasize avoiding Edreams enough. I made the rookie mistake of NOT checking their online ratings and reviews before using the site to purchase flights. A simple internet search will give you a roomful of examples on why they are a VERY BAD company. A big mistake on my part.

I booked a flight, flying from major one Asian city to another. On their webpage I purposely added checked-in baggage to the flight, as I knew I would need it. It was pre-paid. The confirmation page clearly said that I had one check-in baggage included in my flight. I then paid and confirmed my flight.

When Edreams sent me the email confirmation, to my horror there was no checked-bag with my flight. The flight was also booked through another third party agency, not Edreams itself. I immediately sent Edreams customer care an email, with proof that I indeed had bought a checked bag, and asked them to honor this. No response from Edreams for over a month despite several attempts to contact them. No response by email, nor their hotline. When I emailed again, someone finally got back to me, only to say they can't help. There's nothing they can do. No reason given.

Finally, when it came to take my flight, it indeed didn't have checked baggage. I tried to tell the airline that I had already paid for baggage via Edreams. The airline said that because Edreams is an agency, I'd have to claim through Edreams (which I highly doubt I'd be able to! Can't even get a hold of them!). To board the flight I had to pay again, for checked baggage that I already paid when buying the ticket online via Edreams.

Edreams
- has no customer service
- has no system of compensating the client should something go wrong
- asks for too much unnecessary personal information when booking flight (you really only need full legal name as on travel doc, plus nationality)
- forwards your personal info to third parties that you had no idea would be involved in the transaction
- does not honor pre-paid checked baggage.

Well, at least I was able to fly. Others who have used edreams have found themselves not being on the flight list, despite paying full price for the ticket, thus not even being able to fly on the day. Another common tactic Edreams uses is to say that they weren't able to process your credit card, yet charge you for the credit booking fee. Check any reputable site review company and you will find many such disgruntled consumers.

AVOID at all costs. Buyer warned. Use at your own risk.

Fraudulent site!

Edreams claims that your second part of your flight is pending or that it cannot be issued. They then wait until the last minute to extract exorbetent prices for your flight. If you or they cancel, they extract the money anyway without issuing the ticket. You won't get your money back... Ever. And you won't get a ticket.

I booked Singapore airline flights to Australia via edreams website and paid them £35 for doing this. I declined to pay extra for flight updates as I thought I could monitor this and did so.
The flight did change by just 5 mins, and S. A said tickets would need to be re-issued.
When I tried to do this on edreams site, they stated that I had no booking with them, so I was unable to do anything.
I emailed them to ask why? And was told to ring their premium line no at £1.34/ minute to find and adjust my flights or I could lose them altogether.
So I rang and waited 20 mins, on answering finally they 'found' my booking but could not re-issue and passed me on to someone else who never answered
And finally cut me off.
This cost me £34 on a landline.
I finally contacted their site again by email and tickets were finally issued and confirmed.
When I complained through their complaints procedures, none of my points were addressed they just said they hoped I would book with them again.!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Trip Advisor also warns that Opodo, GO Voyages and Travellink & co are all owned by the same company and have very many complaints against them.
