EDreams truly offers remarkable options. It is quite an agency. Although all the options along along the way of booking for various insurances makes it really confusing, since being a premium member there should already be included.
You have never let me down. Always there for me. Sometimes I would just be trying to travel with no proper plan but boom am in and we'll catered for. Even when I need a refund I usually I get it. Thumbs upto you
I went to kayak. Com to book flights for a family vacation, and the first option for my airline of choice was facilitated by eDreams. I had to agree to a free trial membership in order to book, but I could cancel at anytime. The trial period was scheduled to end before my vacation started. I booked, called to cancel, endured the pushy customer service rep reading their "are you sure?" script, and thought that was that. A few days later, at 3am on a Sunday, my trip gets cancelled. No explanation. The airline looks into it and explains eDreams cancelled my flight. It costs $99 in non-refundable cancellation fees. The airline explains eDreams has no affiliation with them, and they recommend not using them or other pay-to-play third party sites. EDreams is predatory, unscrupulous, and vindictive. Go with them if you want your travel plans ruined.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will certainly consider using eDreams again for future opportunities. The only issue I encountered was during the check-in process, as the system failed to recognize my booked flights, preventing me from completing the check-in online.

3 days later my payment is still showing as pending. Investigated how easy it would be to cancel my eDreams Prime membership and was immediately taken to a scam website "usubby. Com" which then attempted to charge £9.95 to cancel. When I looked further, the cancellation process was much more difficult than it should be.

I one case the airline has changed a leg of my travel and it was complicated to solve it through edreams
First time using. Will know more once this trip is completed. So far it seems to be correct in all aspects. I will follow up then. To give an honest review…. Needs to be a completed trip. Have had too many bad experiences with others.
Stay away from eDreams at any cost. I booked several flights through them. Due to travel changes I had to cancel a few flights. Before cancellation I called there customer service to inquire if I will get refund whatever airline will provide. Customer representative told me that eDreams doesn't keep anything and I will get the refund whatever airline will provide. After cancellation they got the refund but never gave it to me. Now they are lying that I never had any conversation with their customer representative about refund. I mean why would call airline and cancel the flight? Just to give them money? If i would have an authority; I will mark this company as scammer. Please please stay away from scammers like this. They say that they give discounts; it's not discount they just increase the price and decrease it while booking. I use skyscanner and i get flights in same price.
Not a pleasant experience. The website kept asking me if I wanted to pay for more stuff. They signed me up for some sort of prime membership. It's not at all clear how I can unregister and avoid the monthly charges.

Our journey consists of 2 part and 2 different air ways. Iberia quicky sent me a confirmation mail but Air Algerie not. Thankfully, edreams is still sending emails for information. I am glad for chose you 😊
It is not good to be hoodwinked into things! I am happy to pay for my consumables but not happy with having 2 options after reading the price of the flight which give you no real choice it's either or and stuff you if you don't want either but if you take prime you can cancel within days …. Yes but I don't want to have hassle! I am supposed to be on holiday! Why not just say this is the price of the flight accept and pay or NO end of!

Tickets deal was moderate, but Turkish airline service was very poor. All three of My luggage are missing and am stranded at the airport. I am without my luggage as I type. Some air hosters were very disrespectful, acted in racist attitude.
I have never book a flight before with an agent, always booked straight through the airline before. I found the experience a little nerve racking and was surprised at the amount the rise in price was after adding all the extras, like baggage. Usually included in a airline booking.
There was nothing wrong with the booking. Except that at some point, it seemed confusing when you don't have any heavy luggage to declare and you are also asked to make a choice from amongst many items.
I did not find accomodation. Everything that was offered was old, expensive, far from the city or wuth very low ratings. Thats why I dont want to renew my subscription. Other platforms gave me better accomodation.
Booking my flight through the eDreams was straightforward and efficient. The process was smooth, and I received all necessary confirmations and travel documents promptly. I'd definitely consider using their services again for future travel.
The service i have received was so fantastic. My booking went very well without being stressed by the increase of prices. Edreams made me book the flights as i managed to pay a small amount to hold the prices so that even if the prices rise, but my fare remained the same. They even guaranteed to pay for the difference in flight tickets when the price s changes making me feel very protected.
I'm generally satisfied with eDreams' service, but I hadn't planned on subscribing to Prime and didn't realize such a large amount would be charged. The €69 fee was unexpected, and I was not aware of it during the booking process.
On the same day the Prime fee was deducted, I tried contacting support via several email addresses, but unfortunately, none of them worked or responded.
I would really appreciate it if you could help me cancel the subscription and issue a refund.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
