Efficient company, secured my flights to Bolivia immediately when other websites kept losing them. Confirmation took a while to come through, but overall would recommend.
I did not get a positive response for a second booking and so I tried again, only to be told that it was the same booking that had gone through. At least it understood that, but I might, inadvertantly, paid for another booking.

I booked my flight to the UK from Kenya as my mother was not feeling well and had been admitted into hospital in the UK. She took a turn for the worst and her prognosis was not good so I decided to request a change of date. I completed the online request and this was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. The day after submitting the request my new date was confirmed. No stress and no hassle.
This is the first time I book a plane with this app and despite I chosed the option to change flights, when I tried to do it by phone, the agent told me I must change both flights but I only want to change the go flight no the return... so I have to keep what I had first chosen.

I looked for the order after i made the payment on agoda, nowhere to find the transaction trace on agoda, no email confirmation immediately after the transaction. Later, found out i booked through a link from agoda app, this whole thing look like a scam.

During searching my details are not retained for multiple searches, meaning having yo repeatedly input the same data. This is the same for flights and hotels. I'm sure there is a quick fix for that.
I've been utilizing eDreams app for little over a yr now & I've found the best deals - international & domestic. I'll continue to seek out Dreams first for my travel needs.
I was surprised when I searched online to book for my upcoming flight from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore for both my wife and myself through eDreams with a low and cost effective air tickets including a further surprising attractive discount.
All in all good experience and good service and deals.
Discounts are good with a wide choice to choose from.
Used them several times now, never a problem.
It was a smooth and easy check out. I enjoyed the way. The flights were displayed, and that I was able to pick the cheapest one instead of having to look through all of them.
Don't think that customers are fools. Don't use reservations to cheat. I will not use your website to book air tickets next time. I have bought air tickets from your website three times before. There were no problems with the previous reservations, but this time my experience was very bad. After the reservation was completed, I did not get confirmation from the airline for a long time. It was simply a fraud. The so-called ticket confirmation code could not be found on the airline website.
I will tell my friends on X and Facebook about this experience.

Booking was easy but there was no space for my frequent flyer number. After the booking there is no way to add it. I will have to discuss with the airline and this is inconvenient for me.

The staff on eDreams helpline are very helpful and always resolve any problems I have encountered quickly and in a friendly manner..
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
