We were told if we needed to switch drop off location we could. We called and asked for a change in airport and time, received permission and was charged an additional $600. No one told us there would be extra fee, especially one that large.
I will never be booking with this company again. I tried to change my hotel and said that I could not! I wasn't asking for a refund just asking to change my hotel because the one I got after reading reviews was not safe for a woman to be staying at. They said it was against policy. Total Bull$#*!! You call and you can barely understand who you are talking to. Its ridiculous! Then they don't show all the fees. It never showed you had to pay a $60.00 Resort fee per night. We would of been paying double the price if we stayed with that hotel. No thank you! NEVER AGAIN BOOKING WITH THEM!

Unable to cancel my never-wanted subscription, contacted CS and was assured it had been cancelled. Of course it never was and months later they are still charging me for their valueless "services". Despite reporting to every entity I can think of, they will force me to CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD and have another one re-issued. A tremendous inconvenience. Thanks eDreams crooks

It was great that they managed to find affordable flight options, as it made traveling much more budget-friendly. I called three times to cancel the prime membership that you guys automatically signed me up for and this is out of this universe the way I was treated by the customer service rep after 35 minutes he hasn't canceled it giving me all kind of reasons to keep the membership And afterwards smiling. He put me on hold that I had to quit after an hour cause I couldn't wait anymore, I guess my only option is to disputed with a credit card.

I made the booking with EDreams because i unknowingly had subscribed annually to prime membership.
I was told i could get a voucher back for half of the money paid, but i had to stay a member and book again to use it.
When i did book i got my prime discount but saw nothing of the refund voucher that was promised.
I tried calling to speak to someone twice but had to hang up after waiting for an answer twice.
So I am not very impressed as i was obviously lied to in terms of the refund and theres no customer support to help.

For sure eDreams Prime got me the best prices better than any other websites or airline. The app was difficult to navigate and kept jumping and changing the fare until I signed out and back in.
You go to buy a flight and then it stresses you out with "the prices will get up" or to pay for many insurances, seats, cancellations... and that stresses you a lot. The first price is never the good one.
I had a mini panic attack when I was paying my booking and it just got stuck on the payment transaction page. I was alerted from my bank that the payment went through but my screen on the edream sight did not change and did not show that my transaction was completed or not. But a couple mins after I received an email from edream and the plane company I was booking.

Good and fast but the price are expansive and I couldn't reserve the seats.i was forced to go on Turkish Airline to reserve the seats. I couldn't do the travel insurance on Turkish Airlines because they don't do this for Romanian citizens. Please let me know how I can do travel insurance. Thank you.
They promise coupons that don't exist and don't work when it comes to applying them, even with the fine print. You call on the phone and he doesn't know what to say. I will never go prime again. They are scammers

The guy(customer service representative) wanted to keep me in premium membership at any cost, including telling me that I cannot cancel. I couldn't have him cancel my premium membership until I told him my bank will block Edream. It was horrible experience.

EDreams - one of the many online travel agencies - is a total scam, and will do anything to take your money and avoid giving it back. I have had trouble with every single booking I've made through them. Most recently, I had trouble with a booking, which should have been covered by a benefit I had as a Prime member. I had to spend hours on the phone with them until I got through to a senior manager named Piyush. This man was a liar through and through, and made up anything he could do avoid honoring one of their booking benefits and giving me the hundreds of dollars of my own money I was rightfully owed back. He insisted his hands were tied because of 'the terms and conditions'. Well, when I checked out the terms and conditions for myself, I found he had totally lied about what they were. I had to read them aloud to him, at which point he insisted it must have just been changed and he didn't know about the policy (despite being a Senior Manager), because 'it's a weekend'. This company is a scam, and will steal your money. Their customer support will - like Piyush did - lie to your face as they steal from you.

Edreams is reliable, they react quickly. Last time we booked tickets everything was o.k. Booking is more difficult because of the many commericial messages. What do I need and what not, what is necessary and what not. So I had unwanted a subscription to Prime. I thought I needed it for booking. But it costs € 89 a year.

Good options. Too many questions and offers. Too many questions. For me it would be better being specific and allow to finish transaction and then offer accomodation, car rentals, baggage etc
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
