He tratado de comprar un ticket. Pagué 245,92 euros por viajar a Alicante desde Bruselas (ida y retorno), un par de horas después dicen que mi vuelo de ida ha sido cancelado. Recibí un correo de una de las aerolíneas diciendo que debo pagar 72 euros extras. Trato de comunicarme con servicio al cliente para solucionar el problema y solo puedo chatear con IA que no ayuda para nada.
Ahora trato de comprar otro ticket con la misma aerolínea para poder viajar con mis amigos, y me dicen que el booking está duplicado…. Es un error, no puedo hacer nada y nadie ayuda!

I had a generally good experience using eDreams. The booking process was straightforward and the website was easy to use. I was able to compare options quickly and complete my reservation without any major issues. The confirmation details were sent promptly and the information provided was clear. Overall, it was a convenient platform for booking my trip.
Booked, paid, got my details through, then got a button saying extra booking details needed, which you think is passport etc. clicking the button takes you to a blank page, tried 3 different computers and browsers, doesn't work.
Tried help, emailed them, you get sent a link to click on to send them details, a load of drop-down not relevant to my issue. Beyond frustrating and annoying.

Using eDreams saved us money on airfare and on hotel bookings - even more than Booking.com. Only complaint is that when I had a small change - they did not help (as I expected them to) and I had to contact the hotel directly. Not sure if I will renew the service.

I don't travel as often but a friend told e about this page and from the begging it was user friendly and had lots of options to pick from and at a good rates.
I ordered a flight to cluj romania by wizair, i ordered a cabine troley and a big lugage, i receive only the the big luggage, but i ask to pay also the troley, unfortunaly the account explanation was difficult to understand. Edreams is not a scam, ever since i started using them i have never had any issues with them. Their service is quick and efficient, i would recommend anyone looking for travel agency to look no further than them.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
