The booking went all smoothly. However, I feel that some more transparency is needed. As I didn't receive a standard "e-ticket" and I can't find my booking with the references provided on airline website, it's just a bit unsettling since it's the first time buying such an expensive flight on eDreams. After searching online I kind of understood that you provided rather reference in your system and not the airline's, it could make sense but it certainly helps a lot if it's explained to begin with.
It was frustrating that the plane prices changed after I captured my banking details. The price moved from £567 to £600 then £607 in no time. It was just not nice experience that prices changed that fast

Bad, bad, bad. You upload the same destination and date twice and the prices increase. Three days in a row I've been trying to buy a ticket and every time the page freezes... The last time, the payment is uploaded, they tell me the operation was unsuccessful, only to finally find the reservation in the email.

Hi, we booked hotel and flight. The next day I received a mail that said that the hotel is booked but the flight tickets are cancelled. So 3 days before the vacation I had to find a flight and pay for it more than the one that was cancelled. And, as well, instead of starting and returning on the airport that is 30 min away, we have to go to one that is 3 hours distance. It's not reliable. So, I am sorry, one star is all I can do for now.

I was a little bit disappointed the price changed 3 times when i started to pay. This was not a problem because it was not by much.
Booking worked but not as easy as advertised and had to book return flight without it. Not worth the time or money. Will not use again.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
