Your app is poor quality.

Your app is messy and saving frequent flyer info is not working. Sometimes paying a booking is a problem and you have to repeat the process several times before the payment go through.

Bit sceptic initially

I was sceptic as price was good. The chargeable Prime plus was eyebrow raiser as had past experiences that such deals cannot be cancelled. I can safely say that the tickets were done correctly. Later I had question in few days, I was able to connect to agent on Saturday night at 11pm and everything resolved soon. It is very competitive in pricing and nice service.

Not very happy

I booked a ticket easily, but later I realised that I had been put on a 15-day trial for eDreams Plus, after which I had to pay nearly £100 as a member. I tried several times to cancel my eDreams Plus subscription, but no one answered the related phone number, and my emails all failed to go through. I want to cancel this subscription as soon as possible. I felt I was cheated.

Horrible

I pay for premium and get an app that doesnt work decently.

You offer to freeze prices, i did and when i want to book there is always a "technical issue" so i have to pay the new price which is way more.

Why do I pay for premium if you keep changing prices and manipulating me into paying more.

Last time i was a member the service was okay but now I just feel ripped off.

When i call the helpline nothing happens, never get someone in the phone and the $#*!ty AI chat is even worse.

Shame on you. I might take legal action.

Un po' per caso...

Per caso cerco un volo all' ultimo minuto e trovo edreems, risolto, volo trovato con opzioni previo pagamento abbonamento e lungo percorso di compilazione moduli.Alla fine tutto ok tranne il fatto che il bagaglio si deve imbarcare.

Super easy and convinient

Got "scammed" with the free trial.

I agreed for the 1 week free trial to see how Prime membership works and they took the money from my bank the second day. Without even asking me if I wanted to continue or whatever or wait at least till the free week finishes. Just got the money and activated the prime membership for 1 year in the second day of the free trial (7days)

It's a ripoff

I booked two flights with KM Malta Airlines through eDreams and was overcharged. EDreams added €106 in service fees, while the same flights were almost €100 cheaper when booked directly with the airline.

On top of that, I was automatically signed up for eDreams Prime during checkout. Canceling it required a long phone call, during which the agent kept pushing me to keep the membership despite my clear refusal.

Hidden fees, aggressive upselling, and poor customer service.
I do not recommend eDreams, hell no!

Easy and quick method of booking

It was easy, quick, no hassle. However when it came to booking a seat it cost minimum £20 each way, where when booking direct with Vueling it's £10 each way, therefore I wasn't happy with this, and didn't book a seat.

EDreams was very convenient and easy to use. After booking flight reservations, I was taken to a site to obtain a hotel at my destination. I believe I received a discounted price on the hotel using this resource.
