I bought phone eraser which didn't work for my phone because of broken screen, requested a refound the same day and didn't get it, but okay i should try it before buying it. I also bought data recovery program, when i downloaded the files all the images were corupted and I was unable to open it, again of course no refound. So point of the story DON'T RISK BUYING IT in very likely scenarion something goes wrong you won't get your money back.

Run alway from this company. The screen unlock feature promise to unlock easily after a few clicks. However it is simply a guide to factory reset the phone, thus losing ALL data.
The software downloaed'and the licence purchased is useless.They provide just some text instructions with a screenshots that youcan get for FREE on your phone company website.

The software and the licence you pay for, is not needed to unlock your phone. This is complete scam.

I tried to get a refund, they just proposed me 50% that I have refused.

You need to make sure you back up as much as possible if transferring from Android to iPhone. Dr Fone's App is supposed to transfer complete Chat history and images.

It most definitely does not work and actually lost my back up by overwriting it in transfer process.
After several emails they did refund me but it was little compensation for losing my Chat History.

Their other Apps may work but this one definitely does not when it comes to tarnsferring from a Samsung Galaxy S7 to iPhone 12

Unfortunately, they weren't able to fix my phone, but I am so appreciative of them for not giving me a hard time in refunding me my money. They also provided troubleshoot at first to help me but of course I already tried everything. Received my refund in a very timely manner (thankfully as now I need to buy a new phone). IM sure the program will work for other phone problems but not for mine. If I ever run into problems again, I'll try this program first.

This product could not fix my problem. I ultimately had to go to a store. They did not return my money and customer service offered a hard reset to be an example of a service the app provides. There is no need to purchase an app to perform a hard reset. That was Dr. Fone's solution for purchasing their app. Proceed with caution. They will not refund if you are unable to use it.

This is an online app. The company promotes it is fully guaranteed, but they do not back up the guarantee (the product did not solve my problem.)

Don't purchase any phone software from these scam artists. They reel you in with a free offer, scan your phone, and offer a legit solution. Shame on me for believing. With online retailers, customer service is no longer a viable service offered by any company. The software did nothing to fix my issue and when I asked for a refund they simply told me NO. It is their policy to not offer any refunds. Wow, if I did this in my business, I would be homeless and without any clients. There back and forth solution only made the matter worse. Now i have a bricked phone and the software i purchased will not do anything. I am out $50.

If I could give it a negative score I would. It didn't find ANY deleted files (of ANY type e.g. pics, docs, videos, etc etc) - even though there were literally hundreds of them. I even deliberately deleted a couple of dozen files of various types, switched off my phone, shut down my PC, turned them both back on then tried the Android deleted files recovery again... aaaand STILL got nothing! It's a complete RIP OFF!

Got the Dr. Fone was still within the 7 days did keep trying to see if it worked for me but it didn't was trying to get a refund, talked to an agent trying to explain what exactly is going on but wasn't able to let me speak and when he did he interrupted immediately after i was going over the return policy got to the point that he started to blame my device anything to not give me a refund. Total waste of money. Probably wouldn't be so mad if the agent let me speak.

I tried using this software to fix my phone but it ever worked. I was so dissapointed because I had pad for it. You should therefore note that this software cannot fix all phones. There ere are also some things that it cannot handle. Before you buy it you should be sure first.

You are less to believe that there is some software that assists in unlocking your android phone, wrong it is just a guide to factory reset your phone. 40$ to look at a guide to reset your phone, that's free information people. Of course you won't get a refund, customer service is on existent. I hope this company crashes and burns.

I have spent over 200$ on the program. It is simply a scam. My computer never had a virus problem until I installed wondershare (Dr.Fone) their customer service is crap. (non existent) I'm so frustrated I had to leave a review. Tenorshare is crap too. Just sayin...

I've downloaded the free trial to try to export the contacts numbuers from my Whatsapp conversations. It said downloads were avaliable only on the paid version.
I tried to find first on the website more informations about the files formats but then I saw "7 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEED". I read also the Terms and then I bought it to try it and, if it didn't worked, I could just ask for the money back.

First, they put a "Safe Download Insurance" in my cart (I didn't click on it, they just tossed it on my cart) and I removed it but then when I paid it, it has charged me for it anyway.
Then, after using the paid version - which didn't work for me, when I asked for the refund, they told me they couldn't accept cancellation by regrets and whatsoever. I am begging for the refund (it has been only a few hours that I purchased it) and they just won't do it.

Too bad I didn't look it up here on Sitejabber. I thought Wondershare was a trustworthy company.

Their product does not recover all files as they indicate for the "basic fee" BUT it shows ALL types of files when offered for this plan. So, therefore they will not refund when you discover this because it is not a "technical error", it is rather a classic bait and switch error. Then when you go to pay for this nightmare it will charge you multiple times for the same purchase-nice, because the shopping cart does not function like a normal one. Finally it does not even authenticate your purchase, had to try multiple times to authenticate and finally request new password to be able reload numerous times just to use the product. THEN when program doesn't function as promised, they refuse to issue a refund and customer service is a Chat person who could care less and is less than professional. Finally, when I discovered that a previous lifetime had already been purchased for the same product, customer service STILL refuses to issue a refund, saying that you can purchase this as many times as you like (without them indicating this on your account file). THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM OPERATION, DON'T WALK RUN!

This Dr. fone product does not work for me
This product does not work for me. I spent 3 hours today and 2 house yesterday trying to get Dr. fone on Galaxy S10e. They will not give me my money back. Shame on them.

Buyer beware. The "free trial" is only free if you cancel due to a technical issue they can not resolve, not because their service is TERRIBLE and RUDE or because the service is not working for you. Do not fall for this service.

ABSOLUTE SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THIS SOFTWARE WILL NOT UNLOCK YOUR PHONE AND GIVE ACCESS TO YOUR FILES. It simply does a factory reset of your phone which you can do within the phone anyway. THEY ARE REFUSING TO GIVE A REFUND. I am seeking legal advice.

My complaint to the company here:

"I purchased a licence for Dr Fone screen unlock on 10th August. I purchased it because I have a Samsung S10 which I have forgotten the lock screen pin code/pattern. I have a lot of photos on the internal storage which I need to retrieve.

Your Dr Fone screen unlock webpage at:LINK GIVEN BUT NOT ALLOWED ON TRUST PILOT, is written in a way that insinuates your software will allow me to regain access to my phone and files.

Before purchasing the licence for the screen unlock program, there is absolutely no text informing you that there will be data loss once the phone has been unlocked. It is only once the licence is purchased that this text is displayed as a warning. Very very misleading, why not say before licence purchased?

Your screen unlock service is offering nothing more than a standard boot reset which can be performed for free within the phone itself. The whole idea of purchasing your service is so that I can regain access to the files on the locked phone.

I think you need to make it very clear on your website that data loss will occur if your customers try and remove the screen lock using your software BEFORE they purchase a licence key.

Please can I have a refund. I haven't even used the software as I don't want my phone to be erased."

THE COMPANY IS OUTRIGHT REFUSING A REFUND. I AM SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE AND CONTACTING PAYPAL ABOUT THIS SCAM PURCHASE
