This software does exactly what It says. It is a nother great software made by wondershare. All of their software work great and I love them. I have never wasted a penny because of them. I used ot to take care of my phone and I successfuly managed to fix it.
I used the software to moigrate from android to iphone and it worked perfectly. I did not want to waste time miving this one by one from my android ot my iphone. This software is best for what it does. I certainly did not waste my money when I bought it. Keep up the good work wondershare.
This Dr. fone product does not work for me
This product does not work for me. I spent 3 hours today and 2 house yesterday trying to get Dr. fone on Galaxy S10e. They will not give me my money back. Shame on them.
Their product does not recover all files as they indicate for the "basic fee" BUT it shows ALL types of files when offered for this plan. So, therefore they will not refund when you discover this because it is not a "technical error", it is rather a classic bait and switch error. Then when you go to pay for this nightmare it will charge you multiple times for the same purchase-nice, because the shopping cart does not function like a normal one. Finally it does not even authenticate your purchase, had to try multiple times to authenticate and finally request new password to be able reload numerous times just to use the product. THEN when program doesn't function as promised, they refuse to issue a refund and customer service is a Chat person who could care less and is less than professional. Finally, when I discovered that a previous lifetime had already been purchased for the same product, customer service STILL refuses to issue a refund, saying that you can purchase this as many times as you like (without them indicating this on your account file). THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM OPERATION, DON'T WALK RUN!
It took me around 25 hours to figure out how to move my WhatsApp Media from Android to iOS but couldn't really come up with a solution. And then I came up with Dr. Fone and the job is DONE.!

Impossible to make it work. After payment I want refund and they doesnt responded to me. This is ridiculous.
It does everything i wanted to do. It was an awesome experience. Would like to purchase more tools and programs in the future.
I have good experience of it. Really it a great opportunity to get a lost data. Everybody should use this app when they face this problem.
Needed to transfer my messaged to my new iphone. Over 21k of them, and the transfer was seamless. Highly recommended especially that their price is really good.
