This product could not fix my problem. I ultimately had to go to a store. They did not return my money and customer service offered a hard reset to be an example of a service the app provides. There is no need to purchase an app to perform a hard reset. That was Dr. Fone's solution for purchasing their app. Proceed with caution. They will not refund if you are unable to use it.
