My iPhone XS ended up doing a reboot loop and after many YouTube videos, internet searches I was told about this website by family. I was wary about purchasing but I really didn't want to lose my images, I paid anyways. The software unfortunately didn't work for my issue and just kept failing. I did the online chat with customer service and requested for a refund due to the software not working for myself. They customer service advisor was very understanding and requested for proof. Which I did and they processed my refund straight away. If this worked it would be so worth it. I will use it again if I ever need too. However for my issue at the time it didn't work. Thanks again for the service I received and for providing a full refund. Hassle free.
