I am an iPhone user who was experiencing system issues. I purchased the 'D-Back' software specifically to repair my iOS system and safeguard my data, looking for a professional and reliable solution for my personal files.
1. Critical Technical Failure & Data Loss: The software is unstable. It constantly froze during the process. Worst of all, while using the "System Repair" feature, the software actually caused irreversible data loss, deleting my camera photos permanently. A tool meant to save data should never destroy it.
2. Deceptive "Money-Back Guarantee": I contacted support immediately (Ticket ID: *******152). Their policy promises a refund for "terminal technical problems", which this clearly was. However, support stalled for weeks asking for "log files" from a software I had already uninstalled because it was damaging my phone.
3. Unfair Resolution: They tried to deny my refund claiming I was "past the 30-day window," even though my initial ticket was opened well within that period. They refused to honor the 100% guarantee and forced me to accept a partial 60% refund as a "goodwill gesture". They effectively kept 40% of my money for a product that failed and lost my personal memories.

Unstable: Application freezes and crashes.
Dishonest Support: They stall until the guarantee "expires."
Fake Guarantee: They do not honor their "Money-Back" policy for technical failures.
How was your customer service experience? Terrible. "Rene" from support ignored my arguments and refused to acknowledge that their delay caused the timeline issue. They are trained to deny full refunds even when the product breaks your device.
Did you make a purchase? Yes.
IMyFone markets data recovery tools that are unstable and can actually cause data loss. Their customer service operates with significant delays, seemingly designed to push customers past the 30-day refund window. They refuse to honor their own 'Money-Back Guarantee' for technical failures, forcing customers to accept partial refunds for defective products.

I tried to use the software to retrieve my iPhone data to no avail, but it may have been because I inadvertently bricked the phone while trying to update it through Apple. The owners of this software upheld their promise to refund my money if I was not satisfied, so I thanked them for that and appreciate their earnestness as an honorable company.

I purchased the license to crack a zip file password. I wasn't successful with the application, and customer services suggested I send them to file and do it themselves. They couldn't make it thus we agreed on a full refund of the money. Even though the goal of the purchase was not achieved, their customer service (particularly Echo Zhou) was extraordinary and very friendly. If I ever need to crack another password, I will try with them again.

UPDATE: After posting this review and screenshots of the customer service I received, the site customer service team responded back to my reply email/this review. They have offered a full refund. I am only increasing my stars to 3, because of the follow up customer service. App is fine to use for creating content, but the initial customer services could use a little work.
I attempted to cancel my subscription for next year's service (I am not using the software). I have had an account with them for the past few years with little to no use. This past year I have not used it all.
The customer service said I missed my window to close it and refused to refund me for next year's subscription service. They give you a 10 day window before renewal date to cancel according to their customers service. Their defense was they sent an email. Well the email went to my spam.
Their customer service said they would still allow access to the site and 30% refund. I go in the site to log in make sure it cancelled for any future charges, and the site shows me "the account does not exist". So they cancelled my account and still charged me for service. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Shady way to do business with customers.

Wollte mit iMyFone einen irrtümlich gelöschten Chat in whatsapp wiederherstellen. Hat leider nicht funktioniert - der Chat wurde zwar am PC unter iMyFone wieder angezeigt, aber das zurückspielen auf das Handy hat nicht funktioniert. Support konnte auch nicht helfen. Zuerst wurden 50% Rückzahlung angeboten, nachdem ich das ablehnte wurden der volle Kaufpreis refundiert.

Answer: Absolute scam! Dishonest company, no money back guarantee and buggy product. I downloaded the demo software, was assured that it would wipe my iphone and was asked for money. I checked that the phone was not registered in icloud and find my phone was off. The purchased version did not work, despite the demo claiming otherwise. Customer support refuses to offer refund.
