I purchased a monthly and a yearly subscription to recover my whatsapp data and it doesn't work. It reached the 95% of the process and then shut down or I get a message saying I don't have enough space. A real disappointment! Money throw away. Now they refuse to give me a refund. And it says on their website "money back guarantee"

UPDATE: After posting this review and screenshots of the customer service I received, the site customer service team responded back to my reply email/this review. They have offered a full refund. I am only increasing my stars to 3, because of the follow up customer service. App is fine to use for creating content, but the initial customer services could use a little work.

I attempted to cancel my subscription for next year's service (I am not using the software). I have had an account with them for the past few years with little to no use. This past year I have not used it all.

The customer service said I missed my window to close it and refused to refund me for next year's subscription service. They give you a 10 day window before renewal date to cancel according to their customers service. Their defense was they sent an email. Well the email went to my spam.

Their customer service said they would still allow access to the site and 30% refund. I go in the site to log in make sure it cancelled for any future charges, and the site shows me "the account does not exist". So they cancelled my account and still charged me for service. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Shady way to do business with customers.

I can't stress enough how exceptional the customer service was. Sara, in particular, was extremely responsive and did everything to resolve my problems quickly. His professionalism and customer focus really impressed me. Even though the software did not address my (quite complicated) problem, the overall experience was very positive thanks to the excellent customer service. Thanks again to Sara and the support team for their invaluable help!

This app will help you find the photos you lost. In fact, I've recovered memories of my 2021 that I lost through this app. That's a really appreciated app. And the service is also friendly. If you ask a question, they answer with sincerity. Thank you for the app.

I asked around my local retailers and phone providers and as soon as anyone hears iOS to Android they immediately said: no way, can't transfer the history. They use a different operating system.(iphone to samsung)
Luckily I found this software! It worked like a charm!

It's backup feature(free of charge) is pretty good that we can look all the images and videos that we have on the device in line, was pretty bumpy for a few days that it didn't restore at first((Restore function isn't free) but the technician Tony helped figure out which file caused the issue and once the extra step was done all my files from the time I backed up before was restored(within 4 work days)! Definitely worth the 1 month membership :D definitely Recommend!

By the way, when you buy a 1 month plan you may be subscribed for continuous charges, just make sure you cancel your subscription before the times up and there won't be any unnecessary charges(seems like a recurring topic when I was reading reviews myself.)

I think the main tip would be that as I mentioned in the review, while I was looking around for a solution I saw many reviews showing that the payment is a recurring charge which is not the case if you go and unsubscribe before the end of the month:)

If you have an issue, don't give up yet! talk to Support and they may direct you to the necessary technician for help.

1 month plan to transfer the LINE chats since it seems iOS to Android system is impossible via any other method(besides the long method and transferring each to text...)

it makes changing phones hassle free when you concerned about all the important work Line conversations you needed to keep!

I am a tech seller and bought 36 iOS running devices, all of them were MDM locked, which really sucked on my end. I scoured the internet looking for something that would work and didn't charge an insane price, and to unlock all of them only cost me $130 which saved my $#*! on reselling, on other places like 4MeKey they charge $9.95 per device, here I only paid $3.61 per device, great software and good UI

Phone was overloaded, it went haywire. Apple told me I would lose all my data including 5000 pictures (I had no backup). Apple recommended I try a company that quoted me $700-$3,900 US funds ( I live in Canada).
I found iMyPhone in a YouTube search and figured I give it a try. It took some time to navigate through the software since I am not computer savvy. After a while it was fixed. The cost?….$63 dollars. Thanks iMyPhone!

Ask for Vera, very helpful she knows what she's doing. I recommend using IMyFone, try the free version first and you'll see what I mean. I had technical issues and iMyFone responded immediately and resolved everything. Be sure to ask for Vera.

WARNING.Just another scammer pretending that his product can unlock your phone.No it didn't for my MOTOROLA e22i I have tried it but to no avail.I have requested a refund but nothing.They keep sending you ticket after ticket,but no concrete action.After everything considered you know that you are dealing with a bunch of scum bags and arsehat.
