My iphone wouldn't start and I was desperate so I bought a 1-month subscription even though I was skeptical bc they advertise as 30 days money back guarantee, but the trick is they will never honor it. Apparently they have hidden terms and conditions that are impossible to fill so you will never actually get your money back. It's a total bait and switch.
In my haste, I had purchased the wrong app. Echo promptly showed me how to download the correct app, and use the app properly and when the app was not able to rectify the situation, Echo found a way to give me a full refund. I appreciate her knowledge and helpfulness.

I purchased their product novi ai and it was my worst decision, this softwere is totally use less and when i ask for refund they are telling me that problem is because of wifi and they refuse to give me my 100% refund, please i am requesting you not to buy anything from these chinese scammers they make use less softwere just to scam peoples and if they did not refund me i am going to file a complaint..

Got this service as I accidentally deleted important files off my computer, and with this service I was able to retrieve it. However, pay close attention to the pricing, it is a subscription based service (not a one-time payment as I thought). Therefore I was charged for 2 month. I was able to contact them and explained the situation, and they offered to partial refund my 2nd charge. Overall, would use their service again if I needed to.

Brought a one month subscription, asked for a refund since they advertise as "30 days money back guarantee". Now they refuse the refund. Looks like they have hidden terms and conditions for a refund which doesn't resonate with what they advertise. Buy AirDroid instead and save your time and hassle.
On top of that they ask for screenshots as proof so you have to work for your own money.

Answer: Absolute scam! Dishonest company, no money back guarantee and buggy product. I downloaded the demo software, was assured that it would wipe my iphone and was asked for money. I checked that the phone was not registered in icloud and find my phone was off. The purchased version did not work, despite the demo claiming otherwise. Customer support refuses to offer refund.
