I purchased a monthly and a yearly subscription to recover my whatsapp data and it doesn't work. It reached the 95% of the process and then shut down or I get a message saying I don't have enough space. A real disappointment! Money throw away. Now they refuse to give me a refund. And it says on their website "money back guarantee"
Although iMyFone programme didn't help fix my phone (which is why I give 4 star and not 5) I received good customer service, with quick response to my queries and received a full refund.

Purchased a product from iMyFone believing it to be of assistance for my android phone stuck in a loop. Unfortunately, my model Samsung phone was not on the drop down menu. I found then that Andoid was not supported any more, so had purchased an incorrect product. I purchased the app but was unable to use the app. As such, I requested for a full refund. The customer service agent, Eric Zhou, who attended to me offered 30% followed by 60% refund. After appealing, he approved the full refund. I'm pleasantly pleased with the outcome even though I was unable to use the app.

Honestly the software did not work in my situation, but I think it was my ability and phone, not the software. Echo, from tech support tried to help and communicated quickly everytime I sought help. I would try again when I need to backup and restore things.

Phone was overloaded, it went haywire. Apple told me I would lose all my data including 5000 pictures (I had no backup). Apple recommended I try a company that quoted me $700-$3,900 US funds ( I live in Canada).
I found iMyPhone in a YouTube search and figured I give it a try. It took some time to navigate through the software since I am not computer savvy. After a while it was fixed. The cost?….$63 dollars. Thanks iMyPhone!
I ordered a product to retrieve some pictures that were permanently deleted by accident. I ordered a 1-month plan. It automatically moved to a monthly/month to month plan. I let them know that there is a very big difference between a 1-month plan and a monthly/month to month plan. Why would I need a monthly subscription to retrieve lost data?!? That is a one time thing. I submitted a refund request for the unauthorized charge and they said that I was beyond the return. They did inform me of some good news... my unauthorized monthly subscription had been cancelled. Thanks! I already knew that, because I cancelled it when I realized that they automatically renewed it a 1-month plan. I'm not sure who decided to list the plans like that, but they failed Marketing 101. The way the plan is listed does not follow market standards and is very confusing. It is listed as a one time purchase.

The customer support team is very helpful and fast, and as for the IMyFone Fixppo app I could say the same.
I had experienced a couple of times a certain type of malfunction/error of my IPhone 8. Due to lack of free storage, when a new iOS version is downloading, my phone starts to turn itself on and off with the apple logo showing on the screen.
With your app, I can not only fix it by myself, super easy, but also there is no/very little data loss.

This is a great company. My iPad was stuck in a death loop. I tried the normal way with apple but I had not lick. I found this software and used it. Initially I had an issue but Wendy took time to work though it with extra customer support. Will use them in future.

I started to freak out a lot since my phone was stuck in recovery mode and after buying the 1-month package I used standard mode and it worked! I wasn't expecting it actually to work because the apple logo loading popped up again but after leaving it in it worked. I also got all the messages I missed when my phone was off. RECOMMEND!

Answer: Absolute scam! Dishonest company, no money back guarantee and buggy product. I downloaded the demo software, was assured that it would wipe my iphone and was asked for money. I checked that the phone was not registered in icloud and find my phone was off. The purchased version did not work, despite the demo claiming otherwise. Customer support refuses to offer refund.
