The tool is very powerful and I was able to find my aunt's deleted pictures from her iphone that were no longer even in the deleted folder. She was extremely happy to recover her memories when no other solution worked. I liked everything except the fact that it has to process all the files before you can start the recovery, which take a long time and require a lot of space.

Both options "Remove your screen code" and "Remove your Apple ID" is actually a phone restoration. It is written in one of the step, even if the options titles make you think tht your data is safe. ITunes does the exact same thing for free, so no need to buy this.

We purchased the LockWiper app from iMyFone.com. We had problems installing the file: it looked like it was installing, but then the app never appeared. We tried it many times and on two different Macs. We were worried it was a scam. But we filled out their online customer service form and they replied same day with a couple of suggestions. One suggestion was access to an older way to install the file - and that worked.
We ran the application to "wipe the lock" on an older iPhone and it worked as described. This saved us a few hundred dollars. We were so relieved it was not a scam and we got it all finished same day. Thank you to Alice in tech support.

Even though I received no notice prior to re-billing occurring the company reimbursed me fully when I notified them of the fact. In addition the product worked sufficiently for data to be restored.
I haven't had to use it since first purchase but, at the time, it did what was necessary for me to continue work. Good company and product.

AnyRecover was one of the several data/file recovery apps (Windows) that I'd evaluated before I chose it for my bulk-recovery attempt over two years ago (01/2020). For one incident I approached their Support. Rayna (then) was courteous with patience and helped resolve my inquiry.
Two years later in the last week (05/2022), my thought to retrieve some batch image files that were missing pushed me to restore my system to the previous month's backup. I obtained and reinstalled the AR in the SAME folder on the C: drive, then ran it and retrieved hundreds of thousands of files of various types for recovering. Though the many recovered images had compromised -- due to the dynamic and constant overwriting/saving process had taken place (with continuous running of the system after you'd lost/deleted the files), I affirmed a crucial part in file-recovery knowledge -- especially for bulk-batch retrieving. Thanks to the Engineering people at AR that shared the knowledge that helped clarify and confirm my initial doubts.
Kudos to Hermosa especially at the Support being the main and key person who handled the several back-and-forth email rounds with me -- not only with patience but also with passion for customer service. Accompanying the Engineering people to help dig down to the core for my inquiries, they represented AnyRecover well, so well. I've had a great experience again with them for this incidence.

I purchased a product from iMyphone that was supposed to resolve an issue with my ITunes backup. All it did was go out and reinstall my iTunes, which I already had done. I requested a refund for what amounted to scam software. This is their response when I requested a refund.

Didn't work because my model wasn't supported. There's a generic program you can run, but I went through 100% and it still failed. Support got back to me quickly though, they wanted to try to troubleshoot it, but I wasn't going to waste anymore of my time so they gave me a refund.
Just make sure to keep track of your order number, as you'll need that if you want to cancel the subscription through their link. Otherwise, you can go to your PayPal and stop the recurring payment there (click your name in the top right, then go to "money, banks, and cards" on the left side menu, scroll down to "automatic payments").

Je me suis abonné à iMyPhone afin de récupérer des photos que j'avais supprimé par erreur depuis mon ordinateur connecté par câble USB.
Malheureusement je n'ai pas pu récupérer les photos recherchées bien que le programme ait retrouvé 500 photos, mais pas celles que je souhaitais!
Toutes les photos supprimées directement depuis mon Iphone ont bien été retrouvées mais pas celles supprimées depuis mon ordinateur.
Je souhaite toutefois recommander iMyphone pour leur sérieux car ils ont fait le maximum pour essayer de trouver une solution par l'intermédiaire de leur support technique ( Chloë) avec beaucoup de disponibilité et ont tenu également leur engagement en me remboursant intégralement

Answer: Absolute scam! Dishonest company, no money back guarantee and buggy product. I downloaded the demo software, was assured that it would wipe my iphone and was asked for money. I checked that the phone was not registered in icloud and find my phone was off. The purchased version did not work, despite the demo claiming otherwise. Customer support refuses to offer refund.
