After several exchange with support the software (i. E. Unlock iphone did not work). They offered 50%, refund, which I refused since the software does not work as it is stated by the vendor. After the last exchange, support suggested to try a different cable, which did not work. Their support vanished in thin air. Do not buy this software it's a scam. Initiated refund procedure through PAYPAL.

My iPhone screen was frozen with the apple in the middle for around 2 days - I been in the apple store and they told me that I have to buy a new iPhone because my guarantee has been expire already.
So I just upload this program ( I have found random in internet actually has a good reviews but you never now) may be free for a different problems but for mine I just paid 21£ with a refund if the program wasn't work.
I have tried multiples times I can said around 10 times and finally work! So my advice is have a look in all videos read the instructions how to do it!

I asked around my local retailers and phone providers and as soon as anyone hears iOS to Android they immediately said: no way, can't transfer the history. They use a different operating system.(iphone to samsung)
Luckily I found this software! It worked like a charm!
It's backup feature(free of charge) is pretty good that we can look all the images and videos that we have on the device in line, was pretty bumpy for a few days that it didn't restore at first((Restore function isn't free) but the technician Tony helped figure out which file caused the issue and once the extra step was done all my files from the time I backed up before was restored(within 4 work days)! Definitely worth the 1 month membership :D definitely Recommend!
By the way, when you buy a 1 month plan you may be subscribed for continuous charges, just make sure you cancel your subscription before the times up and there won't be any unnecessary charges(seems like a recurring topic when I was reading reviews myself.)

Answer: Absolute scam! Dishonest company, no money back guarantee and buggy product. I downloaded the demo software, was assured that it would wipe my iphone and was asked for money. I checked that the phone was not registered in icloud and find my phone was off. The purchased version did not work, despite the demo claiming otherwise. Customer support refuses to offer refund. Avoid this company at any cost.
