I am really happy with imyphone's products and services. To me they are the best and has helped me in retrieving all data of lost pictures and documents from my iphone and an entire process only took 5-10 minutes of time. Best customer support services i have ever received till now. They give their customers a top priority and do understand their problems and situations pretty well.

Came across this app after encountering an issue with my iphone being stuck in bootloop. As the fixppo site mentions the exact same issue, i had some hope that it might work. I contacted the chat and enquired more. They gave feedback that it might work. I went ahead to purchase the app. After trying over 30times and contacting tech support, no resolution could be done.

After sharing my above review, team has sent alot of spam to insist on review. I have lowered my review as they were way too pushy.

The highlight of this situation is Chloe's service.

I coud not remove my screentime passcode and had gotten up to 20 attempts before I had no idea what to do and eveyrtime i tried to use apples forgot passcode opthion it would count as another failed attempt. This works and saved me a trip to the apple store.

Needed help transferring my license to a new computer and their support team and Chloe were first rate. I've used iMyfone D-back for several years and it's great for recovering data from iTunes back-ups, especially when you no longer have the hardware. Love it.

From the company when D-Back failed to recover iPod Touch 7th generation (with their misspellings):
We are sorry to tell you that the data cannot be recovered directely from a disabled device. Cause your iPhone can't trust the computer where you install the program, so the program has no access to the data on your iPhone. So hope you could understand.
Our program can recover data from a disbled device on condition that there is backup.

Technical Support Specialist Chloe has been really helpful to customer using iMyFone Fixppo App. Even it can't fix my iPhone restarting issue. Unlike ordinary customer service, Chloe has been extraordinarily supportive to me, give me some advice trying different ways. Although, it still can't fix it, iMyPhone still give me 100% refund.
If you have a challenge using iPhone, don't be afraid to try iMyPhone.
