My iPhone became stuck in an endless startup loop. Nothing I tried fixed it so I bought iMyFone. Unfortunately it didn't help so I took my phone to the Apple Store and turns out the main circuit board failed. I contacted iMyFone and they were understanding and accommodating. Much appreciated!
IMyFone app didn't locate the firmware for my S6 but after contacting support I received a download link from them within hours - brilliant response.
It took only a short time to download and once I connected my phone to the app my Galaxy was as good as new in literally minutes!
Wonderful experience.
My only reservation is that I also own a Nokia 7.2 Android and this app only seems to work with Samsung devices.

I was having some issues with my iPhone XS on reboot loop, I had downloaded a different software that I purchased and this failed I then came across this software which again failed when trying to do my repair. I emailed them after 2days of trying to solve my issue. They came back to me and tried to give me steps to solve my issue. These steps I had already tried as I checked YouTube videos, the internet followed Apple website as well as speaking to my network provider. I provided proof that the software failed by emailing a screenshot and they also asked for attached files which also showed that it had shown an error message. As I could no longer use the software due to many attempts and failing I requested for a refund. They offered 50% but due to the fact I no longer have the phone to do the required steps they asked for they provided me with a full refund. The customer service was excellent and I got quick responses to my emails. Thank you to the service team in helping me and providing myself with great service and a full refund.

Saw the ad on YouTube and decided to try, to recover some Notes that were accidentally erased from my iPhone. Answer: Absolute scam! Dishonest company, no money back guarantee and buggy product. I downloaded the demo software, was assured that it would wipe my iphone and was asked for money. I checked that the phone was not registered in icloud and find my phone was off. The purchased version did not work, despite the demo claiming otherwise. Customer support refuses to offer refund.
