Seriously. Don't depend on the review of Dresslink. Everybody says everything is good, and put in a small complaint of how the clothes don't fit or the size is wrong. The reviews are edited. I placed in a bad review after receiving a sweater that looked nothing like the picture on the website. The review was never placed and/or deleted.

I put up a review on their cat stockings, which is very good material. That review was placed immediately.

Cheated and Scammed
September 20, 2017

I ordered "Birkenstocks", clearly labeled on the site as Birkenstocks, on Sept. 5, to be sent by 4-7 shipping. It is now Sept. 20 and no "Birkenstocks" in sight. Shame on me for thinking I could get Birkenstocks for $29, but this is a total scam, so shame on DressLink and their Made in China nonsense, too. You don't know you are ordering from China until you place the order (unless I missed something).
And "Bree", please don't ask for my order number. Nothing I can do now. Lesson learned.

I have purchased 100 dollars worth of clothes, of course pictures looked nice and it seemed to good to be truth but I just wanted to try it and see it for myself, and since everything was so cheap I got excited and ended up spending more than planned. I received the package in canada 3 weeks after my order. I paid 121 dollars converted in CAN plus shipping. On top of that DHL charged me extra 30 dollars for import tax before I could get the package. Sizes were wrong and quality of clothes was really bad, really bad. I only got half of the stuff I ordered and never got an explanation what happened to the rest of the clothes. I guess you get what you paid for... VERY BAD!

I had ordered something yesterday and it says my order went threw, it also says that on my bank card but then when i go and check my order status today it says i dont have an order i am really angry because i have emailed you guys twice and i got no response. I was really looking forward to the shirt i bought. Never ordering from Dresslink again.

Please do not order "Fingerlings" through this seller! The package arrived today and is completely destroyed. This is a "Happy Monkey", not what was ordered. They have since changed the description of what they're selling on their site.

Horrible

Take this warning and do not buy from them. All of the clothes are 2-3 sizes smaller than they should be and getting a refund is a joke. I sent my jacket back and am still waiting. They are a RIPOFF! Zero stars should be given.

Trying to cancel my order

I ordered from dresslink and needed to have my order cancelled it has not yet shipped and i submitted an email asking if the order could be canclled I received an email back saying it was however when i go online order still shows pending I have reached out to dresslink through email and have got no other response also the number provided does not connect me to a live person live chat wont work either can anyone help me?

Dresslink is a huge website where you can find what you want! They have so good stuff and i made huge orders and they came in time (it's said 15-25 days so don't blame for what you know). The service is so goo and they reply fast. And to finish the quality is like in cheap stores in my country so I'm really happy about what I pay for. Im quite angry as i thought you get a free 50 coupon and when i put that through on my order of 45 bucks it still took my money out of my bank account ive tried to cancel my order but i cant and ive emailed 3 times how do i cancel my order?

First of all, I am not paid to write this review. If given a chance i would love to make a video blog about dresslink and all the things I've purchased. The first time I saw this website, I really doubt if they are really selling or a scam site. I tried to purchase just to test if this site is legit. Yes the prices are too good to be true. I don't complain at all about the quality because the website is providing details about the products. This is an "ONLINE SHOPPING SITE" there's a lot of advantage and disadvantages. I live in Philippines and I'm lucky enough that our post office is not asking too much fee for claiming the package, I paid (P100/package). Some items are too small maybe because it is an Asian size so better check the size chart provided on the product description.

I Got a bag from this company. It took about half a month to wait for its arriving.
Yes, the price is incredibly low but at the same time it takes a longer tine for shipping.
Im aware that this company is from china but for me this is fine.
In conclusion, you cant always get what you want, but you might get what you need from this site.

I have ordered from Dresslink twice now and I have been very satisfied with the products I have been sent. When I received my first order some of the fabrics used were not the same as in the picture but that did not bother me in the slightest. When they could not send some of the items it would specify why on an order sheet and they did not charge me for those items. =^w^=

I have also had a bad experience. They won't give me my money back on a cancelled order. Have now had to open a dispute with paypal. Very bad company. NEVER AGAIN Look at the message they just sent me.

The case interrupt refund, case open makes paypal system refuse us to process your refund, and paypal company will need about 35 to 65 days to check about the dispute, you need to wait for more than 35 days to get your refund. So, please can you close it?

I oredered two times here

I oredered two times here. The first one I received one item that didin't match the pictures, but the rest were good, so I tried it a second time and everything arrived perfectly. It is not the best quality (specially in dresses and skirts, they are very thin), but it's good for the price. Everything arrived to me fast and well packed, anything smelled gross, as I read in some reviews, and they put all my items in the same packet.

This company is fake

Do not order from this company, they have so many bad reviews and I guess it does not bother them if they get good ones or bad ones, there are enough stupid people out there that will give them a try. They told me I was getting the original WowWee Finerling monkey. I ordered it on 11-20-17 and just got it today 12-20-17. It is a Happy Monkey, they had to pop the top and bottom of the box open to cram it into a small flat envelop that when it arrived it was terrible and the face broken. This company is a Fraud, do not order from them.

I bought two item in beginning of June. One item i got in July but second one still didn't get. After writing 3-4 mail regarding refund i got a proper reply on 11th September that they will refund my money. But it could take max 45 days.

Today is 31st oct and still i am waiting for my money. I again tried to write mail about money refund and customer service is replying me that i have wait for some days because they will start this refunding process from today

Waste of my money
January 2, 2016

So i ordered this beauty blender packet with creme concealer, and other things. I also purchased this cute romper, and the romper came in as well as 18 days. Then they sent me a invoice thing saying my concealer packet was not eligible to ship due to the "strict custom" of this product and i never got my products, i never got a refund. Let me tell you, is wasn't cheap but now all of a sudden it is. I do not recommend. This is not the first time i ave shipped over-seas. And i know how this sizing works there and it came 3 sizes too big and in another color. I HATE IT!
