I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering from this SCAM company! When something is too good to be true it usually is! It took a month to receive my order. The clothing models on their site must be a size small in toddlers. I'm 5'4 size 3 and the cute dresses I ordered look like toddler sizes on me. The material is very cheap, there are no tags inside of any sort to indicate size or washing instructions. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Dresslily has lots of great clothes, although i once got a defective item which i could not change. Also sometimes it takes long for them to send you some of the things you order, for example you buy 5 things but at the beginning they only send 3 item and a month later or even more the send the other and sometimes they sell you something that's out of stock. Still, i really like the styles of clothing they have and most of the time i haven't had many problems, the fabrics are good quality and a very comfortable. The clothes usually fit really well so the measurements are done right. Overall i like buying in dresslily
Where do I start? I ordered two dresses from this company online. The processing and shipping time almost took a month to get to me. When the shipment finally arrived, the size was way off! Neither of the dresses fit me. They run really small. Also, it is worthwhile to note that they guarantee their products are inspected before shipment and both of the dresses I received had strings hanging from the bottom. They don't have a customer service phone number you can dial... only a place to email your questions/complaints. They have a 30 day window to return the items, but it took almost 30 days to get the items that I don't want. So I now have to wait another business day just to get a response from them. I am curious to see if they will honor a refund since one more business day will probably put me over the 30 day mark. Ugh! Never again...
Ordered a pair of shoes, chose the free shipping. Then I didn't hear from them for a few months, and I looked up their rep, and turns out Lots of people have that issue. They waited months and months to receive their items. So I emailed them, asking where they might be, and the person told me they were out of stock. How about you let me know this oh maybe when I order the things, instead of making me wait a few months before I have to go out looking for this information?!
I live in Pennsylvania (USA) & I bought 3 dresses and a pair of long socks on Feb 5 and received them on Feb 17 - which is a lot quicker than I had expected. The dresses have strings hanging off, but nothing a pair of scissors can't take care of. Overall quality is decent - actually better than I was expecting. I was excited that my total was only $31, but the shipping was over double that ($33). I paid with Paypal and haven't had any issues as of yet. Like someone had posted already- next time I'd rather spend the money on a more quality item than on the shipping.
I have nothing but positive things to say about dresslily. It's my favorite online shopping spot for clothes. They have great things for any season or occasion. Dresslily also has great customer service. They're always working to make sure their customers are satisfied!
I Ordered 5 items 3-15-17. I received 3 of my 5 items several weeks after ordering. I contacted them via live chat as their phone number didn't work. They assured me it was still in transit and they verified they were able to track the 2 items. I received one a week later but have still not received the 5th item as of 5-11-17. This is the most frustrating site I have ever used. I would like a full refund for my entire order for the hassle. One item I received was too big, two were too small and the other one I can deal with. They were all the same size. Never make the mistake of ordering from this company. Live chat never worked after my first contact.

I ordered a sweater early October and the item still has not shipped as of today (nob 19). It is impossible to get An answer from his company regarding my ordered item. I emailed several times with a pre set "canned" response with no information for me personally. Of course they have my money but refuse to ship the item. They did end up finally responding and said they may never get the item to ship and I now have 2 choices: 1. Continue to wait for the item. 2. Choose another item of equal value. Are you kidding? If you don't fulfill someone's order- you offer them their money back! Also if you don't have the stock for an order, why would you fill it AND charge the customers account. That is stealing!

I hope people will check out this site before ordering. I ordered an item on 11/17/2014 and as of this Date 1/24/15 I have yet to receive it. Many emails to the company, lots of excuses. It went through paypal and after an investigation i finally just got my money refunded. Buyer beware this company is a joke.
Three weeks after ordering two blankets from the company for Christmas, I found that the items were held up in US customs. The company shuts down for the entire month of January and did not respond to emails. One of the blankets showed up after 4 weeks but the other was lost. They claim it's the shipping company's responsibility and offered only a $9.50 refund after I waited 2 months.

I spent over $100 on Cyber Monday from Dresslily. It's been almost a month and I only have two tops so far. I was surprised that they came from China, but anyway... the quality of the tops was awful. This "company" is a joke.
Paid extra shipping to get item quicker. 7-10 business days. Its 10 days today and nothing.
No tracking numbers and no telephone numbers. When you email them, it actually says emails returned the next day unless holiday, but if you don't get an email response the next day, wait one more day...
You have to be kidding me.
I purchased three dresses for a cruise only to receive clothing that was so poorly made and see through without any slip underneath! Thin thin material that is greyed and threads hanging everywhere. Totally overpriced and the worst material.

My orders shipped Sept. 2 and another Sept. 14 and now it is Nov. 5 and I still do not have either order. I understand that I opted for the free shipping which they do say that it can take up to 45 business days but that is ridiculous. I ordered from this website after I got great service from one with a similar name. I have not received one item yet. I complained on their Facebook site and they finally answered, blaming the delay on the Chinese New Year. I am angry, frustrated and ripped off. I wish I had read these reviews first. Zulily however is a wonderful site so I just assumed the same for these rip off artists.Do Not Order from these people!
I've only ordered clothing from dresslily so far, but they also have some really cute jewelry that I plan to order next. I didn't have any problems with my order. I received all items within the allotted time and there were only a couple that didn't fit. I plan to give those to my sisters. I did read the returns policy before purchasing an item (which requires the patron to pay return posting), so I knew that everything I ordered I would keep regardless if I liked it or not.
But I was very pleased with 95% of the items that I got, and I get so many compliments every time I wear a dresslily item!
