I ordered 12 items. Every piece was very small. It isn't even close the picture that is represented. The old saying still stands up…You get what you paid for. I wrote honest reviews on all the items and the only one that appears on their website is the one item that I gave 3 stars to. Everything else was a terrible misrepresentation of the pictures they post online and those reviews are not posted on the items. DO NOT BUY!

Worked for me!

I've only ordered one dress from dresslily, but I did receive it, it did look exactly like the photo and the material was a lot higher quality than I actually expected for an $11 dress. I read the bad reviews about dresslily before ordering, but since there were some good reviews, I figured I'd take my chances for such a cheap dress and I'm happy I did. I am scared of ordering again, just based on how many bad reviews they have. But based on the one time I used that website, I had a really good experience.

Ordered a jacket from DressLily for my sister as a gift on 22 Nov 2014. It's been over 70 days and still no delivery. They keep saying that I have to check my post office to see if shipping address is correct. It is. They say that they have to contact the "relevant colleague" to track the package; but there's no follow-up. Then they just classified my order as "CLOSED." They got my money and my sister hasn't received her jacket. Stay FAR AWAY fro DressLily if you want to keep your money. Avoid them like the Plague!

I have been shopping with DressLily for just a few months but have placed numerous orders. I have been extremely happy with all of my purchases! Even when I had to make an exchange, their customer service was great to deal with and they made it a very smooth transaction! Would highly recommend!

Buyer Beware

Yes, the prices are cheap but you get what you pay for... the quality is exactly that and there isn't a chance you would even think about wearing one of their bathing suits in the water. Very thin and definitely not swimsuit fabric! And the fit is way off as well even for my 5'2 103 lb teenage daughter. Think twice before you buy. Sadly my suits are going in the trash as you can only get Dresslily credit!

Satisfied with purchase

It did take a little while to receive my items since they were shipped overseas, however I received them about a week earlier that I thought I would. And it was well worth the wait. The items looked just like they did in the pictures. I ordered a size larger than what we normally wear and the items fit perfectly! This was my first purchase from this site, but I definitely think I will shop here again!

I was going to purchase 5 swimsuits but I've changed my mind. My daughter has Down Syndrome and the suits I thought would be great for her body shape but after reading the reviews I think I will pass on it. What a shame to hear all the negative feedback but very thankful.

Ordered 2 dresses beginning of June 2017. Have not received anything cannot reach anyone! One dress is unavailable and I am to choose another item to replace it! I keep telling them I do not want another item credit my credit card! Nothing no response just the same email over and over! Scammers!

I ordered a jacket around this time last year. Never received it. Never got my money back. Customer service emailed me saying they could not find my order. Well I had a screen shot of the confirmation (because that's how I save them). My order was then found but I Never got it or a refund. After months of reminder emails, I stopped getting any response.

This is an horrible site to purchase from! I purchased my item back in November. Come to find three weeks later that my product is out of stock (even though it was in stock when I gave them money). Then after stating I would rather be reimbursed rather than choose another item, my product was suddenly back in stock. Said item was supposedly shipped out. Almost 3 months later I have yet to receive my item and for the last three weeks I have had no reply to my messages being sent to the so-called help desk. I feel as though I just gave money away with the misconception that it was in exchange for a coat (which by now I have forgotten what it looks like and IF I ever do get it, chances are it will be the incorrect item). Online shoppers beware.

I ordered a pair of boots and a leather jacket at the same time, however they only gave me one tracking number and they refuse to respond to my messages. The boots arrived but the jacket was lost in post. I paid for insurance so i should get a full refund, so I asked them to refund my money and nobody answers my ticket... I'm fed up with this website. Do not order from here its a scam. STAY AWAY

I originally gave a bad review because I did not receive my product. I came back to edit because I had a great customer service agent who worked hard at helping me. Psyche read my entire email chain between myself and other agents and was able to understand everything and do research and resolve my issue. I'm so happy I had someone who cared enough to make sure I was a satisfied patron. Thank you for putting in the effort. I know you did not have to, so the fact you went the extra mile made me come back and change my review.

Do NOT order from this website... there customer service is diabolical. They never get back to you. I ordered 3 tops and the fabric and workmanship is cheap and poorly made. I want a refund, but hesitate to pay for return shipping, because i don't have any confidence that they will send me a refund. I don't want to spend anymore money by sending it back.

From what I've read from MANY reviews, most people who order from here don't receive their orders. Coincidentally, most of those people ordered around the same time. I ordered in January 2015 and received both orders in the same month. The quality is cheap for at least half of the clothes I ordered, and the sizes are generally inaccurate. That said, there are a few nice garments in there, and I'm not completely satisfied or dissatisfied with DressLily. My verdict: Order if you have money to potentially waste and are capable of making the outfit work.

Awful! Just awful.

I ordered 3 tops and a bracelet from Dresslily on December 18,2014. I received 1 of the tops that doesn't even look anything like the top I ordered and have yet to receive the other 2 tops and the bracelet. I have submitted 2 "support" tickets but they said because I didn't "pay for tracking" they can't tell me where my order is. I received a tracking number when my order supposedly shipped but it gives you no information at all. It has been 49 working days and yet still nothing. I purchase items online all of the time and have never had it take this long for anything. I have a son stationed in Japan and send him boxes all the time and the longest it has ever taken is 3 weeks. Dresslily should be shut down! They are just taking our money and not shipping our product as promised. I will NEVER buy from Dresslily again. Shameful. Just makes me heartbroken that they can take advantage of people the way they do.

I ordered a shirt and pants on 12/26/2014 it is now 2/24/2015 and I still have not received my order. Thank goodness I used paypal to pay for my products. I have filed a claim against them and the investigation is in process. They sent 2 tracking numbers and both show they left China (my first mistake for not knowing it was going from China) but nothing after that. I will never order from them again. Whats the purpose if you're not going to get the items.

I ordered two shirts, pants, a cardigan, boots and two pairs of earrings for my daughter and son's girlfriend for Christmas. The shipping is terrible, some of my items are still stuck in customs and I haven't even received the boots yet and the order was processed around Dec. 1st and parts were shipped Dec. 4. I can't even check to see where they are. This has ruined majority of the Christmas gifts also because of the fact that the clothes are terrible quality, the material is very thin or cheap and has a funny smell and the sizes are way off. I'd like a refund for my $90 order but I highly doubt I'd even get my money back by the time it even gets back to China! This is ridiculous. Wish I would've read the reviews online before shopping on DressLily. This has literally stressed me out, I don't have to money to do more Christmas shopping.

Ordered 1 size up for t-shirt and it's wearable. Two sizes up could have been better though. Ok delivery time. Cute design. Fabric is thinner than I would expect for a t-shirt. Ok for the price paid for a single item order.

Would not order more than one item at a time or anything pricey due to shipping cost being included in the value marked for the item for customs declaration. Paying shipping separately would avoid having to pay extra for customs fees+tax.

Knowing that the site is operated by the same company that runs rosewholesale.com I will steer away in the future, regardless that had no problem with this order.

I ordered a sweater and it took over a month to receive it. The sweater was cheaply made, had a 5" hole in it and did not look like the picture on the website. I submitted an email through their site and still have not heard from them. I wish I read these reviews before ordering from this site.

Update 11/6/15 - after posting this review they did contact me and refund my money. I am pleased they responded and refunded my money with no issues.
