I originally gave a bad review because I did not receive my product. I came back to edit because I had a great customer service agent who worked hard at helping me. Psyche read my entire email chain between myself and other agents and was able to understand everything and do research and resolve my issue. I'm so happy I had someone who cared enough to make sure I was a satisfied patron. Thank you for putting in the effort. I know you did not have to, so the fact you went the extra mile made me come back and change my review.
