I'm still waiting! This company is less thank eager to work with their dissatisfied customers. They finally got in touch with me and gave me 3 different ship dates... and told "don't worry". I responded that may be the way they are allowed to do business in their country, but in the United States, we don't do business like that. We have laws to protect the consumer from fraud.
I honestly enjoy shopping on the Dresslily.com website! Not only was the website user friendly, but they have everything you could possibly imagine to complete all your shopping needs! Customer services, rocks! They go out of their way to make sure your are happy and totally satisfied. Their products are amazing, always high quality and delivery was a breeze! I highly recommend shopping on this this site to everyone!
I've ordered a few products from this site, mostly accessories, and I was surprised in a good way by how quickly my order arrived. The items are super cute and had no issues. I will order again, because I like the fact that they offer free shipping to all the products and this is a big plus for me!

I purchased a sweater dress for my wife from Dresslily. The product said $24.76 and I sent payment through PayPal for that amount. But $58 was taken out of my bank account. I tried to submit a claim but they were not helpful and did not give me a refund... I will never buy anything from here again. Beware!

DO NOT buy from this company -- all you need to do is google search the image of the product and you'll see it is sold elsewhere with the same exact picture! These shops are all scams as well. Only buy from reputable online stores -- it might be more money, but you'll get what you paid for and better service.

I love the selections provided on dresslily. One thing I recommend is to pay for express shipping as the free shipping can take over 20 days. Anytime I had an issue their support team was quick to respond and help. Overall great selection and great service! :)
I love DressLily's products and prices. The online ordering process is quite simple. My only concern is with shipping, which is unpredictable. Once a package reaches the U.S. mail system, it is no longer trackable. If it doesn't arrive soon, Contact Dresslily, but they say to be patient. If I wait too long to contact Dresslily, they say it's to late, and I should have contacted them earlier. That is frustrating.
I trust dresslily like I trust my family. All products I received look just like the picture. Great quality and very cute. The only thing I'd say for future buyers is that if you have a cup size above a B, this might not fit you. Although if you really like it it's worth a shot because it's adorable. Don'e miss this great online shop, you will not regret to order!
I placed an order with expedited shipping on 11/30/17... I was supposed to have the package in 8-10 business days. Still no package and no answer. I have emailed several times. The live chat is always off line and the phone # is disconnected. I just want to cancel the order and get my money back. NEVER again!
UPDATE: 11/6/2019 they finally emailed me back 2 years later! WHAT A JOKE!

Oh God... I bought lots of dresses as i thought the price is very cheap but i end up paying more for the courier service. I chose 7-14 days delivery but after a month i still have not received anything from them. They told me the items that i ordered out of stock. This is ridiculous!
For quite a long time, I was receiving targeted Facebook ads for Dresslily. I loved their styles but was afraid to order. Then I saw a shirt style I could not pass up, so I ordered. I didn't know what to expect. The order did take a while to arrive, but nothing abnormal for an international item. Once it arrived, the two shirts were actually very good quality. I haven't ordered again but plan to, and I'll review again once I do and update this.
This is a terrible online clothing retailer. I ordered Christmas gifts a month early thinking that I'd get it in time. After a month and a half, in mid-January, my package finally arrived in a plastic sleeve, with all of the clothes wrinkled beyond recognition. After opening each poly bag, I noticed that the fabric was cheap and thin (even though it was winter clothes), and the stitching was done by a 5 year old. Everything I ordered shrank after the first wash. I can no longer wear most of the pieces I ordered for myself and my mom. Their customer service in non-existent, and after several complaints, my issues were never addressed. So, I would NEVER recommend for anyone to order from this website! I've never seen such cheap quality and terrible customer service!

If I could rate a 0 I would as its a scam, I paid $73 for 4 items 3 months ago & still haven't received anything. Emails get bounced back from there address saying it's not a correct email address. Well how the $@"K can I get my money back. Also how on earth are they getting away with this. Not good enough & not good enough Facebook for giving them the airtime..
They are not at all sorry for the inconvenience. They started the website to spread it. $#*!ing leeches. If anybody knows I would like to know the laws against these action. I ordered two items in NOVEMBER 2014, and havent $#*!ing received it yet and its end of July, 2015.

"I bought 2 items in this shop. 2 bathing suit. I did not have to wait very long and was very happy of the good quality of the clothes, which is surprising for the very low price. The only problem, big in my opinion, is the sizes. They have a scale on which you are suppose to know what size will fit you well. In my case, it was suppose to be L. But it was wrong. The swimming suits were too small. I had to order two XL. That was disappointing...
Anyway, I am thinking to shop again in Dresslily, they have gorgeous jewelry and accessories.
I ordered three swimsuits on Dresslily less than two weeks ago. I've already received two and the other one is probably coming any day. It says it shipped the next day. The two I have received are what I expected. Even the right size. It's always iffy buying swimwear online, but I have to say I am pleasantly surprised by what I received. Looking forward and am hopeful for my last order, as well. 4
I ordered 7 items (4 dresses and 3 sweaters) and the quality of all of the items met my expectations. They are Forever21 quality but the sizing runs small in comparison to U.S. sizes. Of the 7 items, 5 of them are "one size" and the other two items are size medium but they all fit me perfectly (I am 110 lbs, 5'1). So beware of the size!
My complaint would be: POOR (or better word is NO) customer service and shipping took over a month. The tracking number provided didn't work and when I tried to contact customer service (you have to submit a ticket on their website, there isn't a phone number to call), they just told me to keep waiting and stopped answering my questions.
Dresslily is one of the best online shopping websites I have come across.
Th best thing, apart from the affordable prices and quality of product, is the customer service.
They reply to every query and problem, if I face any regarding payment or delivery etc.
Always polite and help to solve the problem asap. The delivery may be a little slow comparatively, but given the prices of the products, it isn't so bad.
I definitely recommend Dresslily!
I ordered 4 mermaid blankets, from Dresslily... they're great... BUT... big BUT: They charged my credit card, and that was fine... but THEN they charged my checking account... I keep putting in tickets to have a refund made to my checking account but they reply with an answer that has nothing to do with the double payment. This is a shame because it was my first order...
