Never received my order
September 14, 2015

I never received my order. I waited over two months like they requested. Now I'm having a hard time getting my refund. I had no idea the products were being shipped from china. Regardless, items I purchased from eBay have been received very promptly.

I wish I would have found these reviews before I ordered. I placed an order on 11/20/14 and they claim it has shipped. The dressLily website as well as the tracking website they gave me shows that there is no information for the tracking number I was provided. So here we are 12/8/2014 and I still have nothing! I ordered these boots for winter this year, not next year people. I went back and forth with the customer service via email and my last ticket never even got a reply. I have worked customer service a majority of my life and this is the worst I have seen, EVER! I hope I did not just throw $30 down the drain. And DressLily I know you will respond to this with your fake $#*! "I'm sorry for the inconvenience bulls*** but I really don't want to hear it! Just give me my sh** and you won't be receiving my business EVER again! Please avoid this retailer at all costs.

Do not order, the sizes are so far from accurate. The make of clothing is not even dollar store quality. You will need to dispute with you credit card company to get a refund. Rated them a 1 because zero was not an option.

Nice experience

My shopping experience in Dresslily has been really good, I'll buy again here. I ordered some clothes for the winter: A blue coat that is warm and beautiful, a pair of boots with a great quality and they look even better than expected, a shirt that is well made and fits perfect, and a bracelet that looks really beautiful. The shipping time was fast and the prices are really good, so overall I'm happy.

I bought two dresses from Dress Lily on December 28th. It did take a long time for the orders to arrive but I expected that it would take a long time because the website says that it sometimes takes long, and also the shipping was free. The dresses I received were well worth the wait. They were very cute and different looking than any other outfits that I have. Dress Lily's customer service was very helpful and reassuring through the whole process, they even sent pictures of the packages before they shipped them out so I knew they were on their way. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely order again!

Why is the order taking so long as was bought and paid for last May this is now halfway through June... not a good advertisement for company... you took my money right away... then only have shipped out some goods although still havent received anything said some goods sent out but not to me they haven't... up to now not a good recommendation for this site. Pity as has lots to offer the public.

I ordered weeks ago, and my order is still in "processing" status. I wish I had looked at reviews 1st. All the items were "in stock", so there is no reason for it not to even have shipped. I complained about this to one of my daughters, and it turns out she had ordered from them weeks before me, and despite contacting customer support, is still waiting for the items. I will never order from Dresslily again. How are they even allowed to be in business?!

I received my items but not happy with the quality and the cheap look of the outfits. They don't fit and one has a snag on it. I sent them many email requesting my money back and where to send the products. I get no clear responds. I want there number and all my money back.\I paid for exp. Shipping and then had to pay additional to DH|L 28.98 for shipping. That's bull$#*!! I have sent pics but there verification code doesn't work and the only way to send anything is closing the question. They are a rip off. I want there phone no. And address!

I love Dresslily!

I have placed a few orders and been pleased with everything I received. The clothes are great quality and fit great when you pay attention to the size charts.

Even when I had a shipping issue, Dresslily made every effort in a timely manner to fix it. It ended up being a delay on our local postal service, but Dresslily was willing to step up to assist.

I recommend Dresslily to everyone who will listen. The clothing is cute and well made.

Well done Dresslily, you have a customer for life!

The package took a ridiculously long time to get here, but that's not why I'm writing a review. The items on the site look nothing like the actual crap that they send you. I ordered a mermaid blanket because of the glowing reviews and adorable picture and when it actually did arrive the colors were all wrong and dull and the material was horrible. They enhance the pictures on the site and are not truthful with how it actually looks. I'm never buying from DressLily ever again.

Update:
DressLily recently contacted me apologizing profusely for the package and refunded me in full. They even allowed me to keep the item and seemed very willing to resolve my issue, which I greatly appreciated. Knowing that they value their customers makes me much more willing to buy from DressLily again and I apologize for the bad review before I gave them a chance for them to resolve the issue.

Fun, affordable clothes

I have been shopping at dresslily.com for the past two years. It takes me a long time to find clothes that I like in the store and this site saved me from having to go shopping again. Most things I bought were nice and of affordable price. Some I wore at work and some for vacation. Like with all online stores, some clothes will not fit or will not look like they did on the model, but this a risk worth taking.

Absolutely waste of time and money!
Don't ever never order anything from them.
Super unprofessional, i order one item they send me totally different thing.
They are located in China, 15 days and up for delivery if you are lucky.
All of items fake, super low quality. I don't even thing to return anything. Can you imagine how bad they are? Just try:)

2 months no product!

Where is my package? Its been 2 months now! This is ridiculous! I ordered in November 2016 and Im still waiting on the item. There is no way to track anything. It has been well past the 10-25 business days they said. It was a Christmas gift and still has not arrived! This is the last time I will order from them.

They are in China. Quality of clothing is cheap and terrible, and even though they say you can return within 30 days they have their website set up so it is impossible to do so. I just threw away $50.

Ripped off by Dresslily
February 16, 2016

I ordered 7 items, received 5, on 1/28. I emailed them saying I wanted a return slip sent as well as my two items already paid for yet not received only to get a reply "we need pictures of each item, sleeve lengths, items lengths etc. I replied I want my items, the return slip or I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau. I called them this morning only to find they need a phone number or mailing address, which Dresslily won't supply, big surprise. I will get justice.

They sent me a picture of my package - the return address is an hour away from me - it is going on 2 weeks and nothing - no response from emails either. This website needs to be close down. All the stuff I got was really cheaply made. I would never wear anything like this. The sizing was all wrong. I'm a small I got one large shirt and it didn't even fit me. I want my money back I spend 125$ for this and nothing that came even wearable. Some things are still missing and i never got it but got charge for it. Lady's please don't buy anything from this website. Really poorly made. I'm not a satisfied customer..

Terrible service. Ordered a coat and boats in November in hopes it would get here before the snow hit(silly, I know, considering I'm from the Midwest). I figured they would because it said they would ship within 15 days. It's been over a month and it is still processing. I doubt it will ever ship. $72 down the drain that I could have used for Christmas gifts. Very disappointed.

This is a cute little store will all types of styles. I always received my orders on time when buying something. I can always manage to find something i want at a reasonable cost and know i won't run into somebody else wearing the same top- which is a plus! Yes, their sizing is a bit different but i've always been lucky on selecting the right one i need. I like this shop and as long as i can find something i like on there i'll continue buying goodies!
