OMG! I was just about to purchase $200 dollars worth of women clothing for me, almost entered my debit card information, but something told me to check DressLily reviews before placing order. Oh man, I am so, so happy I didn't continue. I am taking my money elsewhere. Thank you peeps.
I ordered a Christmas gift the first of December. After several weeks I started emailing - they said the item was back ordered (their website didn't say anything about not being in stock or back ordered). They said they would expedite shipping - bull! More than a week into January I get an email ( first time they initiated contact) - said the item was not available and offered to have me order something else or refund my money. If they can't deliver originally why would you ever want to order anything else? I chose a complete refund and advised them that I would never order from them again, that I will post my complaint everywhere I can. I did receive a refund but REALLY am disappointed with every aspect of this experience. Right up front they were suggesting that I could order something else - so maybe they only have a portion of the items they advertise and the bulk of what they advertise is just fraud to get you sucked in.
I would not recommend using dress lilly. Their clothes are cheaply made and never fit as advertised. They mention they will exchange for free but they make you pay for the return shipping and do not send out replacements. When you decide to return something because it doesn't fit due to their measurements that arrive inaccurate they do not issue a refund. Very shady company.

I have not received my package and it's been a month. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. They do not reply to any emails. You can't even send an email through their website because it does not go through. I am very upset and will never order again/

Found the dresslily site through a google advertisement. Glad I did. I love the clothing and everything is so affordable. I bought a shirt for my sister and she just loved it. Have to order a little bit of a bigger size cause they seem to be made smaller but that's not a problem.
This company is ripping people off! They should go to prison! I ordered something Aug. 29,******* and still have not received it and they won't credit my account. Do not order from them. Shut them down!

I didn't even think to look at the reviews before I bought 4 items. None of them looked like the pictures and all are poorly made. Threads are loose and hanging. Nothing fits right. They get you to keep it because to return it is a hassle. I will never order from them again.

I ordered four items from DressLily, they arrived about a month later and I threw them all away. The quality was VERY POOR. The most concerning was that not one jacket or sweater that I ordered had a tag... I am not sure where these items were made, but there is nothing professional about this merchant. I ordered 2 dresses over a month ago. I just got them this week. The first one is odd shaped with no tags and second one wasnt even a dress! It was a shirt that looks like someone sewed it at home! Absolutely horrible! What you get is not what is in the pictures!

I too ordered the mermaid blanket before Thanksgiving so it would arrive before Christmas. After 3 weeks of the package not arriving I contacted the company and got the standard "please be patient". The second time they sent me bogus tracking information showing the package arrived at US Customs on 12. 2. 2016 As of 12.21.2016 it did not arrive and thankfully I ordered through PayPal. I provided them with all documentation of the item not received and the bogus shipping information from Dress Lilly and received a full refund. I did read comments about poor service with this company but though maybe it was a fluke. Well, I found out the hard way that they are not a reputable business. If you choose to order from them make your payment through something that will protect you and deal with the company on your behalf when you need to fight for a refund. So sad that people do this.

Absolute GARBAGE! Do not waste your time. Anyone who says anything good for this site/company must work for them! Everything is too good to be true... from the prices to the quality. The material is thin, the stitching is worse, and the service is always an email that goes to spam. Dont even try to return anything as it is impossible. First, there is a 20% restocking fee and not even returnable if you don't pay for the $30 shipping. It takes 5 weeks to get it by then the season to wear it is over. "Swimwear" that I ordered turned out to be crappy lingerie! I am dropping off this $#*! at Goodwill asap. $100.00 is a cheap lesson learned! I wish that I would've seen the reviews before i placed an order.

This company is horrible! Read everybody else's reviews because we all have the same problem. Item was lost by shipping company and they won't give a full refund plus they made me wait two months before they would even discuss the problem.
Update - Only after filing this review and contacting Paypal did Dresslily refund the full amount.
