Will never buy from this so called company again! I've contacted them several times they still have not responded. I made 2 separate purchases one on 10-25 and on 11-4 have not received either package that they claim has been shipped. I want a refund! Wish I would've read reviews this should be posted on Facebook so know one else buys from them.

I was excited to purchase from the website until I realised there was no correct sizing chart in comparison to Australian women sizes in neck and waist? The only sizing done specifically were for males.
I don't trust ordering clothes online that may or may not fit. Every other country was accommodated. Not very happy and now going to shop with another company.

I love shopping at DressLily! They carry a wonderful selection of plus sized products and are a great value. I find their items are true to size, which is not always the case with a value-priced clothing site. Their customer service is great. They respond withing 24 hours and do what they can to make it right. I will buy from them again.

This place is a joke

This place is a joke. Like many others said I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I ordered the correct size and everything was way to small. 3 items were missing from my order and the necklace came broken. The heal immediately broke off my shoes I ordered. They will not exchange or refund my items after I spent $200. The material and quality of everything is terrible. I hope they get shut down!

Well after waiting from August 22- October 13 for my order to come in, 3 out of the 4 things finally arrived. One of the men's shirts I ordered runs small though so be aware of that. But the women's shirt and bracelet I bought turned out fine! I probably will never order from them again though. Due to the incredibly long wait

My first order was 6 shirts from Dresslily. I was a little hesitant after seeing some negative reviews, but decided to try them out based on some good ones that I saw also. I received my products after about 3 weeks, and they were all adorable, and comparable quality for the price. I have ordered from them several times since, and love them!

Placed a order early in Nov. They said they shipped on Nov. 4th still no product, 29 business days later. They give me the wrong product number so it will not let me talk with customer service. Called get no answer. If you haven't ordered from them yet do not. I am going to try to get them for fraud so they don't do this to everyone.

BLOWS!

So far I have been completely unimpressed. I usually shop china inventory on DH Gate which I have never had a problem with. They offer free shipping and I typically see my products within 3 weeks. Alibaba is even better on delivery time line if goods, however they do charge shipping.

I paid for expedited shipping with dress Lilly FOR WHAT! They took me for another $15.00. Seeing how people have waiting up to 3 months is very discouraging. Not to mention people saying the quality sucks. I can hardly wait to see what month my BS products Show up by. Another sight that has encouraged me once again to BUY LOCAL and quit giving China more of my hard earned money.

I ordered an item back on Dec. 4th and used paypal. I contacted paypal directly after I ordered because I realized this company was as bad as Rosegal. They already took my money and I've never received my item. I want a complete refund - they can keep there undersized clothing that takes over 2 months to arrive. What a fraudulent company. I'm called the Better Business Bureau. I don not want to rate this company. - 5 stars

I ordered a bikini off of this site, size medium. I am a size 6, can typically fit into most smalls at stores but tend to stay at a medium to be safe. The bikini arrived and I literally could not pull it up past my thighs, it was so ridiculously tiny. I tried to get a refund and all they offered were 'points' on my next purchase. I have zero intentions of ever purchasing anything so I'll have to search for some tiny human to try to give this bikini to and cut my losses. Absolutely disappointed and unsatisfied with this company.

**Update on this - I did actually end up receiving a refund back on my paypal account (whether it was a result of this review or not, not sure) but I am happy to see that they did give me my money back. I would still be careful ordering and pay close attention to how small everything is!

They have terrible customer service! Their sizing chart is completely off. All of their clothing runs very small. Good luck trying to return something, no matter what the reason. I have asked them 6 times for their return address and I still don't have it. And they make you pay for the return shipping. I think they must be based in China, very poor English in their emails. I will never order from them again. Buyers beware!

They make it seem like their website is base in the United States but their product are cheap and made from China! I ordered 4 items and all of them were no where near what it looked like on the website! Cheap material for sure! It's a SCAM!

Ordered items 6 months ago, nothing received, initially no responses on email, only after a bad review here. Then they answer that it will be solved, and then nothing happens anymore. Amazing how it seems that dresslily takes your money and the product that they deliver is a few emails with empty promises. Save your money, do not buy here

This company needs to be shut down, I ordered from them last fall, after waiting 3 months the order never arrived, after several e-mails back and fourth,
They just ignored me. I kept asking for a refund but never received one! I am out $35.00 and they don't seem to care!
I would not give any stars to this company!

I spent $65 for some tops. When they arrived today they smelled horrible, poor quality and were nowhere true to size (actually 2 sizes smaller!). No information in packaging for returns so I went to their website. No phone number to call for customer service, live chat doesn't work and Warranty & Return link doesn't work. I wish I would have seen all these reviews. Would NEVER had ordered from this company. Will be posting on FB to never use this company and reporting them to FB to stop their ads. TOTAL SCAM!

Cavemen

I've ordered a dress from these people on January 20,2015. Today is February 28,2015 and I still don't have the dress. Submitted 2-3 tickets, but nobody cares to respond back! These people are just cavemen! I will never ever order from their site and I really hope they will lose their business. This is stealing people's money! I hope they pay for it one day.

Total scam!

I got lured in by the great pics at an amazing price. I've been waiting a month to receive my order, they have a "live chat" that doesn't work, and when you fill in the request for a refund it conveniently says it doesn't recognize your order. The ONLY thing they were great at was immediately accepting my payment. This company is a total fraud.

I am happy with them. Over all, the quality of their clothes is decent for the price. Last time I bought a swim suit. The fabric is quite thin! But I still like it and wear it a lot. So far I have kept all my purchases. I think they offer really cute clothes. It helps to be small and skinny when buying from China.

HORRIBLE!

HORRIBLE! I order a coat and don't receive it or hear anything from the company for over a month. When i finally inquired about where the order is at, I was told that the product is out of stock! I had to either choose another product or get a refund. After the poor service, i just wanted a refund so i asked for one. They said they'd organize a refund in 3-5 days... it has been over a week now and I'm still waiting! I've had to put in another enquiry!
