My woes are exactly the same. I bought two dresses but haven't heard from them since and they would not reply to any number of trouble tickets I send them. Nevertheless, would any of you be able to supply me with any contact number for their customer support so that I could pester them into sending it.
Do not order on this site. It has been a month still did not received the swimsuit that I ordered. You log to your account and you see order number but do not have any status. You see under payment although you already paid the items - 0 - is being reflected. It also reflect is being shipped out but no notification whether it is via Post office or UPS. How could you rate how many stars and they do not deserved even half of it.

I placed my order in November hoping to receive it by, say, the end of January. After repeated assurances that my item was on it's way - it finally arrived on 5/21. I could have walked there and picked it up faster.

After I posted my review about Dress Lily, I received a message from them. I gave me their phone number, which I called tried calling to resolve the issue. No one answered then. I tried several times calling the phone number again and left several messages. Needless to say, they still are not answering their phone or returning calls. I have to say, though I did not expect them to answer or turn the call in the first place. Watch out for this company and all their sister companies. You will know them because all their websites look the same. Also do a review search on google when you find them. You will see they all have the same rating. 1.2 to 2.0. If you are looking for discount clothes that are stylish there are so many other sites that would love your business and want to make sure you are happy with the product. I only gave Dress Lily one star because the rating does not go any lower then this.

I placed three orders on Dresslily in two months. Dresslily own so many beautiful clothes. I think they are sexy for a woman. Some dresses are well made and even comes with a strap. I will buy again next month. Recommend!

Do not order from this site. I placed an order at the end of August, was charged, but have not received what I ordered. When I try to submit an inquiry, it states that my order number is not valid. Cannot reach anyone in person to resolve this matter. Don't let them steal your money.

If you do your research then you know that this is a site where things ship from China. So 1- Its going to take a while to get to you. 2- The sizing is waaaaaay off. But with that said the items are cheap and decent quality. If something doesn't fit you can easily talk to customer service and get it fixed. Ive had no issues getting refunds and replacement items.
These guys are a con, thankfully I have paid with PayPal and have now opened a dispute. At least I will get my money back this way.
Word to the wise. Pay with PayPal for anything online. It really is worth it when it comes to con men like this company.
I ordered a dress on expedited shipping.
A week later... Nothing. The order is still stuck on processing. When I email them directly, no reply. When I open up a ticket, no reply. After another 2 working days I opened up a PayPal dispute for non arrival of items.
They had quoted 5-7 working days for the expedited service. I'm well over that.
Anyway, I'll have my money back in 2 days and will stay clear of sites like this in the future.

All though they didn't have to do It, DressLily granted a full refund of my order after I ordered some T shirts that were far too small. They didn't even ask for me to return the Items. I must say that the shirts that I ordered are the most beautiful tie-dye T shirts I have seen. But the buyer needs to be cautious when ordering clothing because the sizes run at least 2 to 3 sizes smaller and the size chart is not always accurate. I commend DressLily for making good on my order even without asking them to. Thanks DressLily for making a negative experience turn around

I placed an order over two weeks ago. I paid an extra fee to be able to track my package, but so far all what the system says is that there is no updated information. So why did I pay for this useless tracking number?! Will i ever get the stuff?! And when?
Almost a month later, I was refunded the extra fee for the tracking number that has never worked. Two days ago I received the second parcel, but not the first one, which was sent two days before. Still waiting...
A month later they have refunded me the cost of the items which I have never received and that, they say, are still on the way. Maybe it is not their faust, but I don ' t know if I would place another order to go through such a stress again..

Although package took about a month, it's normal because of free shipping and it doesn't really bother me. I take it as a surprise gift for myself a month later. All the products that I bought look exactly like the picture, some of it even better. Quality is also great for the price I paid and with proper care, the product lasts long. Have purchase twice with DressLily and will definitely purchase again.
I have ordered 21 items and it took around a month to come. One out of three goods are good and i would like to keep, but some look too cheep... in my experience the accessories are not bad! There was one unexpected thing that I was asked to pay additional tax... but it does not happen every time. So, I would recommend to buy things that you cannot buy near your house!
I read these reviews before I ordered and thought I'd take a gamble since I really loved the clothes. Ordered the 5 items 3 weeks ago. One item was an accident, I talked with a chat representative the next day and they informed I would receive a refund in 7-14 business days. Almost a month later, still no refund. My items still show as "processing". Haven't even shipped. I've contacted customer service twice. The first time he said he would send out one of the items in 24 hours. The second time, they showed in their system that nothing was ever shipped. I'd ask for a refund at this point, but since I haven't even gotten that the first time, then I probably won't even receive a refund! Will never order again from here.
The quality is horrible, customer service is non-existent and there is really no point of trying to get a refund... you will get the run around. Such a disappointing mothers day gift, the look on my mom's face when she opened this was simply heartbreaking. Ive never felt so bad in my life and there are two other outfits coming. I will NEVER order from this place again, this was such a misrepresentation of product.
