Good quality items for a low price. Items are shipped from China, so you will need to allow plenty of shipping time. I ordered a shirt, 2 sizes larger than normal. I am full busted, so it is a little snug in the bust. Otherwise, the shirt is pretty, but not shiny like the picture. Material is darker and sleeves are a little too long. I'll fit into the shirt once I lose a few pounds.
Ordered on 12-1-16. Shipped on 12-13-16 & received at US Customs on 12-22-16. Package opened & then gone from radar. Wonder who is wearing it because it isn't ME! Contacted Customer Service on several occasions and told to be patient. It is now two and a half MONTHS since I ordered & still no package. I have asked for a refund. Buyer Beware. Do not order from this company.
Addicted to this place! They don't always have the best quality but the prices can't be beat. Also, the customer service is unlike any other. They are so nice and accomodating. This is why I started with a couple items here and there (they often have free shipping with no order minimum) and then once I got a feel for their quality and sizing I continued ordering more items that fit well and will be great for summer. I appreciate the way they treat me as a customer and so I will keep coming back!

Great site to do your online shopping! All in all I'm very satisfied with my purchases. Cheap without compromising the quality which is about the same as what you can get from high street shops.
The only thing is if you choose the flat rate, it takes about 3 weeks. So if you're in a hurry to get your parcel i suggest don't go for a flat rate.
But definitely it was worth the wait and my money!
I love everything that I get from dresslily! I have never had an issue with receiving my products. I know it is coming from overseas, so I expect shipping to take 2-3 weeks, which is ok! Great company, glad there are places to get clothes for less money than big box stores.

After a ton of work and following every detail of their return policy, they returned only $60.00 of the $129.00 they owed. However they kept all the returned items! These websites are crooked. Do not spend money here!

I was impressed with the quality of the products I received from dresslily. The speed of shipping is better than ever, and the website is very much my daily aesthetic which is nice as many other mainstream stores do not sell these kinds of clothing for the cheap prices this site does. My husband bought me a few things off of the site, paid extra for a faster delivery and they shipped my stuff to Singapore! It's been there for almost a week now, the E-mail doesn't show an expected delivery date. It's been almost two weeks now, it literally took a week just to process the order. If we don't get a refund or my products in the next month we will be seeking legal action. This is bull$#*!.

I want a refund because this site is just a money stealer. I will report it anytime it pops up and tell my large connection of friends and colleagues about how terrible of a site/business DressLily.com is. They make it as difficult as possible to contact them, and it is incredibly shady.
This is just ridiculous, and I am surprised they haven't been shut down by now. Do NOT give this business your attention.
They don't even let you see where your shipment is but says it was sent out. No cancelling, no nothing. Definitely needs to be reviewed by scam investigators.

I ordered 4 items in January and received 3. Two of which were the wrong size and the third ripped right after opening. Im still waiting on the fourth item 46 days after order but am not enthusiastic about receiving poor merchandise. I will absolutely not be using dresslily in the future.

I had a really good experience with dress lily. There was one missing item from my order, but the items I did receive are all great. For such low prices you would expect low quality, but all of my pieces were really nice. I have contacted them about the missing item, so we shall see how that goes.
To small, size chart is not credible, ships directly from China, no packaging paperwork. No refund or return information for the us. Returns go to China and you pay the shipping. Customer service can't pull up your order information. The organization maybe operating under other web pages. Look at the legal information of operation before placing your order.
