Delivery may take a bit long but it's ok if you are not in a hurry and by the way, shipping is free. If there are any issues, Customer Service is always ready to help. Refunds are easy to get and rewards are given for product reviews.
First let me say that I still have not received the product, however I appreciate DressLily being so prompt in responding to my displeasure of the treatment of this order. They have graciously offered a partial refund and apology, which Ive accepted. They are very aware of the similar shipping and product issues with their customers and will be diligently working to rectify these product and shipping issues and will become more user friendly. Im counting on them to review their internal strategy in order to better their competitive standing in the online market.
Do not order from these crooks! All they do is advertise beautiful clothes at a price u can't refuse and u will NOT receive them back! I'm not gonna stop until this place is shut down and or arrested! This is theft! Join me and let's stop these people from taking others hard working money! The only reason I gave 1 star is because 0 isn't available!
This was just such a let down. The clothes look so cute in the pictures, they are unusually small, poorly made and took three months to ship from China. NEVER AGAIN. They had no tags so I cannot even return them. What a blower.
It has now been 2.5 weeks and I have tried to contact the company several times in an attempt to get an answer on when my items will leave there warehouse and I have heard nothing. This Company is a joke. I wish I never saw those clothes pop up on the side of my facebook. I figured, what could happen?!? Cute looking cheap clothes, right... NOPE! I wont be surprised if I never even receive them. Emailing Paypal now to start a dispute. This company is the pits!

Hey everyone, so as promised I'm back to report my experience. After reading all of the reviews I. Was. Terrified. But, Dress Lily provided a tracking number on the confirmation email, in which I was able to track my order all the way to my front door. I even received email alerts each time the package arrived at a transfer station. I placed my order on June 21 and 3 out of 4 items were delivered on July 3... just in time for the holiday! I'm happy to report I received my partial order with the items just as described/depicted on the Dress Lily website (correct size & color). I've even received compliments from friends and co-workers. It appears the 4th item was shipped separately and is in route through a different vendor. Mind you, these were all on sale or on clearance, so needless to say I'm very very pleased with my purchase. As always, I will return to let you all know when/if I receive my 4th and last item. Signed... even more optimistic.:-)
Why don't ya'll minimize your bad customers' dissatisfaction? I was going to order, but you have more dissatisfied customers than you do satisfied... I would rather pay more than less, if less means, not receiving product, too small, etc, then paying less, it's a great saving, when disappointment come with due to cheaper price... Seemly, when people order they are taking a gamble with your company. SAD!

I am very pleased with my shopping experience with dresslily. Quality of product is good and the size is very accurate. Before you decide to buy anything, you can see reviews form others buyers. Shipping took a little while, but it was worth it. I will continue to purchase things from dresslily in the future. I definitely recommend the site for affordable items that are good quality.
I ordered (2) gifts from Dress Lily and both had "arrive before Christmas" which is the main reason why I ordered on 12/15. Unfortunately neither arrived before Christmas and as of today (12/29) they still have not been received. The one item finally showed Shipped on 12/22 but when I looked at the Tracking it showed "UPS Processing"! Needless to say it is now 12/29 and now it shows "Arrived"... Not! The other item was just shipped and when I check the tracking it comes up unable to give me an update! Never ever ever ever again. Dress Lily's reason, "due to heavy shipping at this time of year my orders were delayed and thank you for understanding. Gee, heavy shipping near Christmas, what a shocker. Only problem with this is they "guaranteed" before Christmas. Thank you Dress Lily for living up to what people expect from businesses these days.

My buying experience with dresslily has always been positive. Dresslily always has wonderful selections to choose from, enough sizes to accomodate my plus size body, and deals and discounts to always make sure I'm getting the lowest price. All of the dresses I've received have been high quality for low cost. I never thought I would be able to fill my wardrobe with such a wide array of beautiful dresses, but dresslily made it easy and affordable. I will truly be using them for a long time.
Products are misrepresented in pictures. The quality of the fabric is horrible. I have not even received my full order and I am already extremely disappointed.
I paid an extra $2.00 to track my orders and neither of the tracking numbers work.
Will never purchase from this site again.

So happy to have found Dresslily. I have placed three orders for shirts in the last three months, very excited about the styles I have found! All fit beautifully and are easy to wash and comfortable. The sizing is accurate on the website, be sure to measure yourself and follow their sizing recommendations. Oh and by the way they have excellent customer service, needed to return one item, wrong style for my body type, no problem at all! Looking forward to trying their pants soon!
I was hoping not to have to write a review here, but I am afraid I must. I see that DressLily is responding to complaints on this site so it is my only hope to reach them. I have written them 3 times in an attempt to return several items I purchased from them. I bought one coat, three dresses and a pair of boots. The boots fit and are good value for money so I kept them, however all clothes were way too small despite having used the correct sizing charts. I now have 2 support ticket ID's but no response from DressLily. I want my money back for items that were misrepresented size wise on their website. As a note aside, the clothing looked lovely, if only I could have worn the items all would have been great

I too am totally disgusted - this company is a scam. I spent $65 and never received my order - their website doesn't work. There's no way to contact them. Warning to all consumers do not order from them
I ordered 3 things from there and none of them look even close to what the pictures look like on the website. I ordered larger sizes than normal because my daughter likes her sweaters big. They were smaller than the normal size she wears.
They also make it impossible for you to return. They want pictures of the person in the clothes and their measurements so they can confirm that you did in fact get the right size.
I will NEVER order from them again and guess i will just eat the money that i paid for these items.
Never have i had to put so much effort into returning something that doesn't fit.

I bought a dress and a couple necklaces a few weeks ago and never got a tracking number or email from them. Customer service is non existent from this company. I still haven't received my items. With very affordable prices, Dresslily offers clothes, jewelry, shoes and many other products of great quality! I have never had any problems with their service and am absolutely pleased with this site!
I sent back clothes to dresslily and they wanted the SCU number off the tags. They don't mention that and you need the SCU numbers to get a refund. $100.00 lost!
