Where do I start? I ordered two dresses from this company online. The processing and shipping time almost took a month to get to me. When the shipment finally arrived, the size was way off! Neither of the dresses fit me. They run really small. Also, it is worthwhile to note that they guarantee their products are inspected before shipment and both of the dresses I received had strings hanging from the bottom. They don't have a customer service phone number you can dial... only a place to email your questions/complaints. They have a 30 day window to return the items, but it took almost 30 days to get the items that I don't want. So I now have to wait another business day just to get a response from them. I am curious to see if they will honor a refund since one more business day will probably put me over the 30 day mark. Ugh! Never again...
